General Hospital Spoilers: Maurice Benard Creates ‘Save The Date’ For Jason And Carly’s Wedding

Maurice Benard sure knows how to entertain his fans on and off screen. His real life sense of humor has fans hooked on his creative and hilarious Instagram posts and stories. Many times, they are related to the current General Hospital storyline.

General Hospital spoilers have revealed Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) and Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) have decided to get married for the good of Sonny’s (Maurice Benard) business. Since Sonny is presumed dead, this was not an easy decision for either of them to make. But only a select few know that Jason and Carly made this decision in order to protect the ones they love. Those who don’t know, are collateral damage and have been heartbroken in the process. Dr. Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) was shocked and angry when Jason told her he’d be marrying Carly. So much so that she ended up hooking up with Jax (Ingo Rademacher). Sonny and Carly’s son, Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell), knew better and called Jason and Carly out.

General Hospital previews indicate that the big even is quickly approaching, as Carly takes Jason’s hand in the elevator, and says, “Let’s do this.”

In a recent Instagram story, Maurice toys with fans by creating a fake ‘Save the Date’ for his own wife’s wedding to his best friend.

General Hospital rumors suggest Jason and Carly might not end up married after all, if fans get their wish and Sonny returns to Port Charles before they have a chance to say, “I Do.”
