General Hospital News: More a Covid Related Changes; Will Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) To Be Replaced By Chad Duell’s (Michael) Real Life GF?

As the cast and crew of General Hospital prepare to head back into the studio and dive back into filming, many changes will be made to ensure the safety and health of the actors and crew on set. The latest General Hospital news reports changes that will be made on set regarding close and personal contact such as love scenes.

General Hospital news and spoilers reveal a very interesting tactic that will be used when filming love scenes. General Hospital rumors indicate when feasible, actors and actresses real life significant others could be cast as body doubles in love scenes. For instance, Chad Duell’s (Michael Corinthos) real life girlfriend, Courtney Hope from The Bold and the Beautiful, has been rumored to be replacing Katelyn MacMullen in scenes where Willow and Michael become intimate. If this is true, it’s highly likely this will be the case for other on screen couples when feasible.

General Hospital spoilers and rumors suggest the two will ultimately fall in love, despite their marriage that took place solely to get custody of Wiley. If these two characters fall in love, there will be a need to work love scenes into the story, which would then bring up the possibility of minimizing personal contact if real life significant others are used as opposed to the actual actors who play a specific character.

Although this essentially makes sense, it’s unclear how this will work realistically, especially when a real life significant other is either non existent or unavailable for the scenes. For now, this new precaution is just a GH rumor but Genera Hospital Blog will update fans with any new concrete information regarding the new normal for returning to film.

Genera Hospital Spoilers: Maxie Jones Sleeping With The Enemy- And Having His Child?!

As Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) and Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) get closer to finding enough dirt on Peter August (Wes Ramsey) to prove his crimes, Maxie Jones could be hit with another shocking discovery. General Hospital spoilers and rumors indicate Maxie’s lightheaded episodes wasn’t “just the coffee” as she initially stated to Peter as she tried to get up from her chair and felt faint.

General Hospital rumors claim Maxie will find out she is pregnant before she learns she is sleeping with the enemy. Peter has been lying to Maxie and pinning his sins on people she cares about. Peter has successfully framed Sam Morgan (Kelly Monaco) and now he’s onto Maxie’s ex mother-in-law, Liesel Obrecht (Kathleen Gati). Dr. Obrecht is currently serving time in The Hague (Netherlands) for the murder of Drew Cain (Billy Miller), as Peter lied and claimed Liesel is the one who sabotaged the plane, resulting in Drew’s disappearance. Peter has also caused trouble for Robert Scorpio while trying to distract him from catching on. Holly Sutton (Emma Samms) is now assumed dead by more actions from Peter. However, whether Holly is alive or dead is another topic. Some GH rumors hint that Holly will present herself just at the right time. Hopefully, the truth about Peter will be exposed and Maxie will need to figure out how to deal with being pregnant with his child.

When the $h!t hits the fan, Maxie will need a shoulder to cry on. Will Spinelli be there to pick up the pieces of Maxie’s latest devastation?

General Hospital News: GH’s Parry Shen Stays Entertained While Waiting To Be Called Back To Work

It seems like we are all running out of activities to keep busy. It’s hard to stay sane and collected when everything seems so uncertain during these times. As they say, laughter is the best medicine and General Hospital’s Parry Shen (Brad Cooper) knows just the right dose to keep things light and fun.

Parry is at it again in a recent Instagram post. In the caption below he explains why he feels like one of those figurine cats that are displayed in Japanese restaurants.

General Hospital Spoilers: Molly And Maxie Baby Shocker!

In the last few episodes of General Hospital, before the effects of the global pandemic hit, General Hospital spoilers indicate that two women of Port Charles will learn they are pregnant in upcoming episodes. Molly Lansing Davis (Haley Pullos) had a one night stand with the new mechanic in town, who is of course linked to mobster, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). Corinthos is Molly’s uncle and some suspect Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) will run into some trouble when it comes to Molly and facing her uncle Sonny. Molly is now engaged to TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) after a confusing breakup that resulted after Molly turned down TJ’s marriage proposal. The two have come to an agreement of a civil union, however, Molly still keeps her secret from TJ. It would be very soapy if the writers to have Molly learn she is pregnant with Brando’s baby while trying to start her life with TJ.

More General Hospital spoilers claim Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) is also going to find out she’s pregnant. It seemed as though Maxie was being set up to become pregnant after she felt light headed and under the weather. General Hospital rumors ran with the classic pregnancy story line- fainting and nausea is the tell all sign that a soap character may be pregnant. Maxie, like Molly, would find herself in a situation that isn’t exactly ideal. Molly’s situation is obviously a predicament since the father of her baby would not be the man whom she is engaged. Maxie’s situation isn’t as cut and dry. Maxie herself doesn’t know that Peter August (Wes Ramsey) is living a double life as he commits crimes and pins them on others, while lying to Maxie’s face. Will Maxie find out who Peter really is and raise their baby alone or will Peter redeem himself and change his ways when he finds out he’s going to be a father?

Only time will tell! We can’t wait for new episodes of General Hospital and watch it all u fold.

General Hospital Spoilers: Three Sisters At Odds Over One Man, Which Davis Girl Will End Up With Brando?

Molly Lansing Davis (Haley Pullos) and Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) met one night by chance, spent the night together, only to have Brando’s morning get flipped upside down when he finds out Molly has a long term boyfriend.

Since the encounter, Molly set things straight with Brando has she struggles inside with her guilt for betraying TJ.
Molly’s sisters, Sam Morgan (Kelly Monaco) and Kristina Corinthos Davis (Lexi Ainsworth), have differing opinions on how Molly should handle her problem with TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow). Both sisters seem to hold some type of anger towers Brando, Kristina felt insulted after he made a comment regarding people and cults, and Sam just really needed someone to lash out at, at this stressful time in her life.

General Hospital spoilers have implied Molly will be connected to Brando forever, and the idea of one night and forgetting it ever happened is off the table. General Hospital rumors claim Molly will be pregnant with Brando’s baby and will have to figure out if and how she will tell TJ the truth.

However, many General Hospital rumors hint that the Davis Girls will be at odds not only for their opinion on Molly’s situation, but because there just might be a battle for Brando Corbin. Some fans saw sparks when he and Sam were arguing. Sam and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) are apart due to uncontrollable circumstances but Sam sees it as Jason giving up on their love. And some fans think Kristina needs her shot at happiness. Molly and Brando have chemistry through the roof… all three Davis Girls have potential to have a romantic connection with Brando, but is his heart and mind stuck on Molly after their night together?

General Hospital News: GH Limits Cast, New Exits Could Be Underway

The recommended guidelines for LA County film studios to follow upon returning to work is a laundry list of to-dos in order to help keep the cast and crew healthy and safe from contracting Covid-19.

Among those restrictions includes the amount of people that are allowed to be on set and in a scene at any given time.

Genera Hospital rumors have been circulating regarding the future of Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier) as her character seems unredeemable at this point in time. Before quarantine, Nelle married Julian Jerome (William DeVry) in a pathetic attempt to one up her ex, Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) and his new bride Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen), while trying to gain custody of their son, Wiley. GH rumors hint that Nelle may be approaching the end of her days as she married Julian, a mobster, and things may not end well for Nelle.

In other General Hospital spoilers, it’s been apparent that Sonny’s father, Mike Corbin (Max Gail) is living his final days in the company of his son, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), his wife Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright), along with the entire Corinthos family, and close friends. Although this story line was already in the works, it may be hurried up a bit in order to minimize the number of cast members on set during the early times of returning to work with Covid-19.

The details of when and how GH will resume production are still unclear, however, the July 20th date remains on the table.

General Hospital News: GH’s Official Instagram Video Clip Will Melt Your Heart; ‘Thank God For General Hospital’

Those over at General Hospital really know how to tug at the heart strings of their fans. If you are a true General Hospital fan, you’re probably feeling some sadness, disappointment, and an empty feeling while missing this staple in life. GH to it’s fans is not just a TV show. It isn’t just a Soap Opera, it is a way of life for some. To some, GH is an escape from reality, whatever it may be.
It’s safe to say that we the fans are all missing our favorite Port Charles residents right about now as Covid-19 has stretched through the end of Winter, all throughout Spring, and now we’ll into Summer. Rest assured General Hospital will be back on ABC and we will all be there, glued to the TV upon it’s glorious return.
General Hospital posted on its official Instagram page a heart warming, nostalgic, and hopeful message wrapped nicely in a short video montage.
The video begins by reading, “This is why you hold your breath,” which in itself is emotionally moving, given the times we are in. Take a look at the video and caption below which states, “Thank God for General Hospital.” In the video, Maurice Benard (Sonny Corinthos) can be heard saying, “Thank God for General Hospital.” I don’t know about y’all, but this truly made my day!

General Hospital News: GH’s Ian Buchanan Announces Upcoming Event

Duke Lavery (Ian Buchanan) and Anna Devane (Finolas Hughes) were a dynamic duo as lovers, friends, as well as partners in adventure throughout the years until the unthinkable, when Duke is killed, leaving Anna angry and vengeful.

General Hospital News: GH’s Tristan Rogers Shares His Thoughts On Current Day Soap Writing- Do You Agree With This Soap Opera Icon?

I’m recent years, social media has become the norm for people to express their opinions, feelings, and more for the world to read. Social media outlets aren’t just used by the world’s youth or up and coming, but has been mainstream now for a while to people of all ages to use social media as their vocal outlet. Sometime using a platform to express an unfiltered opinion can be risky.

Tristan Roger’s began his journey with the Daytime Drama, General Hospital, on December 2, 1980! Needless to say his role of Robert Scorpio has become one of the most iconic and well known characters in the history of the Soap Opera genre. Rogers, along with Emma Samms as Holly Sutton, and Finola Hughes as Anna Devane, has made quite a name for himself and the Port Charles trio. If anyone knows GH writing history, it’s Tristan!

In a recent tweet from Rogers, he gets nostalgic after rewatching an old scene where Robert met Holly after he had just remarried Anna. Rogers goes on to say, “Wow they don’t write em like that anymore. I’d forgotten. For me that closed the relationship. But a great exit.”

General Hospital News: GH’s Finola Hughes Assures Fans With Nostalgic Video, Announces “We’ll be back”

I’m recent GH news and spoilers, it was said to be that July 20th was the date most recently set for film production in LA County to resume. However, after General Hospital news and rumors started circulating, this date is now left up in the air. General Hospitals rumors claim that two General Hospital female actors have tested positive for Covid-19.

General Hospitals news and spoilers revealed the cast and crew would return to work on July 20th and new episodes would start airing nearing the end of August. Since it has been rumored that actress Kelly Monaco (Sam Morgan) may have been one of the two females who have allegedly tested positive for Covid-19. Kelly’s BFF, Shanna Moakler has confirmed to have the illness and it’s been rumored that the two women have been hanging out together.

Despite all the back and forth, ups and downs, and uncertainty, we keep faith in knowing that things will get back to normal, and General Hospital will soon begin again.
