Cassius Faison (Ryan Paevey) is a complex character who struggles with two extremes. The first is that he is his father’s son. Cesar Faison (Anders Hove) is unlike any other, and Cassius never really met his father’s expectations. So now Cassius feels the need to carry out Faison’s final project, possibly for some type of personal validation. But he’s torn. He’s torn between his father’s ways and his brother’s good name.
According to the latest General Hospital spoilers, Cassius’s cover is blown. Things start to unravel, and the truth about fake Nathan West is exposed. Cassius’s most troubling concern is that he has given little James false hope that his father is alive. While Cassius may walk and talk and look just like the late Nathan West, surely he is not him.
Meanwhile, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) let the cat out of the bag and told Felicia (Kristina Wagner) that Nathan is not Nathan. Will Felicia believe Anna?
Fake Nathan’s True Identity Revealed- The Fury and the Fallout… and Redemption?!
Cassius is conflicted. He’s distraught over his obligation to Faison’s final project, and lives in fear that Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) and Sidwell (Carlo Rota) decide that he’s expendable. He assumed the identity of his late twin brother Nathan, has been living Ho life, and now will la th price for his deception to those Nathan loved. The problem is that Cassius grew to love those people as well. As it turns out, his feelings are genuine, and Cassius’s heart grew three sizes since playing Nathan. Just like the Grinch, Cassius learned to love.
Previously, Josslyn lent a listening ear when Cassius revealed his true feelings- for James. For Lulu, Britt, and his mother Liesl. It’s apparent that Cassius truly cares for the very same people that he’s deceiving. GH rumors tease that the reveal is coming and it won’t be pretty. But after the fury and fallout come redemption. Cassius is woven tightly into this mess with his sister, Britt. Cullum and Sidwell have no problem handing the siblings the same fate as their brother Nathan. The ruthless double agent and the town manipulator want Britt and Nathan dead once they are no longer use to them. Many other’s lives are at risk in all of this as well. Like Josslyn and Liesl.
After the truth comes out, and after Cassius suffers the fallout of his lies, will he be redeemed? Odds are that Cassius lives up to Nathan’s good name when he puts himself on the line to save Joss (Eden McCoy) and his mother Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati).
Will all be forgiven after Cassius becomes a hero? What will little James West (Gary Fuller) think of his uncle Cassius now?
