Reports of GH’s star’s ongoing situation began back in May of 2023. On May 17th, it was reported that the then 24 year old Haley Pullos was arrested for a DUI. General Hospital’s Molly Lansing Davis Ashford was going the wrong way on a California freeway when she hit another vehicle on the opposite side. Alcohol and marijuana play a role in the tragic event.
According to People.com, Pullos was set to be sentenced this upcoming July. Instead, the General Hospital star won’t have to wait that long for sentencing. A statement from Pullos’s lawyer, Mark Daniel Melnick informs fans that Haley surrendered to 90 days in jail on Monday, April 29th. Additionally, the 25 year old will serve a 5 year probation with 200 community service hours, along with having to pay $8,260 to the victim, Courteney Wilder.

Pullos’s lawyer spoke on her behalf about the outcome. “Haley is very grateful to the court for a minimum sentence and for recognizing her remorse and the strides she has made in her sobriety,” Melnick noted.
GH Comings and Goings
The 61 year old daytime Soap Opera has recast Pullo’s role. Reports say three actresses were hired but none seemed to fit the part. Finally, General Hospital found Port Charles’s new “Molly.” Kristen Vaganos has been cast as Attorney Molly Lansing Davis Ashford.

When she first arrived in Port Charles, Dr. Britt Westbourne was trouble. She was a successful doctor which helped her ego, and a little baddie when it came to her personal life. She knew what she wanted and she went after it.
Over the years Dr. Westbourne went from living up to her nickname, “The Britch,” to becoming a much softer version of herself. Eventually, she and her mother repaired their troubled relationship and became very close. Her shocking death rocked Port Charles as Britt died in Liesl’s arms.
Kelly Thiebaud left the soap in early January of 2023. The star’s exit devastated fans in a way that was more hard hitting than many other GH exits. First of all, not only did Britt die, she died in the most heartbreaking way. Additionally, the GH audience watched as her mother held her as she took her last breath. We saw a body. Unlike other exit storylines, Britt’s body didn’t go missing.
This makes it extremely difficult for her character to return. However, it’s difficult but not impossible. After all, this is a Soap Opera. As for Emma Drake, General Hospital has stayed relatively true to the character’s actual age until recently. Still, Emma has not been SORASed with a recast with Silzer in the role. GH recaps recall that Emma Drake was born on November 4th, 2008, which makes her 15. I remember this vividly as I was pregnant at the same time as Kimberly McCullough’s character, Robin Scorpio Drake. Coincidentally, my daughter was born on October 17th, 2008, just before Robin gave birth to Emma. Unlike Emma, my daughter Lola is 15. Although they were born in the same year, Emma is meant to be about 22 years old at this time.
According to General Hospital news, Emma’s original birthday was changed from 2008 to 2006. Then it was revised again to 2005 and finally settled at 2002. In real life, GH news reports confirm that Emma’s portrayer Brooklyn Silzer was born on April 27th, 2006. Evidently, Silzer is approaching her 18th birthday!
