General Hospital recaps recall the way Fake Nathan referred to James (Gary Fuller) and Rocco (Finn Carr) as his and Britt’s sons left fans wanting answers. If it’s true, and Britt is Rocco’s mom, then Rocco loses a brother, but gains a sister. That would mean that Rocco is Emma’s little brother, not Gio’s. Oh what a tangled web the people of Port Charles weave.
Now here’s something to think about… if Dr. Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) is indeed Rocco Falconeri’s mom, that changes everything in Rocco’s world. First things first, Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins) is the only mother Rocco’s ever known. And his dad, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna), he just found out that he has a son named Gio (Giovanni Mazza).
Second, Rocco gained a brother when Brook Lynn’s secret was exposed. Rocco has been getting to know his big brother Gio over the last year or so. So, the brotherhood is quite fresh.

According to the latest General Hospital rumors, Rocco learns that Lulu and Dante aren’t his biological parents. In a devastating plot twist, Britt and Patrick Drake aren’t Rocco’s real parents. Or shall we say “Ben’s” real parents?!
Rocco has been through so much, and now his life may be turned upside down. The brother he’s just getting to know won’t even be his brother anymore. Instead, Rocco is Emma’s brother, not Gio’s. Since Emma is Robin and Patrick’s daughter, and if Patrick is Rocco’s dad, then Emma and Rocco are half siblings.
Evidently, Rocco loses a brother but gains a sister if the GH rumors about Britt and Lulu are true.
