General Hospital: Cody, Brook Lynn, and Dante from Bensonhurst
History was rewritten a few years ago when it came about that Cody Bell grew up with Dante Falconeri. As it turns out Dante and Cody met at Summer camp when they were about 15-16 years old. And since Brook Lynn Quartermaine was at a neighboring camp that summer she also got to know Cody. But how much did she get to know Cody? If you know what I mean.
As if this situation wasn’t the utmost convoluted, GH rumors and fan speculation suggest yet another twist could present itself. What if Brook Lynn (and Cody) have a secret of their own? Anything is possible in soap land which is why General Hospital rumors point to the possibility that Cody and Brook Lynn may have at the very same Summer camp where everything went down.
As of how, it’s looking like Dante is for sure Gio’s father- the father of Brook Lynn Quartermaine’s baby. While the emotion of it all suggests that Gio is Dante’s through and through, some GH fans believe that may not be the case at all. So, what if Brook Lynn has a secret of her own that she half-shares with Cody. Is it possible that Cody could also be the father and that’s why he helped Brook Lynn? At this point I think Maury would say, Cody, you are NOT the father. But hey, you never know. So… If Cody Gio’s father?
Finally! The wait is over and the fallout from the Nurse’s Ball continues! Things are shifting fast in Port Charles, and according to recent General Hospital spoilers and rumors, Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri and Emma Scorpio-Drake are about to shake things up in a major way. After a shocking revelation about his past, Gio is ready to make big moves—and Emma might just be going with him. Emma stands by Gio when he needs someone the most.
The latest General Hospital spoilers suggest that Gio is preparing to take action—possibly moving out and putting space between himself and the people who kept him in the dark. Emma, meanwhile, isn’t going to get in his way- she’s down for the ride.
Will their friendship turn romantic? Will Gio confront Brook Lynn and Dante about what really happened? And how will Lois respond now that the truth is out?
Whatever’s coming next, fans can be sure of one thing: Gio is no longer waiting for answers—he’s going after them. And Emma? She’s not backing down, either. Emma stands by Gio as he seeks the answers he deserves, and becomes a safe space for Gio to just be.
General Hospital: Gio Palmieri (Gio Mazza)Breaksdown On Stage
It’s been just over a year since Gio Mazza joined the cast of General Hospital. On May 15th, 2024 Mazza made his debut as Gio Palmieri. He was introduced as Brook Lynn’s cousin from Bensonhurst and stunned the wedding guests with his exemplary violin playing. A prodigy no doubt, cousin Gio from the old neighborhood would soon become a focal point of many people’s lives. There’s no doubt that Gio’s Emotional Unveiling On GH has fans waiting in anticipation.
Next week on General Hospital the aftermath hits Gio, and those closest to him. Thanks to Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins), this traumatic revelation will haunt Gio’s perception of The Nurse’s Ball forever. More importantly, he only knows half of the truth after overhearing Lulu confronting Lois (Rena Sofer). Furthermore, his reaction to what he heard was nothing short of heartbreaking- even gut wrenching. He wore his heart on his sleeve, on stage for all to see.
Gio’s Emotional Unveiling On GH Has Fans Anxiously Waiting For More
Hopefully General Hospital fans have had some time to decompress after having watched Gio’s intense reaction. Reportedly, the actor did some reflecting of his own on what his character just endured. Gio Mazza shared his thoughts via Instagram- making mention of his birthday. Mazza acknowledged the significance of that episode having aired on his actual birthday!
According to Mazza, there’s a lot to look forward to with his character Gio Palmieri. It looks like he’ll be sticking around Port Charles for a while!
—“Just moments after I found out who my real parents are… being lied to my whole life, missing out from my real family, the pain of my character’s past…. There’s a lot to look forward to on @generalhospitalabc
of all days, this special episode aired on my birthday (yesterday)! My birthday wish is that everyone watches the Nurses’ Ball episodes on Hulu this weekend! Throw a watch party! Everyone in the cast&crew put so much time and energy and effort into this event! Enjoy!”
General Hospital airs encore Memorial Day, 2025. The May 23, 2025 cliffhanger Friday episode has General Hospital the edge of their seats. The Nurse’s Ball has been the birthplace for several monumental events. This year, Drew’s drugging, Michael’s dramatic return, and Gio‘s revelation captivated fans.Despite the urgency to see what’s next, GH fans must be patient. Sadly, General Hospital will not air a new episode on Monday, May 26, 2025, and won’t air a continuation from Friday, May 23rd. Instead, ABC will air an encore episode due to the Memorial Day holiday.
Next week on General Hospital, the encore episode will feature the return of Lulu Spencer, originally aired on November 26, 2024. This episode marked Alexa Havins’ debut in the role, as Lulu awakened from a coma after four years. Also in this encore episode, Ava questions Ric, and Lulu wanders around Port Charles.
As Gio and all of his family suffer the fallout from choices made long ago- and now- General Hospital fans eagerly await an all new episode. Unfortunately, we all must wait an extra day due to ABC programming. Reportedly, Regular programming will resume on Tuesday, May 27, with a brand-new episode.
General Hospital airs weekdays at 2:00 p.m. Eastern on ABC.
General Hospital Recasts Michael Corinthos! Longtime General Hospital fans are forced to adjust to a major transition. For months, Chad Duell’s GH status hung in limbo. It was unclear whether or not Duell’s break from the Daytime Drama would result in a permanent absence.
Reportedly, GH fans wonder no more as role of Michael Corinthos is officially being recast. After nearly 15 years in the role, Chad Duell has exited the series, marking the end of a significant era for the character and the actor alike.
Duell’s portrayal of Michael began in 2010 and quickly became a cornerstone of the show’s younger generation. His nuanced performances and emotional depth earned him both fan loyalty and critical praise. However, after over a decade in the role, Duell chose to step away, sharing that it was time for him to explore new creative opportunities and personal growth beyond the soap opera world.
General Hospital Recasts Michael Corinthos As Rory Gibson Takes Over
GH comings and goings report that a decision was made and a recast has been hired to replace Chad as Michael Corinthos. Taking on the role of Michael Corinthos is actor Rory Gibson, who soap fans may recognize from his previous run on The Young and the Restless. Gibson brings a fresh energy to the part, with early reports describing his take on Michael as grounded, intense, and emotionally layered. He is set to make his on-screen debut on May 23, 2025.
Although an adjustment, General Hospital is no stranger to these transitions. According to GH spoilers, Gibson’s arrival as Michael pulls out all the stops. Reportedly, Michael returns on May 23, 2025. Recent recast news brings about new questions. Such as if the storyline incorporates Michael’s new look, or if that aspect is left alone. Will Michael’s own children recognize him? Take a look at the photo below as Michael (Rory Gibson) kneels down to talk to his son Wiley.
General Hospital: Wiley (Erik and Theo Olson) and Michael- Rory Gibson Debuts as Michael Corinthos
Whether or not you’re ready to embrace it, the change is a done deal. Chad Duell has been a consistent and beloved presence in Port Charles for over a decade. However, with Gibson stepping into the role, viewers can expect a new interpretation of Michael while honoring the character’s core values.
Why give Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) this much power?! Did Drew Breakup Curtis and Portia?
Oh, Curtis. What are we going to do with you? GH fans had high hopes for Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) this time around, but it seems as though he has let many of us down. I thought for sure that he would support Dr. Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) this time. I get it. I know she lied to him. But in all fairness Curtis already knew the worst part of the entire situation.
Let’s face it, this is more about Curtis than it is about Portia’s lie. Sadly, Curtis didn’t stand by his wife and understand her fears. Instead, he made it about himself when they could turn things around on Drew- together. Curtis is just mad because he feels insecure that his wife didn’t confide in him. Now he’s going to give Drew the satisfaction of breaking up his and Portia’s marriage.
Did Drew Breakup Curtis and Portia?
This week on General Hospital Portia deals with the fallout of keeping Drew’s blackmail a secret. If Curtis doesn’t come around then he and Portia are headed for a bitter end. According to recent General Hospital rumors, Curtis leans on Jordan at a rapidly rising rate. Just the other day he told the same woman who he divorced over “lies” (about her own job btw) that he needed to talk to someone he trusted. He meant her. Sooo he divorced someone he trusts?!
I’m sorry, but Curtis needs to sit down. Portia AND Jordan should fight over Dr. Gannon (Sawandi Wilson). Curtis can move on with Auntie Stella (Vernee Watson), and they can adopt a few cats.
Get ready for GH’s Nurse’s Ball 2025! Congressman Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) had a starring role in the live entertainment that recently shocked Port Charles. It was one wild night alright, but now the kind of night any congressman should partake in. Unfortunately, what Nina thought was rock solid plan turned out to be quite sloppy.
General Hospital spoilers predict that the people of Port Charles are in for another night of free, authentic, and captivating entertainment. The most recent tabloid golden ticket puts all attention on Drew- the Congressman. And let’s just say that the attention come with more harm than good. Currently, everyone in Port Charles believes that Congressman Cain used ketamine recreationally. This led to footage of Drew doing body shots off of an assumed “woman of the night.”
Portia, Nina, and Carly have a lot riding on Drew’s bad press. They continue to use the Drew’s wild display as a crutch despite knowing the truth. They still call to reference his behavior even though it could (and mostly likely will) blow up in their faces. Carly thinks she’s a shoe in for custody of Willow’s kids because of Drew’s new reputation. Portia thought it would eliminate her current problem- Drew himself. And Nina thought that this would have pushed Willow away from him. Instead, she clung tighter. Drew is heightened to the possibility of foul play. He knows that he’s too calculated to sabotage himself. So, that could only mean one thing. Drew was certain he was drugged.
GH Nurse’s Ball 2025
This week on General Hospital, the Nurses Ball kicks off with red carpet glam. Drew declares another wild night, and the people of Port Charles can’t believe their eyes.
How Steve Burton’s Wedding Caused Heartbreak for at least one GH fan.
An ongoing issue has plagued the internet for quite some time. Recently, the issue has become increasingly troublesome for social media users. Particularly for General Hospital fans.
Multiple fan pages spread across social media outlets serve as a great way for GH fans to read up on all things General Hospital. For instance, General Hospital Blog’s Facebook page has been a place for GH fans to gather and read the latest GH spoilers, rumors, news, and much more. It’s where fans connect and share their thoughts and opinions on everything from storyline to actor contracts and beyond.
Unfortunately, internet scams run rampant among Facebook pages, and fans have paid the prices. GH Blog has addressed the problem with Meta, however the trolls keep on trolling. Sadly, some have fallen for the imposter scams and have been dupe into the belief that certain General Hospital actors Jane been contacting them directly, and very personally.
The fake Steve Burton accounts/bots have reached out to GH fans pretending to be Jason Morgan’s portrayer. General Hospital’s Steve Burton, along with other actor’s names from the iconic soap opera have been used to lure and deceive fans in an attempt to obtain financial gain. Some include Kin Shriner, Donnell Turner, Chad Duell, and more. There was even a fake fundraiser the late Tyler Christopher.
Over the weekend, People Magazine revealed that one of GH’s most beloved actors tied the knot on May 17th. Yes, Steve Burton and ex-wife Sheree were divorced back in 2022 and Steve revealed his new girlfriend in 2024. Now, Burton and Michelle Lundstrom are married.
General Hospital Fan Heartbroken, Scammed By Steve Burton Imposter
Of course, this is such happy news as fans wish Steve and Michelle all the best. But for one particular GH fan this happy time for Steve has caused devastating heartbreak.
General Hospital news reveals now Steve Burton’s wedding caused heartbreak for at least one GH fan. Yesterday, one fan reached out General Hospital Blog completely aghast by the news of Steve Burton’s wedding. Evidently, a Steve Burton imposter led one fan to believe that she and Steve were romantically involved. So, just imagine the devastation of finding out that Steve and Michelle were married over the weekend.
In the photos below, GH Blog has blocked out the fan’s name to protect the individual’s identity and privacy during this difficult time.
According to General Hospital news reports, the imposter Facebook accounts are not limited to the actors themselves. In this instance one account poses as Steve Burton’s mother. Take a look at how far the scammers have gone in the attempt to deceive vulnerable people, and eventually convince them to send money once they’ve established a bond.
My advice to you… Please be careful out there as the internet is a dangerous place. NEVER send anyone money- and know that NO GH actor will ever reach out to fans like this. Protect yourself from heartbreak and financial loss and do not even open messages from so-called celebrities. We’re actively working on a solution to minimize the frequency of this problem and have contacted Meta in the past. No Facebiok page is safe from these imposter/bots.
General Hospital: Jack Brennan, Josslyn Jacks, Emma Drake
Life did a 180°, and Josslyn Jacks went from Mama’s girl who told her mother everything, to a completely independent woman who keeps the biggest secret of her life from Carly. It was all so sudden.
One minute, Josslyn was trying to find her own way after Dex’s death. She found herself stumbling upon evidence that pointed her into Cyrus Renault’s (Jeff Kober) direction. Then, the next minute Agent Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) made her an offer. Add it turned out, Brennan recruited Josslyn to be a WSB Agent. Now she’s sworn to secrecy and doing things she never thought she would.
This week on General Hospital, Professor Dalton chose one student as his Summer Research Assistant. The verdict shocked and devastated Emma, but she wasn’t the only one feeling bad about this. Previously, General Hospital Blog shared recent GH spoilers about Joss’s new life. She feels the weight of the guilt that comes along with all of the secrets and lies.
Josslyn has been living a double life since she killed Cyrus, keeping secrets and telling lies. Perhaps knowing that Brennan is lying to Carly is the most significant deception of them all. Josslyn is literally lying to her mother and in on it with her mom’s boyfriend. Together Jack and Joss continually betray Carly. I don’t know about all of you, but I don’t see that lasting too long. At some point Joss is going to crack.
Josslyn Comes Clean To Emma
For now she continues to lie to Carly about her new life but that doesn’t mean she doesn’t confide in someone. According to recent GH rumors, Josslyn can’t get what she did to Emma off of her mind. She hates the thought of being thought of as a back stabber and makes a risky decision. Will Josslyn come clean and tell Emma the truth about why she sabotaged her work?
Emma Makes A Confession
Oh boy. This is where it gets interesting. A long running rumor claims that Emma is already an Agent for the WSB. Perhaps that’s why she was also desperate to get close to Dalton. So if Josslyn comes clean, will Emma reciprocate?
May the Best, New WSB Recruit Win
Did Brennan put his two newest recruits to the test, and pit them against each other in the race to become Dalton’s assistant?
Guilt Consumes Josslyn Over Emma! Despite what it looks like, Josslyn Jacks’s (Eden McCoy) actions toward Emma Scorpio Drake (Braedyn Bruner) do not define her as a person. In fact, the lying and sneaking are fresh new traits for Joss. Like her mother, Joss is known for her bluntness.
As a brand new Agent of the WSB, Josslyn Jacks signed her life away with almost zero notice. She accepted Jack Brennan’s (Chris McKenna) offer and was sworn to secrecy. Not even Joss’s mom, Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) is privy to this information. That means that Josslyn has to lie to everyone she loves about her job, her schooling, and hide what’s now the biggest part of her.
According to GH spoilers, guilt consumes Josslyn over Emma. Her underhanded sneak attack to steal Emma’s position with Professor Dalton weights on her. Especially after Joss and Emma’s “girlfriend moment.” Surprisingly, Emma, Joss, and Trina were starting to look like a close group of besties. That new development most likely comes to a halt after recent events between Joss and Emma.
Josslyn knows that in order to remain a WSP Agent, she must continue to lie to, and even cheat everyone she loves. Agent Jacks isn’t proud of what she’s done- and Vaughn blew it off like it was nothing. Odds are that Josslyn won’t become desensitized to this new way to be, at least not yet.
Will Joss make it up to Emma somehow in order to make herself feel better? GH rumors tease that Joss could tell Emma the truth about why she had to snake that job. Will she?
