N’neka gets a promotion, and a new dress! Arlondriah Lenyéa returns as N’neka Garland. Restaurant owners in Port Charles have new competition! This week, Kristina Corinthos (Kate Mansi) held her grand reopening. Charlie’s Pub has been a popular establishment in Port Charles since 2017. However, the pub’s ownership has changed hands a few times over the years.
First, the late Julian Jerome (William deVry) bought the bar from its original owner, Charlie Delaney. After Julian died, his sister Ava Jerome (Maura West) acquired the responsibility. Soon after, Sonny (Maurice Benard) and Nina (Cynthia Watros) purchased Charlie’s for Phyllis Caulfield (Joyce Guy). Finally, Sonny handed the Pub over to his daughter Kristina.
Meanwhile, it’s been business as usual at the other Port Charles hangouts. The Metro Court and Bobbie’s are still town favorites. Then there’s the newer place, The Brown Dog, and of course The Savoy.
