General Hospital Spoilers: Elizabeth’s Buried Trauma; Her Father’s Affair Reveals She’s Responsible For Reiko’s Death

Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) lost her husband Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) when Peter August (Wes Ramsey) reign of terror gusted through Port Charles.

General Hospital recaps recall Elizabeth’s recent struggles being comforted and supported by Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) as he tried to help her work through her mysterious symptoms and random memories. He and Liz bonded over the incident with Peter; as Liz didn’t hesitate to help when Finn pushed him down the stairs.

As they say, no good deed goes unpunished, and after Elizabeth helped Finn cover up what happened, the act then triggered strange flashbacks of suppressed trauma for Liz. General Hospital spoilers reveal Elizabeth’s flashbacks begin to tell a story she has buried deep into her subconscious avoiding coming terms with having killed someone many years ago.

General Hospital rumors suggest that Elizabeth’s father, Jeff Webber was having an affair with a much younger woman, and Elizabeth wasn’t having any of it. After Finn recognized his late wife, Reiko in Elizabeth’s image, suspicions of Jeff and Reiko’s past affair has opened the door for even more buried secrets.

GH rumors hint that the reason Elizabeth has blocked out her memories and is avoiding her father at all costs because she is actually responsible for the death of her father’s mistress, who now happens to also be Finn’s late wife, Reiko.

It’s likely that when Liz encountered Finn at the top of the stairs as Peter’s lifeless body lied at the bottom, memories of her troubled past came to the surface.

What if that was just a story Finn drummed up in order to protect a young woman (Elizabeth) from paying the price for killing Reiko, a woman who was cheating on him with Liz’s father.

General Hospital Spoilers: Sonny Protects Carly As Nina Remains Fair Game As Killer’s Next Target

There is a killer on the loose and so far the most logical explanation for the attacks on the people of Port Charles has Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) taking extra precautions.

General Hospital’s most popular power couple is current on the outs, both moving on with other people. After Sonny couldn’t shake his feelings for Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros), his wife Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) accepted that her husband has changed, and slowly began to move forward. Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) friendship has begun to develop into something more as Sonny and Nina continue with their post Nixon Falls life.

General Hospital history proves that no matter what, Sonny and Carly will always have an unbreakable bond. Through the most devastating betrayals, choices, actions, and words that cannot be taken back, Sonny and Carly always find a way to look out for one another. Sonny will always honor the mother of his children even if they’ve moved on from each other.

Sonny made sure he told Carly to stay out in Jacksonville while the psycho who is trying to harm those closet to has their way with whomever they choose on the streets of PC. He thinks it’s best that Carly stay out of the commotion in fear of her becoming the next victim.

Nina Reeves is staying close and remains in Port Charles despite the risk to her safety. Nina thought she knew what she was getting into when she decided to go forward in a relationship with the mob boss, but was she ever prepared for this? Not only is she subject to a psycho who wants to get those close to Sonny, but she doesn’t seem close enough to him to receive the same type of protection as his ex wife, Carly!

There seems to be a pattern that has remained consistent with the victims chosen by the over confident hook killer.

General Hospital spoilers reveal that after attacking their third victim, the killer’s confidence skyrockets, motivating the power hungry psycho to strike again. The authorities and public figures in Port Charles have put their heads together to come up with clues that steer them toward the right suspect. But it doesn’t take a genius to see that all the victims have one thing in common… Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). Sonny as gone through most of his adult life knowing that anyone he gets close to becomes a target. He has taken extreme measures to protect the ones who loves, even going as far as calling things off and even closing the door on those most important to him. Sometimes all the precautionary measures in the world can’t alleviate the threat and ultimate danger Sonny’s business brings.

There are relatively new guys in town, and two of Port Charles’s most established young ladies have their sites set on them.

Dex seems to have been caught up in the wrong place at the wrong time too many times for it to be considered coincidence. GH previews indicate that Josslyn will defend Dex when Sonny questions Dex’s innocence. Dex is already hiding something from Josslyn and Sonny. Secretly working for Michael has it’s consequences and according to General Hospital rumors, the jig might be up sooner than later id Dex has to expose his secret employment by Michael to keep himself from going down for the hook killer crimes.

Everyone has been so worried about Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) and what will happen to her now that her husband and conservator, Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) has died.

Is Morgan Corinthos back with a vengeance?

Other GH rumors speculate the idea of Morgan being the hook killer, running around PC. His first victim was as Ava Jerome (Maura West), the woman he once loved. Ava purposely set out to hurt Morgan which ultimately resulted in the tragedy that struck the Corinthos family. Is Morgan alive and out for revenge? Another key component to the hook killer mystery is how the killer tan after Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy), Morgan’s sister. It’s likely Joss wasn’t a target at all, but then when the mystery attacker got sight of Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor), it seemed obvious that Brando saw the killer’s face. Morgan could have taken Brando out simply because he saw him, it he may have been Morgan’s intended victim since Brando was the one sort of taking his place in Sonny’s life.

Previous General Hospital news reports confirmed that General Hospital star Maurice Benard spilled some tea in a comment from his TikTok post. There fans had asked if Bryan Craig would soon be returning to his role as Sonny’s son, Morgan, when Benard replied to a fan by stating that Craig is too busy to return.

General Hospital Spoilers: Johnny Wactor Addresses Fans In Heartfelt Farewell, Leaves Door Open To Return

The loss of Brando Corbin and his portrayer, Johnny Wactor, from ABC’s General Hospital has hit the fan base community hard. The death of Brando came as a shock to many, having many unanswered questions.

General Hospital news reports confirm that Johnny Wactor’s role as Brando has been killed off the longest running soap opera, leaving his onscreen wife Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) and mother Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs) to pick up the pieces.

Fans have been anxiously waiting on a statement from Wactor regarding the confirmation of his departure. General Hospital spoilers reveal Johnny has taken to social media to speak out, reaching out to the GH fans. Johnny shared a heartfelt message that personally left us at General Hospital Blog in tears. He admits that he has been “blown away” by fan reactions, confessing he had no idea that we the fans cared so much.
