As for who shot Drew, speculation and fan theories widely range anywhere from Portia (Brook Kerr) to Willow (Katelyn MacMullen,) to Michael (Rory Gibson), and even Stella (Vernee Watson). More recently, the suspect list has shortened, and Willow stands trial. GH rumors hint that Michael framed Willow for shooting Drew. However, even if that’s true, that doesn’t mean Willow isn’t guilty anyways.

Apparently, GH rumors tease that courtroom chaos ensues when Scout Cain (Cosette Abinante) comes bursting through the doors. This recent dirt on the people of Port Charles claims that Scout confesses to shooting Drew. Supposedly, when she comes through the courtroom doors, she confesses to shooting her own father.
Furthermore, additional General Hospital spoilers claim that Drew‘s daughter even discloses how she obtained Edward Quartermaine’s gun. And to top it off, GH rumors tease that little Scout even reveals her motive. She feels that her father has done everything in his power to make her life lonely and miserable after the death of her mom, Sam (Kelly Monaco).
Evidently, Scout’s confession causes devastation and outrage as concerned loved ones advocate for the minor. Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) becomes emotional, and the hedge orders Scout to stop speaking.
