In fact, Gladys’s cousin Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) nicknamed her “Greedy Gladys,” during a heart to heart at her son Brando Corbin’s (Johnny Wactor) memorial. In the midst of all the Nurses Ball excitement, Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) keeps his eye on Sasha’s mother-in-law. He knows what she’s done and contemplates telling Sasha. It seems that Gladys has fallen into her old ways. Taking risks, using what’s not hers, and using loved ones for personal gain is why Sonny named her “Greedy Gladys.” She sold her own son’s garage to Selina Wu (Lydia Look) right from under Sasha. She’s capable of even worse.
