She and husband, Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) have been playing games when it comes to their marriage, while involving Elizabeth Webber Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) in their scheme. Nikolas and Ava have been plotting to get the other to cheat, which would benefit the other in their pre-nuptial agreement which prohibits cheating of any kind by either party.

General Hospital rumors hint Liz and Franco will pick up on what Ava and Nikolas are trying to do as Ava throws Nikolas and Liz together while Nikolas tries to do the same with Ava and Franco.

It looks like Nikolas and Ava will have to keep putting up with one another until they both figure out a new way to play the other.
