General Hospital: Sonny and Laura handle Sidwell together
Mayor Laura Collins stands on high moral ground. She’s no phony goodie two shoes because she actually is one. Thanks to Jenz Sidwell, Laura is torn between two decisions with various possible outcomes.
First, Laura’s option could be to stick to the plan and keep quiet. She called Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) to help her out of the dead Dalton mess, and now there is no turning back. Unless… unless Laura takes option two, and turns herself in.

Coming up on General Hospital, Laura continues to struggle with uncertainty. She and Sonny are in this mess together, but she’s the one who roped him in. But if we want to get technical, then Laura would never have been in this situation if there were no Sidwell. No mob. And who’s responsible for bringing the mob life to Port Charles? None of there Laura’s life long friend, Sonny. Regardless, it doesn’t matter how you slice it. Laura and Sonny are in this together.

Sonny and Laura have been friends for decades. He has always come through for her, even when her moral compass has pointed her away from his direction. Lately, Laura has shown loyalty when it comes to her roles as Mayor and friend. She sticks by her relationship with her grandson’s grandfather, despite her political position.
Well, General Hospital Blog asked Maurice Benard what HE would want Laura to do in this predicament. Does he want Laura to turn herself in, or ride this mess out together with Sonny? Maurice said that he’d want Laura to stick with the plan and ride out this Sidwell mess together, because turning herself in “would be boring.”

Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) remains in jail after unlawfully accessing and trespassing inside Professor Dalton’s (Daniel Goddard) research lab. General Hospital recaps recall that things got out of hand when Dalton lied. Sonny wasn’t going to stand for Dalton framing Rocco. ADA Turner focuses on Sonny now that Dalton is missing.
Coming up on General Hospital, Rocco’s family continues to work towards his release. Certain family Emmett’s have their own unique way of getting things done- especially when family is at risk, or in any kind of danger. Right now, Rocco is behind bars for something he sort of did. He may have broken into the lab with Britt’s stolen key fob, but he definitely didn’t destroy Dalton’s lab.

Now that Dalton is “missing” Justine Turner (Nazneen Contractor) must navigate the situation differently. She knows how angry Sonny is, especially after Rocco got roughed up in jail. Was Sonny’s threat enough for Justine to make it a point to nail Sonny for Dalton’s murder?
General Hospital: Laura and Sonny- Partners in Crime?
Setup by Sidwell!? Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) is always a step ahead even when he’s fallen behind. It looks like Sonny received the two miracles he was hoping for. His dear friend Laura Collins (Genie Francis) won the election, and Measure C didn’t pass. Meaning, Laura is still Mayor of Port Charles, and Sonny (Maurice Benard) gets to keep his piers.

Coming up on General Hospital, it’s likely that Laura’s gruesome discovery leads to a tragic path for herself and her friend, Sonny. Ezra Boyle may have lost the election and Measure C may not have passed, but Sidwell comes out the victor. He used their friendship and family connection to make it look as though Laura had Sonny “take care” of Professor Dalton, mobster style.
What more perfect crime exists than two grandparents conspiring to kill the man who put their grandson in jail? A more perfect crime would be the frame job-whoever set up the grandparents to take the fall- now that’s the perfect crime.

Sidwell framed Laura and Sonny for killing Professor Dalton. Why It Works: Laura and Sonny are open about their life long friendship, and family connection. They are Rocco Falconeri’s (Finn Carr) grandparents. Sonny happens to be a mobster. Laura happened to publicly threaten Henry Dalton (Daniel Goddard). It will look as though Laura turned to Sonny to take care of the naught Professor, in order to protect their grandson. This way, despite Laura’s win, Ezra Boyle becomes Mayor of Port Charles. And the other half of Sidwell’s plan is to take Sonny’s piers. Who else would they go to of Sonny goes to jail for Dalton’s murder?

Well, the people of Port Charles have spoken and the votes are in. The Port Charles Mayoral race was called, and Laura Collins was crowned the victor. Despite all of her doubts, and Congressman Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) conviction, Laura beat Ezra Boyle. Now, Measure C won’t pose a threat when it comes to moving Sonny out and Sidwell in. Dalton’s death changes everything for Laura!

We begin to speculate and suddenly General Hospital rumors run wild. This time, GH fans kind of saw Daniel Goddards’s GH exit coming in the past days. And sure enough, Professor Dalton is shot dead.

The Situation: Family, Politics, and a Naughty Professor… and MURDER?!?! While it’s quite doubtful that Mayor Laura Collins (Genie Francis) murders someone this week on General Hospital, it’s possible that she could go down for the crime.
It’s election night in Port Charles and the race between Mayor Laura Collins and Ezra Boyle is heated. As volatile as it already was, this mayoral race just hit peak volatility. The situation with Laura’s grandson Rocco, and the PCU Professor, Henry Dalton, has turned a bad situation worse. Dalton’s frame job, and Laura’s crash out can’t end well for either of them. Apparently, General Hospital rumors claim that Laura’s very public threat to Dalton could implicate her in a deadly crime.
According to the latest General Hospital previews, Sidwell tells Marco that it would be easier if “he” disappeared. It’s possible that well refers to Dalton in that conversation with his son.. see Dalton acted on his own and against Sidwell‘s orders. At this point Professor Dalton (Daniel Goddard) is just in the way.

On the November 17th episode of General Hospital, Rocco Falconeri’s hearing went south. Suddenly, he faces multiple felony charges, and even the possibility of having to spend time in the slammer. It turns out that Dalton destroyed his own lab to pin it on Rocco. Despite Sidwell’s instruction to drop the charges against Laura’s grandson, Dalton did quite the opposite.

GH’s Daniel Goddard’s Social Networking App. General Hospital newcomer, Daniel Goddard, plays the role of the indecorous Professor Dalton. Inappropriate to say the least, and the WSB has a close watch on this guy. But it’s not only the WSB with eyes on Dalton. Professor Dalton is getting a little too close to his student, Emma Scorpio Drake (Braedyn Bruner) as she strategically places herself in his orbit. Whatever he’s cooking up behind the scenes has Anna, the WSB, and Emma wanting answers.
While he’s not pretending to be a college professor with a mysterious agenda, actor and entrepreneur Daniel Goddard has been cooking up real life project behind the scenes.
Dysko: GH’s Daniel Goddard’s Social Networking App
According to recent General Hospital news reports, Goddard has launched a new social networking app called Dysko. Its purpose is to create a space where people can connect on a deeper level. In December of 2024, Emma Scorpio Drake unexpectedly returned to Port Charles. Her grandmother Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) was just as surprised as the next guy to see Emma back in town. For all Anna knew, her granddaughter was as away at college in California at UC Berkeley.
At first, Emma’s return sparked controversy among GH fans and (fictional) confusion among Emma’s close family. The Emma everyone knew was no more when Braedyn Bruner stepped into the role following the fan-adored Brooklyn Silzer. Additionally, the character’s entire personality did an 180.° Grown up Emma presented a contrast drastic enough to have resulted from a lobotomy. Eventually, we were able to see the sweet and even vulnerable sides to Emma.
Sadly, sweet little Emma was left in the past. It didn’t take long for fans to get on board with the new Emma- the actress and the personality. In fact, Braedyn Bruner has captivated fans in her rendition of Emma, and has become an storyline front runner. From the looks of things, Emma and Gio have potential for romance if the writers keep up the good work. According to General Hospital news reports, Bruner’s Emma, and Emma paired with Gio Palmieri (Gio Mazza) continue to receive positive feedback from GH fans all over social media.
Emma and Dalton’s Past- What’s Emma Hiding?
General Hospital Recaps: Anna knew something was up based on Emma’s new, bad girl attitude. But as the story unfolded over these past five months, the former WSB agent began questioning the validity of every story told involving Emma.
According to the documentation obtained by Anna from the WSB, Emma and professor Dalton have crossed paths prior to Port Charles. Coincidentally (or not), both Emma Scorpio Drake and Henry Dalton were involved in a classified scandal at UC Berkeley, and somehow both wound up in Port Charles. So, GH fans have been wondering how Professor Dalton doesn’t remember Emma from his lab at UC Berkeley. It’s possible that she was only part of the break-in as students attempted to avenge abused animals in the lab.
General Hospital Spoilers: Someone is hiding something that’s for sure. At this point the focus is on Dalton’s it’s Dalton’s undisclosed lab project. Meanwhile, General Hospital rumors tease that Emma is harboring a seismic directive!

The streets of Port Charles are plagued with creepy dudes. Lately, Professor Dalton and Drew Cain have upped their weirdo game and now it’s hard to tell who is worse. These two don’t know it, but they are competing for the title of biggest creep. First, we have the new guy in Port Charles. Professor Dalton has arrived in Port Charles after fleeing from California. He was a professor at UC Berkeley, where Emma Scorpio Drake lived in California with her parents, Drs. Patrick and Robin Scorpio-Drake.
Aside from the fact that the WSB has launched an investigation into Professor Henry Dalton, he seems creepy on a whole other level. The way he laughs around both Anna (Finola Hughes) and Emma (Braedyn Bruner), the way he stares, and planning alone time with his student are not signs of a wholesome gentleman.
Then we have Drew. Good ole Drew Cain (desirably Quartermaine) went from noble hero to wife stealing creepy uncle before our eyes. Drew is a manipulative liar and has home wrecked his own nephew’s life. If Drew had his way he would whisk Willow, Amelia, Wiley, and Scout far away from Port Charles and their families. Additionally, Drew was sleeping with Willow’s mother, Nina (Cynthia Watros). Neither Nina nor Drew have bothered to tell Willow the truth- but we all know that won’t last too much longer.
We all know that our feelings for Drew are mutual among us GH fans. Meanwhile, Drew and Willow continue to hold the first place title for most hated couple currently on General Hospital. As for Dalton, we have only begun to see what he’s all about. But from the way things appear, the intriguing professor’s creeper rating could even surpass Drew.
