General Hospital Recaps: Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) may have been the closest thing to a friend Brennan had. Of course, Jack started out having fallen for her mom, Carly Spencer (Laura Wright). Not long after Carly fell for him right back, he betrayed her by recruiting Josslyn to the WSB, ultimately lying to Carly. After Carly found out, in swept Valentin, and then there was no going back for Carly and Jack.

Then Brennan got involved in Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) and Congresswoman Willow Tait’s (Katelyn MacMullen) warped drama. And for a while, Nina was the closest thing to a true friend.

This week on General Hospital, Charlotte Cassadine’s (Bluesy Burke) is shaken by her horrific discovery. Wha started off as a casual swim with Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) turned into a murder crime scene.

According to the latest General Hospital spoilers, multiple people had a hand in Jack Brennan’s shocking death. it looks like Ava Jerome (Maura West) may have done Jack in, but Nina, Willow, and Drew took part in behavior that lead up to his murder.

Previously, General Hospital comings and goings reports hinted at Chris L. McKenna’s GH exit, and Brennan’s untimely end. However, recent GH rumors tease that Brenna may not be dead quite yet. New information and GH rumors suggests that Chris L. McKenna’s GH exit is coming- just not until Fall.

The Fallout Begins. Danny Morgan is a wreck after losing his dad, Jason (Steve Burton) to a WSB prison sentence shortly after his mom Sam (Kelly Monaco) passed away. On the next General Hospital, Danny is desperate for help and turns to Rocco and Charlotte (Bluesy Burke). Rocco and Danny clash when Rocco refuses to help Danny. But little does Danny know that Rocco doesn’t have a choice.

Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) is fighting a battle only few know. His step-brother Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) is typically the one he’d turn to, but that’s just not possible this time around. The secret is eating away at Rocco as he fears for himself and feels for Danny all at the same time.

General Hospital spoilers tease that the situation with Rocco and Jason fuels a fallout between the boys. Rocco and Danny clash when Rocco refuses to help Danny when it comes to Jason. His hands are tied. More specifically, the target Cullum has on Rocco’s back prevents him from helping Danny- but it’s not like Rocco can explain that to Danny.

General Hospital’s Asher Antonyzyn sat down with his co-stars on a recent episode of THAT’S AWESOME with Steve and Bradford. Asher revealed some interesting General Hospital spoilers regarding his character Danny Morgan. When asked about Danny and Charlotte, Asher Antonyzyn disclosed an eye-opening revelation. Asher compares Danny and Charlotte to Jason and Carly during his latest appearance on THAT’S AWESOME.

Danny and Charlotte- Kissing Cousins No More?!

GH’s Bradford Anderson and Steve Burton recently interviewed Steve’s tv son. Asher, who plays Danny, was asked about his character’s feelings for Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke). They poked fun at the fact that Charlotte is Danny’s distant cousin, and Steve even threw in a joke about 23 and Me results.

When asked if Danny and Charlotte are pursuing their feelings, Asher had an interesting answer. The 16 year old General Hospital star addressed Danny and Charlotte, their feelings, and their family tree.

In his May 10th interview on THAT’S AWESOME, Asher Antonyzyn compared Danny and Charlotte to Jason and Carly. Ultimately, Danny and Charlotte feel the way Jason (Steve Burton) and Carly (Laura Wright) feel. They are each other’s ride or die, and refrain from romantic entanglements. Jason and Carly have their reasons for keeping their love platonic, and Danny and Charlotte have theirs.

Although different situations, Antonyzyn stated, “they’ve kind of realized that it’s kind of like a Jason and Carly relationship. They have so much love for each other that they don’t feel like it’s right to go into something like that again.”

It was a surprise to see Lulu’s daughter Charlotte back on screen. However, the recast role caught fans even more off-guard. The role of Charlotte Cassadine has been recast, and Bluesy Burke made her General Hospital debut. The new Charlotte Cassadine recast debuted on the September 8, 2025 GH episode.

In 2016, a 7 year old Scarlett Fernandez stepped into Charlotte Cassadine’s shoes, and she’s been a beloved member of the GH cast since her debut. As the daughter of Lulu and Valentin, Charlotte comes from two prominent families in Port Charles. In fact, her mother‘s family and father‘s family have been arch enemies since the 1980s. The age old rivalry between the Spencer family and the Cassadine family lives on despite the absence of Helena Cassadine (Constance Towers) and Luke Spencer (Tony Geary).

According to the GH news, a casting change raised questions about Scarlett Fernandez’s GH status. Reportedly, the role of Charlotte Cassadine has been recast. 17 year old Bluesy Burke has been cast as the new Charlotte. She shared her first scene with tv mom, Alexa Havins. Charlotte and Lulu had a heart to heart about boundaries and growing up.
