The actress touches on her fears and insecurities, sharing details of her personal struggles. Her undersea experience served as proof that she can accomplish what she thought to be impossible while honoring her late father’s love for the ocean. Lisa reveals she was hooked to a rock “deep under the ocean.” She continued to describe her experience in the video’s caption. She was down there with a flashlight and around 50 sharks and manta rays, close enough for physical contact.
