Sonny Retires and Jason joins the WSB! The people of Port Charles are accustomed to navigating through a life potential, yet impending danger. Organized crime has been an issue in Port Charles for decades, posing threats to even those who don’t lead a life of crime.

Even the most straight-laced, well respected medical professionals at General Hospital run the risk of adversity for their mob entanglements. Many times, those entanglements were created through chance, and not intentional. Basically, the innocent eventually get wedged into the crossfire.

Over the years organized crime became the main focal point in Port Charles. Eventually, life surrounding the staff and patients at General Hospital became a secondary to the mob. Don’t get me wrong, I wouldn’t have wanted it any other way. In fact, the Port Charles baddies are what drew me in and kept me hooked since the early to mid 1990s.

According to recent developments, General Hospital news and spoilers report that a vibe shift is on the horizon. GH recaps recall Sonny and Jason’s recent conversation. Understandably, michael’s tragedy prompts Jason to discuss an exit strategy. Sonny wants out of the mob business and now is the perfect time. Previously, Sonny and Jason discussed the inevitable. Truly, life threw this poor girl some nasty stuff, but she kept pushing through to the other side. First of all, her biological mother is Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros). That fact alone is enough for me to pity Willow. Thankfully, Willow did not have to endure Nina since birth, but Harmony was there to provide all the childhood trauma anyone could ever need.

From cults and losing babies, to evil sisters, and developing leukemia while pregnant, Willow’s life hasn’t been easy. Somehow, she went from a hard knock life to living in luxury as part of the Quartermaine and Corinthos families.

Evidently, Michael Corinthos was Willow’s ticket out of her own personal Hell. Does Willow truly love Michael? I’d say so. Well, that is until Drew came slithering around. (Plus the writers totally effed this up).

Cyrus Targets Jason’s Family, Sam and Dex Were Murdered! Is Danny Next?! The streets of Port Charles are no place to be these days. Actually, nowhere in Port Charles seems like a place you’d wanna raise a family. Danger lurks at every corner, and no one is safe from the adverse effects of mob life. Apparently, whether or not you’re married to the mob, or you hold down an honest man’s job, the violence associated with the business knows no limitations.

The people of Port Charles are on high alert after a second mysterious death that took place at General Hospital. Two patients were admitted into the hospital for their own reasons and didn’t make it out alive. Unfortunately, sometimes we do lose loved ones right from the hospital. After all, it is where the ill and injured go, and there’s no guarantee of survival. But Sam and Dex’s deaths were not your average, everyday, natural deaths. It looks like we have a murder mystery on our hands.

According to General Hospital recaps, Sam McCall and Dex Heller died tragically in separate but similar freak, post-op mystery deaths. Although both arrived at risk, Sam and Dex were otherwise both healthy young people.

Dex Heller’s shocking death leaves GH fans asking why. It’s difficult not to reflect on the would’ve, should’ve, could’ves when it comes to Evan Hofer’s GH role. Certainly, General Hospital fans wanted a back story for the lover-boy, mob-traitor turned cop, Dex Heller.

General Hospital Rumors: The “reformed” brother of Mayor Laura Collins (Genie Francis) continues to commit heinous crimes, but now he hides behind religion to carry out even murder. Apparently, Cyrus figured out that Dex is Jason‘s long lost son.

Psycho Cyrus believes that he’s morally superior to others and justifies his crimes by acting as a vigilante for no one who’s asked. For example, GH rumors hint that Cyrus killed Sam to send a message to Jason, and to clear the way for Lulu to be happy with Dante. Similarly, GH rumors tease that Cyrus killed Dex to send a message to Jason, and because Dex was too close to the scene of Cyrus’s most recent crime. He knew too much about Cyrus’s whereabouts around the time Sam died, so Cyrus took care of it.

But when it comes to love, Jason isn’t one to gamble with his heart. Jason doesn’t play games. Instead, he keeps it sensible, and doesn’t dive in heart first. Unfortunately, a recent tragedy has Jason even more cautious with his heart than ever before.

According to General Hospital recaps, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) just lost the love of his life. Sadly, Sam recently died after donating her liver to Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins). The Mob enforcer’s favorite color to wear might be black, but his love life has been pretty colorful. Sam McCall is the mother of his son, Danny, and his greatest and truest love. Despite Jason and Sam’s complicated relationship over the years, it’s going to be really hard for Jason to move on after losing a love like Sam.

In a perfect world Sam’s death would someday turn out to have been faked, and JaSam would reunite in love, and all would be right in the world. Well at least in Port Charles. In my opinion. 😜
