Before everyone gets all bent out of shape, let me clarify. According to General Hospital spoilers for 4-20-26, Ethan goes to see Sonny. We all know that Steve Burton is on break from the dangers and dramas that Port Charles brings. We also know that Steve’s exit is temporary, and that Jason will return to Port Charles. But in the meantime, Sonny needs a right hand man. Coming up on General Hospital, Ethan asks Sonny for a job, and Sonny replaces Jason with Ethan. For now.
Last week, Ethan Lovett arrived in Port Charles on Friday, 4-17-26. He ran into his sister Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins) and sort of briefed her on his plans for being in Port Charles. GH recaps recall that Ethan wants to seek out Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) for a job. It look like Ethan’s wishes could come true.
According to General Hospital previews for 4-20-26, Sonny’s happy to see Ethan. After all, Sonny and Luke Spencer (Anthony Geary) were dear friends, business acquaintances , and allies. Ethan just might drum up the courage to ask Sonny for a job- and Sonny just might accept.
