In fact, the shady attorney dislikes the mobster because of everything that Scotty believes the mobster stands for. It’s safe to say that Scotty and Sonny are not and never were friends.

I don’t know about the rest of you, but I think that the 90s brought forth some of the most engaging and memorable storylines in Port Charles. Jason Quartermaine (Steve Burton) and Jagger Cates (Adam Harrington) were two frenemies who were both crushing hard on the same girl. Eventually, Jason moved on, and Karen Wexler (Cari Shayne) became Jagger’s wife.

Moreover, Scott Baldwin and Jagger Cates have a few things in common. First, they both have decades old beef with Sonny and his organization. Secondly, Karyn Wexler connects Scott and Agent Cates because Scott is her father and John Jagger Cates was her husband. Sadly, Jagger and Karen were divorced, and she has since passed away.
