General Hospital : Is Laura Spencer Collins (Genie Francis) in the middle of a mob war?
Mayor Laura Collins (Genie Francis) wouldn’t hesitate to throw her weight around to help her grandson. She knows that Rocco (Finn Carr) was framed, and that Professor Dalton (Daniel Goddard) is the one who framed him.
According to 11-17-25 GH recaps, Laura loses it on Dalton when she sees him after the hearing. Mayor Collins publicly lashes out at the PCU Professor right there with an audience, and not without recording devices pointed in her direction. Some may even say that her behavior is indicative of too much time spent with a mobster.
Will Laura and Dalton’s encounter over Rocco do her in as the election votes roll in? Right now she’s put her Mayoral hat to the side and is in full blown Grandma mode. But will Laura’s public crash out scare off her constituents? Maybe Laura’s friendship and family connection to Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) becomes a problem for voters after all?
What If Laura Finds Dalton Dead?
On the November 17th episode of General Hospital, Rocco Falconeri’s hearing went south. Suddenly, he faces multiple felony charges, and even the possibility of having to spend time in the slammer. It turns out that Dalton destroyed his own lab to pin it on Rocco. Despite Sidwell’s instruction to drop the charges against Laura’s grandson, Dalton did quite the opposite.
Coming up on General Hospital, things get even worse for Laura when she makes disturbing discovery. Apparently, GH rumors tease that Sidwell had Dalton killed, and Laura finds him dead. It sure looks like a mob hit considering the recent events that went down. Will the people of Port Charles believe that Dalton’s death is a mob hit on behalf of Laura and Rocco? After all, Sonny is Rocco’s grandfather. Or worse, does Sidwell make it look like Laura did it?!
General Hospital: Braedyn Bruner Celebrates One Year As Emma Scorpio Drake
Already?! Where does the time go? Little Emma Scorpio Drake was born in 2008. I remember because she’s the exact same age as my daughter. Emma’s family ties are a pretty big deal in PC. Her dad and mom are two brilliant doctors at GH, and her Grandma was an international spy for the WSB. Today, Anna is the PCPD’s Police Commissioner. Anna’s daughter and son in law, Dr. Patrick Drake (Jason Thompson) and Dr. Robin Scorpio Drake (Kimberly McCullough), are two of Port Charles’s finest. And their daughter Emma is quite lovely herself.
GH fans were stunned when Brooklyn Rae Silzer was recast, and a new face looked Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) in the eyes. Despite the high pressure of stepping into the beloved Silzer’s shoes, Braedyn Bruner didn’t miss a beat as the new Emma Scorpio Drake. Before we knew it, Emma was rebelling against Anna, butting heads with Josslyn, helping her psave the Quartermaine crypt, and falling in love with Gio Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza).
According to General Hospital casting news, Braedyn Bruner debuted as Emma one year ago, on November 13, 2024. It definitely doesn’t seem like an entire has passed since Bruner joined the General Hospital cast (family). The latest GH newsand spoilers reveal that Braedyn Bruner announced her milestone on Instagram. She posted some photo memories from the past year, as she played pretend in Port Charles.
General Hospital: Braedyn Bruner (Emma) and Frank Valentini (EP)ABC’s General Hospital: Anna (Finola Hughes), Emma (Braedyn Bruner), and Drew (Cameron Mathison)General Hospital: Braedyn and Gio ❤️
Congratulations to Braedyn as she marks her first year as Emma on ABC’s General Hospital.
The Quartermaine family has been under a lot of stress lately, which mostly began with Drew and Willow‘s affair. As things snowballed Drew was showing a different side to him a spiteful, selfish, and even dangerous side. Amongst the marital drama, Michael suffered terrible burns in a mob related explosion, and still uncle Drew showed no mercy. From there things really got out of hand and by the time Michael came home there was no turning back.
Michael and Willow’s marital problems became the entire family‘s problems when Drew targeted each and every quarter main after being tossed out of the family home. Meanwhile, things were not quiet for the rest of the Qs either.
During this time, Jason and Danny moved into the quarter remains after Sam died so that Danny Scout and Rocco could be together of course this caused more tension between Drew and Jason, and also put a strain on the family. Then there’s Gios paternity reveal. It was the nurses ball grand slam and Brooklyn, Dante, Olivia and Ned were there to watch it unfold. Needless to say that family has been under some major stress and that’s an understatement.
Will Ned survive His Emergency Bypass Surgery?
That brings us to the current General Hospital spoilers involving- you guessed it, a Quartermaine! Previously on General Hospital, Ned Quatermaine suffered a heart attack just outside of Bobby’s, while arguing with Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison). Drew accused Ned of pulling a fast one and claimed that he was faking his heart attack. That’s when Drew walked away and left Ned for dead. Wow, drew seems to be the gift of horror that just keeps on giving. It looks like Drew is the direct cause for Ned’s medical emergency, as the stress took its toll.
Thankfully, Emma, Gio, and Britt were there to help keep them alive until paramedics came. According to General Hospital recaps Ned was transported to General Hospital, where he now needs an emergency bypass surgery.
According to General Hospital spoilers and previews, Olivia and Brooklyn are surrounded by family as they await the outcome of Ned’s surgery.
General Hospital: Is Kelly Monaco returning to General Hospital?
Last year, Kelly Monaco’s General Hospital exit shocked and dismayed fans of the 62 year old Soap Opera. Just think, Kelly Monaco spent 1/3 of General Hospital’s existence as the iconic Samantha McCall, also known as Sam Morgan.
Recently, Sam’s memory has been brought to light as Halloween marked one year since her death. GH recaps recall that Sam’s daughter Scout has been the main focus lately in the Davis family. Her dad, Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison), fails to keep her best interest in mind when making parental decisions.
This isn’t the first time that those who’ve survived Sam McCall have thrown her memory around as weight when making decisions. In fact, Alexis still finds herself pleading with Drew, asking him if what he’s doing is what Sam would want. As it turns out, Drew doesn’t give a crap. All that talk about Sam McCall has sparked the latest General Hospital rumors According to GH news reports, Kelly Monaco confirmed that she was let go of GH role she brought to life, and captivated fans for over two decades.
After Monaco promised fans that she’d tell her side of the controversial story, the actess’s intentions never materialized. Instead, a podcast announcement got GH fans excited just to later learn that it was now a no-go with pal Shannan Moakler.
Kelly’s silence leaves much to the imagination, including the possibility of her return to GH as Sam.
General Hospital star, and heart and soul of the modern day era of the show discusses his future plans as Daytime TV’s infamous mobster, Sonny Corinthos. Maurice Benard joined General Hospital’s cast in 1993. Before long, Sonny’s presence greatly impacted the overall way of life in Port Charles. Organized crime has remained a focal point of the 62 year old Soap Opera.
Today, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) himself is the center of the show. For many, a world where a Sonny-less General Hospital exists, is a world unfathomable. However, Maurice has also made a name for himself in the mental health community, and can be seen hosting his own YouTube channel and talk show. State of Mind’s popularity continues to grow as Maurice’s mental heath based talk show gains traction among fans.
Recently, Benard sat down with Richard Taite, Executive Chairman of Carrara Treatment Wellness and Spa, and Host of We’re Out Of Time. They discussed GH rumors, and Benard cleared the air about his future as Sonny Corinthos on General Hospital. Benard addressed rumors that he’s dying (obviously not), and confirmed that he’s not leaving. “I think they’re saying I’m dying too, like I have cancer or something,” Benard stated then went on to confirm, “No, I’m not leaving. I’ve got a year left on my contract.” Maurice told Taite.
Rest assured, Maurice isn’t leaving any time soon. In fact, he The 62 year old continued to give insight into Sonny’s future. The beloved General Hospital star and YouTube host stated, “Look, I’m going to retire, but I don’t think it’s going to be before I’m 65.” He added, “So it is what it is, but we’ll let people say what they say.”
While GH fans can put their worries aside for now, the inevitable hangs in the balance. During the interview, Taited wished Sonny to stick around until he’s 75. But Benard replied, “Well yeah, but I don’t think Maurice can… my reason is that it’s mentally taxing on me.”
As GH fans, we will take things one day at a time. Be sure to check back with General Hospital Blog for all the latest GH spoilers, news, rumors, and comings and goings updates.
General Hospital: A Tearful Brook Lynn Says Goodbye to Lois
General Hospital news confirms Rena Sofer’s GH exit. Sadly, Brook Lynn is devastated over Lois. Over at Sonny’s, mother and daughter said a tearful goodbye. Lois left for South Korea. She headed off to manage Blaze’s tour, with Brook Lynn’s blessing. However, before Lois left, she told Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton), “I love you so very much.” But her daughter didn’t return the admission. Instead, all Brook Lynn said was, “I know,” and “safe travels, Ma.”
Coming up on General Hospital, Brook Lynn continues to struggle with Lois’s secret about Gio (Giovanni Mazza). They still aren’t in the best place in their relationship, and Lois wants nothing more than for Brook Lynn to forgive and forget. While only time will tell, time may not be on their side. According to wild GH rumors and speculation, Lois’s trip ends tragically.
According to GH news, Rena Sofer has finished filming, and ended her run as Lois. Though sources say that producer’s confirm that they left the door open for a potential return to General Hospital. The current story line suggests that something happens to Lois and her trip, and Brook Lynn doesn’t get the chance to tell her mother she loves her- and forgives her. At least for now.
General Hospital spoilers and rumors tease that Brook Lynn is devastated over Lois, and lives in retreat after she’s gone. Is she simply missing her mother, or is it much worse than that? Recently, GH rumors speculate that Lois is presumed dead when tragedy strikes Blaze’s music tour. Thankfully, sounded say that GH has left the door open for Rena’s potential return. But for now, everyone kid might think she’s dead.
General Hospital fans were faced with change when actress Emme Rylan stepped into Julie Marie Berman’s shoes. Julie Berman was a fan favorite in her role as Lulu Spencer. But in 2013, Rylan took over. She stole the hearts of General Hospital fans as the beloved Lulu. For the next seven years Emme Rylan slayed as Lulu Spencer. So, it came as a complete shock when she was written out of the show in 2020.
Over the next four years, it seemed like GH fans inquired about Lulu almost daily. Many were curious about Lulu’s eventual coma awakening, and Emme Rylan’s potential GH return. Ultimately, Lulu woke up from her coma, but Emme Rylan was recast. Alexa Havins was cast in the role, and has come into her own as Luke and Laura’s daughter.
Today, GH fans continue to inquire about Rylan, her probably life, her friendship with General Hospital’s Kirsten Storms, and her professional status as an actress. According to the latest General Hospital news and spoilers, Rylan is back on set and living the actress life. Her event Instagram post reveals an inspired mindset as she captioned her photo, “Cause I’ll rise up. #mygrandplan”
Evidently, Rylan’s early call time has her sneaking out of the house in order to not wake the kids as she leaves for work. She also made mention that she sent a before and after photo to her daughter, Dakota, as hair and makeup transformed Rylan into character. Emme wrote, “(Thank you @whisperstyleteam_ for the fabulous look on set today. 😘)”
Emme Rylan Hints At New Role
So what role has Rylan showing off her new look on IG? According to General Hospital news and spoilers, a recent Instagram story hints at Emme Rylan’s new role. The Bring it On: All Or Nothing (2006), and General Hospital (2013-2020) actress captioned her Instagram story “Oooooooh this movie look feels like it could belong on abeyondthegatescbs!
Did Rylan just spill the tea? Has she joined the cast of Beyond the Gates? Or is it a movie with a similar vibe?
We just learned that Ronnie inherits the Quartermaine mansion! Now what?! This week is nothing short of intense and it’s only Tuesday. According toGeneral Hospital recaps, Dr. Portia Robinson (Brooke Kerr) could be pregnant, Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) has nothing to lose, Joss (Eden McCoy) and Jack (Chris McKenna) continue to lie to Carly, and Ronnie Bard (Erika Slezak) is the proud owner of the Quartermaine mansion.
Coming up on General Hospital, Tracy is infuriated by what was stated in Monica’s (Leslie Charleson) will. Along with one solitary jar of Pickle Lila Relish, Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) inherited a big fat nothing from Monica. But Tracy isn’t the only one who was seemingly cheated out of their inheritance. Apparently, the entire family expected that Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) was to inherit the house from his grandmother Monica. Instead, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) revealed a very different outcome. In a shocking twist, Monica’s long-lost stray sister Ronnie inherited the Quartermaine mansion.
General Hospital spoilersand previews reveal that Tracy takes this up with Alexis, but there’s nothing that Alexis can do. Will Tracy dig deeper but there’s into how and why Monica would leave her home to her sister Veronica? Is Monica’s sister really as innocent as she portrays, or could she have manipulated Monica before she died?
If Ronnie isn’t behind this devastating development in the aftermath of Monica’s passing, then who is? Two words Martin Gray. Do you agree?
Reunited and it feels so good! Well, at least it feels good to Dr. Liesl Obrecht. Honestly, what mother wouldn’t be over the moon to receive a miracle like she has? Not one, but two miracles. Both of Liesl’s children had “died,” but unknown factors played a role in the recent turn of events. Somehow, Britta AND Nathan were brought back from the alleged dead. While it’s obvious that Dr. Britt Westbourne is back as her old self, the same can’t be said about her brother, Nathan West. Maybe it’s too good to be true. And maybe Britt knows Nathan’s off, and not really Nathan.
Apparently, GH rumors suggest Britt knows Nathan is off, and she’s worried for what comes next. Various theories could explain those strange looks exchanged between Dr. Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) and Detective West (Ryan Paevey). Maybe Britt senses something is off with her brother. Or, maybe she KNOWS something that others (Like Liesl and even Felicia) can’t see.
Monica Quartermaine’s (Leslie Charleson) death has shaken an entire city. Port Charles will never be the same without General Hospital’s top Cardiologist, former Chief of Staff, and head of the household at the Quartermaine mansion. Family and friends gather to honor a legend, and Tracy says goodbye to Monica.
Tracy Eulogizes Monica
So far, Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) have carried most of the heavy emotions that come with losing someone they love. It’s no doubt that Monica was important to so many- but to Tracy and Jason, their connection to Monica was something extra special. Everyone’s eulogies were delivered with truth, heart, and honor for not only Monica Quartermaine, but for Leslie Charleson as well.
Coming up on General Hospital, Monica’s loved ones move forward after the memorial service. Life goes on as they say, but not before saying a proper goodbye. And that’s exactly what Port Charles gets from Tracy Quartermaine to the beloved Monica Quartermaine.
General Hospital: Monica Quartermaine’s Memorial
What began with ambivalence transformed into quite an honorary speech for Tracy’s dearly beloved sister in law, Monica. Tracy’s heartfelt speech for Monica was as genuine as Jane’s feelings for Leslie Charleson. Elliot and Charleson were true friends behind the GH set, and walked through life together since meeting in 1965.
Reportedly, GH iconic Jane Elliot opened up about losing Leslie, and mourning her friend twice. She told Variety, “It was very, very difficult to play her alive when she had already passed in real life. It extended the mourning because we had to keep her alive when she wasn’t. I had to mourn her death twice,” Elliot disclosed.
The love in the room is undeniable as GH celebrates Leslie Charleson.
