Another person who would justify such a heinous act would be none other than, Heather Webber (Robin Mattson).
General Hospital spoilers reveal that Heather W. refers to the infamously insane, Heather Webber, mother of Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth). Ryan Chamberlain’s security guard read his mail out loud, which included a letter signed, “Your biggest fan, Heather W.”

Franco, her son, is going through a hard time with his medical diagnosis, and dealing with his family struggles, it would be just like Heather to swoop in and cause more trouble for Franco than he needs right now.

The last time GH fans saw Amanda Setton in the role of Brook Lynn Quartermaine was back in the Summer of 2020. The actress went on maternity leave, and Briana Lane took over the role.
