New Year’s definitely played a role in kickstarting and reinforcing some new/potential relationships. One couple’s story in particular tells a tale as old as time. They found each other, became friends, and their friendship developed into romance.
It’s kind of difficult to explore and find love when life throws you curve balls. Gio’s life changing experience brought he and Emma closer, and Emma’s mission to take down Dalton reinforced their bond. Emma was there for Gio, and in return, Gio was there for Emma. Already?! Where does the time go? Little Emma Scorpio Drake was born in 2008. I remember because she’s the exact same age as my daughter. Emma’s family ties are a pretty big deal in PC. Her dad and mom are two brilliant doctors at GH, and her Grandma was an international spy for the WSB. Today, Anna is the PCPD’s Police Commissioner. Anna’s daughter and son in law, Dr. Patrick Drake (Jason Thompson) and Dr. Robin Scorpio Drake (Kimberly McCullough), are two of Port Charles’s finest. And their daughter Emma is quite lovely herself.
GH fans were stunned when Brooklyn Rae Silzer was recast, and a new face looked Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) in the eyes. Despite the high pressure of stepping into the beloved Silzer’s shoes, Braedyn Bruner didn’t miss a beat as the new Emma Scorpio Drake. It’s time! Who exposes Brook Lynn and Lois’s secrets? Up until now, Lulu hated Brook Lynn’s friendship with Dante just for being that- a friendship. But now that she knows that her ex husband and Bensonhurst Beauty, Brook Lynn Quartermaine were actually in love and conceived a child together.
