General Hospital spoilers reveal a shocking return as GH comings and goings reports indicate Constance Towers willl be retuning to General Hospital as the iconic, Helena.

General Hospital news reports confirm the actress is filming this December and will air on one episode of the daytime drama.

In a recent Facebook post from a Constance Towers fan page, General Hospital spoilers revealed a post which included the announcement of her return. The post reads, “Good news for fans of #HelenaCassadine. #ConstanceTowers will be taping in December for an upcoming episode of #GeneralHospital. We will post the air date when we have more details.
