Whatever emotions are flowing through at the time someone leaves or enters the canvas, fans can be sure to get the latest information on our GH comings and goings page.
TJ and Molly trusted Kristina to carry their child through surrogacy. She promised that she’d be a careful and mindful surrogate throughout the duration of her pregnancy. Still, the baby’s biological father TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) wasn’t convinced. Even Kristina’s sister Molly Lansing Davis (Kristen Vaganos) had her doubts about her sister.
Furthemore, Kristina was difficult for Molly and TJ because of her connection to Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). Molly’s half sister has a mobster for a father- and not just any mobster. In fact, Sonny is quite the King Pin in Port Charles. The dangerous nature of his business life is what had TJ and Molly rattled. As it turns out, their fears were justified.
Will Kristina Corinthos Die?
General Hospital spoilers indicate that Sonny’s guilt leaves him with a heavy heart. As GH recaps recall, Sonny reflected on the recent times when those close to him called him out for being a threat. Their words seemed to resonate as he replayed the conversations in his head. Molly really laid into him, which triggered his memory of those who came before her to place the blame. But, is Sonny really responsible for all of these calamitous outcomes?
According to General Hospital spoilers and rumors, losing the baby devastates loved ones. Molly and TJ out their thoughts about Kristina’s recent behavior aside as they hope and pray that she pulls through. Sadly, they’ve already lost their baby. Losing Kristina could push any one of her family members over the edge. Especially Sonny.
Jason proves his loyalty to Sonny! The two have been at odds since Jason’s return, and Sonny couldn’t fathom why his best friend would stay away for so long. That’s when Sonny convinced himself that Jason was the enemy. Sadly, things haven’t been the same since.
General Hospital spoilers and rumors tease that Sonny and Jason’s differences resolve when Jason, Sonny, and Carly band together again to take down Agent Jagger Cates (Adam Harrington). The corrupt FBI Agent has Jason stuck between a rock and a hard place. Agent Cates didn’t hold up his end of the bargain although Jason followed Cate’s orders. He obtained the information about Pikeman, but John Cates won’t let this go.
According to GH spoilers and rumors, Carly may be free, but the war with John Jagger Cates is far from over. Jason, Sonny, and Carly band together to take down Agent Cates. The man has an axe to grind and he won’t stop until he finishes the job.
GH recaps recall that Agent Cates used Jason Morgan to get to Sonny Corinthos. In doing so he threatened Carly Spencer’s freedom. Now that she’s free, the three targets want to stop Jagger.
It’s about time that these three forces of nature join together again. So we hope that Sonny and Jason reconcile when they team up to eliminate Jagger Cates.
Daddy’s Home! Earlier this week, General Hospital Blog helped spread the word about Rick Hearst’s GH return. GH news reports confirm that Hearst returns to General Hospital as Ric Lansing.
Reportedly, the actor and role was last seen on GH in 2016 after his 2002-2009 run on the Daytime Drama. Ric Lansing came to town for his brother, Sonny Corinthos. However, Ric and Sonny didn’t have a happy reunion. Their relationship was complicated at best, and the years never brought them closer.
According to recent General Hospital comings and goings, Rick Hearst has returned to General Hospital as Ric Lansing. Recently, Hearst shared details of Ric’s comeback. Apparently he’s back for his daughter Molly Lansing Davis (Kristen Vaganos). She’s gonna need her father at a time like this… maybe even a lawyer! Good thing that Ric is mother Molly’s father, and an attorney!
General Hospital spoilers and rumors tease that Ric returns to represent Molly in her custody battle against Kristina Corinthos (Kate Mansi). The situation between the surrogate sisters intensifies this week as Molly gets served. According to the recent General Hospital previews, TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) turns to Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn).
Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and his brother Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) have a troubled relationship. Ric came to Port Charles back in 2002. Unfortunately, his arrival into his mob boss of a brother’s hometown wasn’t a happy family reunion. Let’s just say that Sonny and Ric aren’t the type of bros to have each other’s back.
Ric left Port Charles in 2009, then briefly returned in 2016. For the most part Ric was a covert villain. As GH recaps recall, Ric spiraled and exposed himself to the town after holding Carly hostage. Shockingly, Carly was locked in a panic room inside Ric’s own home. He shared that home with Elizabeth.
Ric was romantically involved with Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) and Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn). But his most complicated relationship was the one he had with his brother. Sonny and Ric weren’t best buds. Actually, Ric grew up with a father who hated Sonny. He came to PC and dated trouble, and committed crimes.
Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) and Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst)
Rick Hearst Returns To GH As Ric Lansing
General Hospital news confirmed that Tic Lansing is headed back to Port Charles. Yes, Sonny’s brother is back! Sources say that casting director Mark Teschner reached out to Hearst. In a recent interview, Rick Hearst shares the details about he’s GH comeback.
“It’s been very much on my periphery and not in my consciousness for eight years,” he disclosed. “The last time I was there was 2016.”
General Hospital recaps recall the character’s name drop during a conversation between Alexis Davis and Molly Lansing Davis (Kristen Vagabosý. Reportedly, Hearst
“I didn’t think anything of it, really, and then lo and behold, [casting director] Mark Teschner is reaching out to me via email, my Google voicemail and my Facebook with a ‘call me,’ Hearst recalls. “I’m like, You know, as much as I love Mark and I love that he would reach out to me, that’s awfully intense. Somethings up.”
According to the latest GH news updates, Rick Hearst reveals his thoughts when Mark Tescher asked the big question. Hearst was asked to reprise his GH role as Ric Lansing. The actor explains, “My first question was, ‘Really?” he muses. “And he said, ‘Yeah.’ I said, ‘What’s the story, what’s happening?’ So then he told me and I kind of look at it as, ‘Daddy’s home and here to take care of his daughter and anything that entails.'”
It sounds like Ric comes back to Port Charles as Molly goes through a tough time. Will Lansing represent his own daughter in a custody battle?
General Hospital news and spoilers reveal that Rick Hearst has been taking his first scenes. Ric Lansing returns to Port Charles on the week of August 19th.
Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) was deceived. She fell for John Jagger Cates’s story when he first came to Port Charles. But little did she know that John was actually Agent John Jagger Cates, a sore spot from Sonny’s past.
According to General Hospital recaps, Steve Burton’s return as Jason Morgan opened up the current storyline. Carly and Jason display their true bond as they both risk themselves for each other. Jason didn’t hesitate to step up for Carly when Agent Cates threatened her freedom.
Carly Gives Herself To John Cates
General Hospital spoilers and previews indicate that Carly’s had enough. She and Jason thought that Agent Cates would cut Jason loose after he followed through on the Pikeman investigation. However, this isn’t just business for John Jagger Cates. Nope. It’s actually very personal. Right now Carly figures that John Cates has it out for Sonny. He wants Jason to get incriminating evidence against the Port Charles mob boss.
But, GH rumors hint it may not be Sonny Cates wants after all. John seems to really want to stick it to Jason regardless of who he uses as an excuse to put Jason through hell. Has Jagger been out to get Jason all along?
Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) may not be Sonny Corinthos’s wife anymore, but she’ll forever have his back. Despite the ugly split and then betrayal that Carly felt when Sonny pursued a relationship with Nina, Carly and Sonny always look out for each other.
General Hospital recaps recall Sonny’s trust issues. Recently, he made the mistake of trusting Ava Jerome (Maura West). Meanwhile, he turned his back on Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) and Carly. But first, he found out that Nina betrayed him and his family when she turned Carly and Drew into the SEC. That’s when he decided that Nina could no longer be trusted. Finally, not until later on did Sonny confide in Ava while pushing Carly and Jason away.
As Taylor Swift says, “I wounded the good and I trusted the wicked.” That’s exactly what happened when Sonny told Ava that she’s the only person he can trust, while tearing down Carly and Jason. Mistakenly, Sonny leaned on and confided in a former mobster. But you know what they say, once a mobster, always a mobster. Just kidding, I don’t know if anyone really says that. But seriously, GH has taught me that it’s pretty hard to leave the business.
Carly And Nina Team Up
First of all, Ava dated Sonny’s son, Morgan Corinthos (Bryan Craig). That alone should be reason enough to keep his distance. Instead, Sonny ended up sleeping with his son’s ex! Then, Sonny blows off the fact that Ava killed Connie Falconeri (Kelly Sullivan), AND had a hand in his son Morgan’s death! How can he blow that off? Still, he got close to her in recent times despite her heinous deeds.
General Hospital spoilers and rumors tease that Sonny may have labeled Nina and Carly traitors, but that doesn’t stop them from caring about his well being. Carly has a feeling that Ava and Agent Cates are working together, and that Ava is helping Cates take down Sonny. Apparently, Carly asks Nina to work together against Ava.
Mayor Laura Spencer Collins has been through more in her life than the average grandmother. The adventures of her youth shaped Laura into the wife, mother, and grandmother that she is today. These days, a day in the life looks much different for Mrs. Collin’s than it did back when she was a Webber wrapped up in Luke’s world.
General Hospital recaps remind GH fans of Laura’s recent losses. In the matter of a short time, Mayor Collin has experienced great loss and tragedy in her life. Most recently, she lost her grandson. Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) and Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) were interrupted when his crazy ex-girlfriend Esme welcomed herself aboard on the ship to Paris.
Unexpectedly, Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) popped up and that’s when Spencer and Esme fell into the water. Laura receive the devastating news that baby Ace (Jay and Joey Clay) had lost his mom and his big brother. But prior to losing her grandson, Laura’s son Nikolas went missing.
Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma/Adam Huss) was the source of Laura’s most recent stress. Sadly, his choices led to many of the unfortunate incidents within Laura’s immediate family.
Laura now lives in Port Charles as her daughter Lulu (Emme Rylan) lies in a coma. Furthermore, her son Lucky is not even in the same country, Nikolas is still out there somewhere, and Spencer is presumed dead.
According to the latest General Hospital news, Jonathan Jackson is set to return as Lucky Spencer. Finally, Laura can breathe easier now that her son Lucky is home.
General Hospital star Ingo Rademacher joined the cast in 1996. His role quickly became a lead character as Jasper “Jax” Jack’s popularity soared. Over the years Jax as been front and center, and the love interest of many fellow leading characters.
Previous General Hospital news reports confirmed that Ingo Rademacher filed a lawsuit against ABC/Disney. This came after having been let go from his 21 year run on GH. His former employer enforced a vaccine mandate which Rademacher declined to receive. Therefore, he was let go from his role as Jax on Disney/ABC’s General Hospital.
General Hospital news and spoilers reveal that Ingo announced new details regarding his Disney case. His recent Instagram post reveals that his case will visits court this upcoming August.
“We have oral arguments scheduled in appellate court for early August for my case against Disney.”
Will GH Kill Off Jax?
Rademacher took to social media to openly express his grievances with ABC and Disney. That said, GH rumors tease that Ingo will most likely not return to the daytime drama due to conflict stemming from his 2021 GH exit.
Moreover, GH recaps recall that Jax left Port Charles in November of 2021 with no inclination toward a return. It’s possible that Jax will stay in Australia for the foreseeable future. But GH rumors speculate that the role will be killed off as opposed to recast.
Tony Geary retired from General Hospital in 2015. The then 66 year old actor ended his acting career after a 46 year run as an American icon.
Tony left a legacy as General Hospital’s Lucas Lorenzo Spencer. Although Geary left the show in 2015, Luke’s death was a more recent tragedy, and came as a shock to fans as well as Tony’s co-stars and their GH roles.
According to General Hospital recaps, Tracy announced Luke’s untimely death on the beginning of 2022. Despite having retired in 2015, Geary’s character Luke Spencer died in a cable car accident in Austria in 2015.
Lately, friends of the retired icon Tony Geary have taken trips to visit their friend in Amsterdam. After his retirement, the 77 year old General Hospital vet moved to Amsterdam and lives with his husband, Claudio Gama.
Previously, General Hospital news and spoilers revealed that GH star Kelly Monaco visited Geary and Gama. Monaco shared photos of her trip on Instagram, showcasing her time spent with her dear friend Tony.
Later, GH star Finola Hughes revealed that she took a trip to visit her former co-Star. According to General Hospital news, another GH vet reunited with Geary and Hughes in Amsterdam. Anders Hove popped up in a photo with Hughes. Reportedly, Geary’s husband Claudio shared a photo oh himself with both Hughes and Hove on Finola’s last day in Amsterdam.
Undoubtedly, Tony Geary formed lasting friendships with the co-stars on ABC’s General Hospital. These friendships have stood the test of time and continue as the years pass.
Anna Devane’s career history makes her a shoe-in for an independent Pikeman investigation. She no longer worked for the WSB, but Anna has collaborated with Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) to get to the bottom of things.
General Hospital spoilers reveal that Anna’s too close to the case. First, relationship with Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) served as the perfect tool to get the info that she and Jason so desperately seek. Anna is strong and can work objectively despite her past with the man in question- Valentin. Their love stories complex nature is both helpful and hurtful to Anna and Jason’s goals. Still, Anna was determined to do what needs to be done for the greater good of the investigation.
According to recent General Hospital spoilers and previews, Anna goes soft. She tells Jason that she can’t let Valentin get taken away. Although they shared an intimate evening together, Anna knows where she stands. Well, at least she knew until Charlotte returned home unexpectedly.
Anna Reneges On Pikeman Plan
GH rumors hint that Anna’s reason for reneging on the plan that’s in place to prove that Valentin has taken over for Pikeman. Despite their romantic evening and relationship history, Anna was still determined to do what needs to be done. But GH rumors claim that Anna can’t be the one to help take a father away from his daughter. Now that Charlotte is back home she’s going to need her father. How can Anna knowingly have him taken from her?
