General Hospital Spoilers: Sonny Corinthos Throws His Weight Around To Come To Nina’s Rescue

Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) is back in Port Charles and his status in the city is like an unwritten rule where people just know who is and what he stands for.

Everyone knows the power Sonny holds, while his enemies rely on threats and violent attacks to try and undermine his authority over Port Charles and the mob world.

Many times Sonny uses his power to help others. General Hospital spoilers reveal Sonny does just that now that someone he cares about is in need. The ironic part of it all is that the person is the very woman who caused so much hurt and pain for himself, his wife, Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright), and their family.

General Hospital previews show Sonny and Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) discussing the current state of affairs surrounding Michael’s (Chad Duell) attempt to bring Nina down for what she has done. Legally, she has committed fraud and can be charged as such.

However, General Hospital rumors hint that Sonny will throw his weight around, using his power to keep Nina out of jail. His actions will go against those of his son’s and the wishes of his wife, Carly. If Sonny used his power to protect Nina, his actions will more than likely cause a rift between himself and his family. It’s only a matter of time before Carly and Michael find out the whole truth about what went on between Sonny and Nina.
