Jason and Britt were beginning to find their way back to each other after breaking things off to marry Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright). Once Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) returned home, things changed for Jason and Carly, leaving an open opportunity for Jason and Britt to reconnect. Their mission to find Liesl (Kathleen Gati), however, ended in tragedy, shooting down any possible future for them now that Jason is presumed dead.

Peter August is essentially responsible for the presumed death of Jason Morgan (Steve Burton), and if Peter thinks Sonny is going to stay quiet, he’s got another thing coming.

Nothing can be put passed Renault after his attack on Jason Morgan at The Floating Rib resulted in the unfortunate situation with his niece, Lulu Spencer Falconeri (Emme Rylan), as she fights for her life in a coma.
