General Hospital Spoilers: Jason And Carly Clash Over Position Of Power

Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) is a very resourceful woman. She sprung immediately into action without hesitation when she had to step on for Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) at the meeting with the Five Families.

With the help of Brick (Stephen A. Smith), Carly’s been calling the shots. General Hospital rumors claim Jax (Ingo Rademacher), may have been right about one thing, Carly enjoys the power.

It looks like Carly doesn’t want to give up her newfound control over the baddies of Port Charles. But how far will she oppose her main man, best friend, and shoulder to lean on, Jason Morgan? Some will argue that Carly has her own family to manage and look after, and to leave the Five Families to Jason. Other are all for Carly’s new role as a bad ass mob boss.

Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) has never been one to openly express and/or admit his feelings and emotions. He’s always had a reserved way of showing his feelings, and only when the time was right. His lack of emotional vulnerability results in his “stone cold” persona.

General Hospital spoilers reveal Jason and Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) have developed real feelings for each other after both saving each other’s lives, and being there for support when they needed someone the most.

General Hospital Spoilers: Maxie Asks Nina About Mike

A while back, Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms), Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros), and Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud), formed a sisterhood pact, promising to always have each other’s back through life’s twists and turns.

Maxie’s connection to Nina and Britt come from their love for the late, Nathan West (Ryan Paevy). When the three women made their pact, they promised to stick by each other’s side no matter what.

General Hospital spoilers reveal Maxie leans on Nina while still trying to overcome the trauma which was brought about by her ex, Peter August (Wes Ramsey). Nina is back in town after Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) gave Nina permission to spend time with his son, Wiley.

Nina has been up to some shady business while staying in Nixon Falls. General Hospital previews show Maxie is all eat as her curiosity is peaked. Maxie wants to know what has kept Nina away and asks all about Mike. Although Maxie, Nina, and Britt have promised to stand by one another, holding back on telling Nina she’s wrong would only do more damage to so many.

But has what Nina done crossed a line? Will Maxie and Britt stand by Nina once they find out she has keeping Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) from Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) and the rest of their family?

General Hospital Spoilers: Liz Opens Her Heart To Another Man After Losing Franco

Elizabeth Webber Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) recently suffered a great loss. Her husband, and stepfather to her boys was taken unexpectedly when he fell victim to Peter August’s (Wes Ramsey) psychotic nature.

Liz has been mourning Franco’s (Roger Howarth) loss, first by throwing blame in the wrong direction at Jason Morgan (Steve Burton), then by dealing with the fallout surrounding her son, Cameron Webber (William Lipton), and now keeping herself busy and focused by diving into her work.

Elizabeth has been helping Dr. Finn in his quest to find a cure for Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard), as he too has fallen victim of Peter. Liz and Finn have been working closely together while trying to undo the damage Peter has done. Liz feels that Peter has already taken away her husband, so she’s going to do all she can to help Finn so that Peter doesn’t take Chase too.

General Hospital spoilers reveal Elizabeth and Finn have made a deeper connection than anticipated, as it continues to grow as they work side by side to save Chase. The situation could get a bit awkward since Finn was in a relationship with Elizabeth’s sister, Hayden Barnes (Rebecca Budig), making Elizabeth an Aunt to Finn and Hayden’s daughter, Violet.

General Hospital rumors suggest Liz and Finn will develop deeper feelings for each other, causing a controversial relationship over the fact that it might be too soon after losing Franco for Liz to jump into a relationship, especially with her sister’s ex.

General Hospital Spoilers: Willow Gets In Too Deep, Chase’s Condition Takes A Turn Leaving Willow In A Compromising Position

Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) and Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) started out telling a small white lie for the sake of a dying man’s feelings. It seemed innocent enough since Chase (Josh Swickard) was none the wiser, and his health condition couldn’t really handle any more stress. Willow and Michael thought it would be a good idea to let Chase believe he’s in a relationship with Willow, even though she and Michael have professed their love for one another.

General Hospital spoilers reveal Willow’s answer to marrying chase will complicate Willow’s situation more than she could have imagined.

Dr. Finn (Michael Easton) thought he had found a cure for Chase by using DNA from both Chase’s parents; himself and Jackie Templeton (Kim Delaney). Since that has failed, Chase’s chance at survival looks pretty grim.

General Hospital rumors suggest Willow gets in too deep by accepting Chase’s marriage proposal, and when his health takes a turn, she will be expected to become his wife. GH rumors claim Finn will indeed find the right cure for Chase which will also prove that Gregory Chase (Gregory Harrison) is Chase’s biological father. And in that discovery, Chase will be cured. Willow is in love with Michael but has promised herself to Chase because she thinks he is going to die.

Once his health is not longer in jeopardy, Chase will want to follow through with a wedding, and she will have to dig herself out from this deep hole she has dug.

General Hospital News: GH’s Sofia Mattsson Shares In Sasha Gilmore’s Pregnancy Journey

Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) and Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) can rest a little easier now that Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) is under police custody and recovering from a gunshot wound at General Hospital.

The moment Sasha found out she was pregnant with Brando’s child, she was filled with mixed emotions know that Cyrus would pose a major threat to her baby and her baby’s father. Thanks to Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs), Brando’s mom, Cyrus was implicated in multiple crimes, taking him off the streets of Port Charles.

Dr. Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) is giving his all, using his knowledge and skills as a doctor, along with the helps of trusted companion, Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst), to find a cure for Chase (Josh Swickard).

General Hospital spoilers reveal Dr. Finn is at his wits end after his sure fire discovery turned out to be a failure. Finn was sure that DNA from both of Chase’s parents, himself and Jackie Templeton (Kim Delaney), would be what his immune system needed to fight this virus.

General Hospital spoilers indicate Finn goes back to the drawing board because he isn’t going to give up on saving Chase. Although discouraged, Finn returns to the lab at GH to take another crack at it.

General Hospital rumors claim this is when Finn will uncover that the original paternity results were incorrect and possibly tampered with. It’s been rumored that Finn will realize that he in fact is not Chase’s biological father, and Gregory Chase (Gregory Harrison) is and has been all along.

Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) seems like the last person to be giving out any sort of advice about telling the truth. But here she is, giving her two cents to Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen).

Brook Lynn typically does things that benefit herself, and that’s probably what’s going on here too. General Hospital spoilers reveal Brook Lynn gets real with Willow, which doesn’t mean she’s about to divulge her baby Bailey secret. However, Brook Lynn will school Willow on what she’s about to do when it comes to Harrison Chase’s (Josh Swickard) proposal.

General Hospital rumors suggest Brook Lynn has a thing for Chase, so she’s deterring Willow from agreeing to marry him. Of course, it’s a bad idea to begin with, so that helps Brook Lynn’s reasoning against Willow and Chase herring married. Brook Lynn also cares about her cousin, Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell), and she knows he and Willow are in love. Marrying Chase would be a disaster no matter which way you look at it. So Brook Lynn’s motives aren’t completely selfish, but she of all people have no place schooling anyone on honesty.

Brook Lynn should be more concerned with the lies she’s telling Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart), her father Ned Ashton (Wally Kurth), stepmom Olivia Falconeri (Lisa LoCicero), and all her family and friends who love her and will be devastated when the truth comes out that Bailey is Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) and Peter August’s (Wes Ramsey) baby.

Regardless of credibility or motive, Brook Lynn is right. Willow should not marry Chase just because she feels sorry for him. Can Brook Lynn’s honestly get through to Willow before she makes a life altering mistake?

Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) just received some good news that frankly, she doesn’t deserve. With persuasion from Jax (Ingo Rademacher), Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) called Nina to let her know he is willing to allow her to visit his son, and Nina’s grandson, Wiley.

Nina has done some major damage to the Corinthos family by discovering Sonny is alive and never having the courtesy to put his family out of mourning. Not only has she kept this secret, but she has betrayed Sonny in more ways than one. Let’s start with how she has led him on, and now they’ve both developed feelings for one another, knowing damn well that he is a happily married man. Nina would never stand a chance with a man like Sonny if it weren’t for his amnesia.

Although Nina’s first encounter with Carly won’t be volatile, what’s coming Nina’s way will be everything she deserves and more. No one crosses Carly and Sonny without paying for it.

Jax (Ingo Rademacher) has crossed the line while putting a wedge between himself and his daughter’s brother, Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell). Threats and blackmail don’t usually sit well with those who were supposed to be loved ones. Michael always saw Jax as family, and now his actions toward Michael and Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) really put things into perspective. Jax is only looking to benefit himself. And in this case, he wants to be the hero for Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros).

General Hospital spoilers reveal Jax has to face the music now that he has messed with Carly’s (Laura Wright) son. No matter how close Jax is to Carly.

General Hospital previews show Carly is letting Jax have it as she confronts him on his latest meddling. Blackmailing Carly’s son isn’t going to win Jax any brownie points with Carly, especially knowing that what he did was all for Nina. Jax now has to face Carly’s wrath, as he tries to talk his way out of stabbing her and Michael in the back.
