Congressman Cutthroat Cain is a disgrace to the Quartermaine name. So much so that Monica has barred him from the premises. He had to change his name back to Cain, and basically disassociate from the family. If Drew thinks he’s got family problems now, he should think again because there’s no going back if Drew claims Danny shot him.
Evidently, ruing your grandson’s family by sleeping with his nephew’s wife is where Monica Quartermaine (Leslie Charleson)“DREW” (pun intended) the line. Drew Cain went from Mr. Save You Girl to Mr. Steal Your Girl in a flash. As a result, his shift from hero to villain has torn many lives apart.
Coming up on General Hospital, Drew uses his victim status to carryout his next attack on an enemy. Apparently, not the enemies all thought. According to recent GH recaps, Drew openly admitted that he plans to accuse Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) of shooting him that night. There’s motive, a bit of evidence that Michael was near Drew’s home, and a weak alibi. If Drew wanted Michael to go down for his shooting, then he could totally make it happen.

General Hospital: Will Nathan West Return A Villain?
Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) just saved Dr. Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) from some creepy form of Cassadine captivity. There, he encountered Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy), who he’s helped raise and is like a niece to him. After all, she is Carly Spencer’s (Laura Wright) daughter.
It’s obvious that Britt was making the most of her situation. She soaked up the sun, enjoyed cocktails, and received massages on the regular. Not too shabby if you ask me. But darkness lurks behind all that sunshine. And reality sets in after all those cocktails wear off. It also seems that Britt is there against her will. However, the Huntington’s disease treatment she was receiving, may have been incentive enough for her to stay willingly.
Coming up on General Hospital, Britt comes to terms with knowing that she’s expendable to someone she thought would draw the line if it came down to letting her die. The role of Charlotte Cassadine has been recast, and Bluesy Burke made her General Hospital debut. The new Charlotte Cassadine recast debuted on the September 8, 2025 GH episode.
In 2016, a 7 year old Scarlett Fernandez stepped into Charlotte Cassadine’s shoes, and she’s been a beloved member of the GH cast since her debut. As the daughter of Lulu and Valentin, Charlotte comes from two prominent families in Port Charles. In fact, her mother‘s family and father‘s family have been arch enemies since the 1980s. The age old rivalry between the Spencer family and the Cassadine family lives on despite the absence of Helena Cassadine (Constance Towers) and Luke Spencer (Tony Geary).

General Hospital: Did Willow Shoot Drew? And Will He Seek Revenge?
Is congressman Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) out of the woods? No. Well, Drew may be out of surgery, but he is still in critical condition. Dr. Portia Robinson (Brooke Kerr) scrubbed in to help Dr. Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) save Drew’s life. So far he’s alive, but his fate has yet to be determined.
Last week on General Hospital, Dr. Portia Robinson confirmed, “It looks like he’s [Drew] going to live.” Things are still touch and go, but the latest GeneralHospital rumors speculate that Drew survives the attempted assassination. But will he live to tell who shot him?

Who Shot Drew Cain?
First, we know where Portia was. She was with Isaiah and then at work. Secondly, Curtis was with Jordan. Carly was with Brennan. Trina and Kai were in Drew’s home when it happened. Then Tracy stumbled upon the shocking situation. Plus, Alexis was tending to her house guest. Jason was in Croatia, and he doesn’t care enough about pesky Drew to even bother killing him. And Nina, she truly thinks that Willow is guilty.
Michael (Rory Gibson) and Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) seem like the strongest suspects in this case. Aside from a powerful mobster like Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota), Michael and Willow have the strongest motives. What it comes down to is who is the most desperate? Not only to get rid of Drew, but desperately needing something else- something like, their own children. According to General Hospital spoilers and rumors, Michael and Willow continue to fight for custody of their children. Mutually, one thing stands in their way. That one thing is Drew Cain.

He’s been the cause of lives unraveling at the seams, and anyone who is anyone in Port Charles has felt the impact of Drew’s actions.
According to General Hospital rumors, someone finally puts an end to Congressman Cain. Drew’s number of enemies makes the perfect equation for a murder mystery. He has hurt so many people that just about any of them have good reason to kill him. So, if Drew ends up dead, whodunnit?

General Hospital: Portia and Isaiah give in to temptation
Dr. Portia Robinson and Dr. Isaiah Gannon just got a lot closer than anyone could have predicted. Although it’s quite possible that Dr. Gannon knew exactly what he was doing.
Since he came to to Port Charles, he’s giving off this everybody’s best friend type vibe. He’s been scoping out a lot of different women, finally honing in on one in particular. General Hospital recaps recall the spicy scene between Portia (Brook Kerr) and Isaiah (Sawndi Wilson). Curtis (Donnell Turner) walked out on Portia, and she wasted no time moving on. At least physically anyway. But it’s almost as if Dr. Gannon was waiting to pounce. He’s been inserting himself in Portia’s marital affairs, positioning himself perfectly to be in the right place when Portia’s marriage implodes.
It’s All About Jordan- Isaiah Uses Portia For Payback!
Curtis broke Portia’s heart when he walked out the door. She gave him the ultimatum, and he decided to end things. But is Dr. Gannon really the comfort Portia needs? He’s obviously still disgruntled about being dumped by Jordan (Tanisha Harper), blaming Curtis for having her heart. Additionally, Isaiah doesn’t seem to respect Curtis because he sees how he doesn’t even try with Portia. Dr. Gannon senses that his heart is with Jordan. Is he right? Maybe.
GH rumors tease that Isaiah used Portia for payback against Curtis. It’s all about Jordan- she chose Curtis over Gannon. So why not sleep with Curtis’s wife?

It’s not surprising because it runs in the family. The crazy gene hides within Willow Tait as the sister of Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier), and daughter of Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros). Besides Willow has a bit of an unstable history of her own. Three words, dawn of day.
Coming up on General Hospital, Willow refuses to see the light. She falls back into Drew’s trap, but this time there’s no getting out. He continues to go around Port Charles stirring up trouble for anyone who stands in his way.

According to recent GH rumors, Willow marries Drew after all. In a desperate move to regain custody of Wiley and Amelia, Willow becomes Mrs. Drew Cain.
