General Hospital star Johnny Wactor joined the cast as Brando Corbin in January of 2020. Cousin of Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), Brando fit right into the mob life with his background and skills.

General Hospital spoilers reveal the role will be recast with Brad Schmidt and will only be for a few episodes. Reasons for the recast have not been given.
