The latest General Hospital rumors hint that Drew and Willow’s Thanksgiving Day wedding could expose Drew’s shooter. Apparently, someone saw who shot Drew that night. Earlier GH rumors suggested that Scout busts into the courtroom and makes a confession- that she saw Willow shoot her dad. A theory named Scout’s Courtroom Confession suggests that Alexis is aghast when her granddaughter makes an announcement. It was believed that Scout would confess to shooting her own father, and the reason even makes sense. She didn’t want Wiley and Amelia to end up without a mother if Willow was sent to jail.
While this “confession” never happened in a courtroom, GH rumors speculate that Scout comes forward. Although innocent, Scout may still know who shot her dad.
