General Hospital spoilers for February tease that Britt and Jason delve deeper into the inner workings of Cesar Faison’s final project. Apparently, he left his cold fusion research unfinished as he tried to develop a cure for his own Huntington’s disease. Now, Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) and Jenz Sidwell’s (Carlo Rota) have taken over. And in order to complete what Faison started, they needed his daughter. Who knows, maybe they needed her mother too! Did Liesl help fake Britt’s death to save her life?

Dr. Britt Westbourne’s (Kelly Thiebaud) Huntington’s Disease diagnosis devastated her and her mother. She always knew of the possibility that she’s inherit the disease from her father, Cesar Faison. But it wasn’t until she got tested and learned that she carried the genetic marker.

According to General Hospital recaps from 1-30-26, Britt told Jason that Heather‘s attack and saving Josslyn (Eden McCoy) was real. mother would do anything for her child. Especially if that child has a terminal illness. No price is too high to pay to ensure a long and healthy life for your child. Is that how the WSB, Sidwell, and Cullum knew to swoop in as Britt was taking what would have been her last breath?
