Dustin Phillips (Mark Lawson) was about to propose to Lulu while Lulu was trying to tell Dustin she needed time to think now that Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) is back in PC. Just as all this was happening, an explosion is the reason Lulu will never have closure.
