Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) have always maintained a form of mutual respect out of their connections to the late Courtney Matthews (Alicia Leigh Willis). Sonny’s sister married Nikolas and the two will forever be bonded by Sonny’s nephew Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez).
General Hospital spoilers reveal the respect between these two men has been fading. Sonny and Nikolas have been butting heads, and Sonny’s recent confrontation with Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) has Nikolas fearful that Sonny could harm the teen.
In a recent Instagram post, Coloma shared a video of himself with friend and co-star Maurice Benard. Marcus is showing off his Cassadine ring, playfully taunting Maurice about how he thinks Nikolas is better than Sonny.
Sonny and Nikolas may not be each other’s biggest fans in Port Charles, but Maurice and Marcus seem to be getting along quite well.
