In December of 2024, Emma Scorpio Drake unexpectedly returned to Port Charles. Her grandmother Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) was just as surprised as the next guy to see Emma back in town. For all Anna knew, her granddaughter was as away at college in California at UC Berkeley.
At first, Emma’s return sparked controversy among GH fans and (fictional) confusion among Emma’s close family. The Emma everyone knew was no more when Braedyn Bruner stepped into the role following the fan-adored Brooklyn Silzer. Additionally, the character’s entire personality did an 180.° Grown up Emma presented a contrast drastic enough to have resulted from a lobotomy. Eventually, we were able to see the sweet and even vulnerable sides to Emma.
Sadly, sweet little Emma was left in the past. It didn’t take long for fans to get on board with the new Emma- the actress and the personality. In fact, Braedyn Bruner has captivated fans in her rendition of Emma, and has become an storyline front runner. From the looks of things, Emma and Gio have potential for romance if the writers keep up the good work. It seems like the vibe around Port Charles began to change upon Steve Burton‘s anticipated return to General Hospital. On January 4th, 2024, ABC aired the primetime special, General Hospital: 60 Years of Stars and Storytelling with a surprise ending. That’s when Steve Burton’s highly anticipated GH comeback was announced to the world. Two months later, Burton made his GH return debut on March 4th, 2024. Previously, GH Blog shared, recent rumors based on intriguing potential clues. Are we shifting away from the mob scene in PC? Because GH rumors claim that The Future Of PC Is The WSB!

…So, it’s official. Under all those opaque intentions, Brennan shows which (and whose) side he’s really on. Not to mention where and with whom his heart lies. It’s safe to say that Jack Brennan is one of the good ones. Well, as good as a WSB agent who does whatever is necessary to successfully complete a mission can be.
General Hospital previews reveal a relieving scene. On Wednesday, March 19th, Sonny tells Jason to make sure that Brennan gets the job done.
