She’s one problem after another that Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) doesn’t need at the moment, or ever. Nina Reeves Corinthos (Cynthia Watros) is more trouble than she’s worth, and Sonny is about to figure that out.

Let’s be honest, if it wasn’t for Nina then Sonny’s life wouldn’t have imploded. Despite outside forces coming together to keep Sonny alive and keep him alive, internal choices are to blame. GH recaps recall that Sonny didn’t die after he fell off that bridge. In fact, he was found and nursed back to health. In addition, he was given a warm bed and a roof over his head from a dear friend. Sonny could have died that day. But instead, external factors were involved in his rescue. Sadly, the choices he made himself are what ultimately separated him from his wife, Carly, and the rest of their family.

Sonny’s family was destroyed from the inside out, and it’s time to right the wrongs. Carly’s ex-husband is well know in Port Charles for his certain demeanor. When he returned from Nixon Falls his loved ones couldn’t help but notice a change. So, it’s quite obvious that Nina is the cause of Sonny’s new identity, and the problems he’s had with family and his business since he returned from the dead.
