The return of Sean Blakemore as General Hospital badass, Shawn Butler has been welcomed by fans with open arms.
General Hospital news reports confirmed Blakemore’s GH return earlier this month, which prompted many fans to ask, “why is Shawn on GH in jail?” It’s hard to wrap our heads around how someone like Shawn could sit in jail for many years while people like Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) and Peter August (Wes Ramsey) are running free in Port Charles.
General Hospital spoilers reveal Shawn is back by the request of Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) to help Jason Morgan out of Pentonville. Carly’s plan is risky, but so far is working out the way she hoped. But dans don’t want to see Shawn behind bars. We want Shawn exonerated and released so that the power in Port Charles will shift and pull away from Cyrus Renault.
So, why is Shawn in jail? Well, it’s complicated. Shawn was ordered by Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) to carryout a hit on Jake Doe (Billy Miller), before Sonny knew Doe’s true identity. At the same time, Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) put a hit out on Hayden Barnes (Rebecca Budig). When the bullet from one of Nik’s men hit Hayden, Butler truly believed it was his fire that hit her. Long story short, he pled guilty to attempted murder and landed himself in Pentonville.
Although Shawn is in jail for a crime he didn’t commit, he believed he was the one who shot Hayden. He wanted to own you to his actions and show TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) how important it is to take accountability for your actions.
We think it’s high time Shawn gets released from Pentonville so that he can help stop Cyrus and Peter from the outside. Port Charles needs him!
Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) and Marcus Taggert (Réal Andrews) have a complicated relationship. The once married couple have a daughter, Trina Robinson (Sydney Mikayla).
Things didn’t work out between Trina’s parents, and love triangles are always messy.
General Hospital previews show Portia and Taggert discuss Jordan Ashford’s (Briana Nicole Henry) marital status with Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner).
General Hospital spoilers reveal Portia is caught off guard when Taggert accuses her of cheating on him with Curtis. Jordan and Curtis are separated because she keeps her work life private and Curtis needs full disclosure. Taggert seems to think the reason they aren’t together is next of Portia. Although it’s true Portia cheated with Curtis on the past, that’s not the case presently.
General Hospital rumors claim Portia still has feelings for Curtis. After all, she met Curtis when she was lonely and vulnerable and hasn’t been able to shake her feelings since. The elephant in the room caused even more distance between Portia and Taggert, resulting in their inevitable split.
With Taggert moving into Jordan’s, and her separation from Curtis, GH rumors claim Curtis and Portia Will her a second chance at romance.
There’s no question that Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) is shocked to say the least, after learning her ex, Marcus Taggert (Réal Andrews) will be staying with Jordan Ashford (Briana Nicole Henry). Jordan stepped up as a favor for Taggert since the courts believed him to be a flight risk. After changing his plea to Not Guilty, for his daughter, Trina Robinson (Sydney Mikayla), his chances of drew some increased. Jordan has made herself personally responsible and Portia wants none of it.
General Hospital spoilers reveal Portia may look calm and collected but underneath she’s shocked and unsettled that Taggert will be staying with Jordan.
Portia and Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) have a past. When she wasn’t receiving appropriate attention from her husband at the time, Taggert, she sought out attention from someone else. That someone happens to be Curtis, Jordan’s estranged husband. General Hospital rumors hint Portia and Curtis will find their way back to each other after decades after ending their affair. It seems the dynamic between Jordan, Taggert, Curtis, and Portia is shifting… and we can’t wait to see where it goes!
Marcus Taggert (Réal Andrews) was facing his fate at his court hearing. He did what was right in his heart and changed his plea to Not Guilty. He the light of his daughter, Trina Robinson (Sydney Mikayla), and how much she needs him in her life.
General Hospital spoilers reveal Jordan’s (Briana Nicole Henry) decision to make herself personally responsible for Taggert will cause more tension between herself and her estranged husband, Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner).
General Hospital previews show Taggert and Jordan going over their plan of action. General Hospital rumors claim that Curtis won’t like that Taggert has made himself at home at Jordan’s. This could really make an impact on that question asked by TJ (Tajh Bellow), on whether or not Curtis and Jordan were getting a divorce. Curtis could feel even more isolated from Jordan’s life after he learns Taggert has moved in. Will this push Curtis closer to Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr)?
Cameron Webber (William Lipton) is convinced that Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) is responsible for the death of his stepdad; Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth). His mom, Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) is Hell bent on pointing the finger at her ex, the father of her son, Jake.
General Hospital spoilers reveal Cameron Webber’s grief, along with misinformation from Elizabeth has led Cam to lay blame on the wrong individual.
General Hospital previews show Cameron, alongside his grandmother, Laura Spencer (Genie Francis) saying that he needs someone to make sure Jason pays for what he did to Franco. It seems like he’d be talking to former P.I., Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner), hoping for justice for Franco. Jason is obviously not the man who murdered Franco, and those who know him believe in his innocence. It’ll take some time and proof for Cameron and Liz to finally see clearly through their clouded judgement brought on by grief.
Things for really complicated for Jason after Gladys falsified information, claiming to be a witness to Franco’s murder, placing Jason at the scene as the culprit. GH rumors indicate it’s going to take some convincing for Jordan, Liz, and Cam, to wake up and realize the real killer is Peter August (Wes Ramsey).
Peter August (Wes Ramsey) has made a real mess of an already sticky situation created by himself. He could’ve just walked away and left Maxie (Kirsten Storms) alone, but instead he chose to fight back when kidnapped by Franco (Roger Howarth).
General Hospital spoilers reveal Jason Morgan found Franco, unconscious, and bleeding out, when Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) walked up. What she thinks about Jason will devastate her.
General Hospital spoilers reveal Liz blames Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) for what happened to Franco, since she knows that Franco has previously approached Jason regarding his diagnosis, and his wishes for what he wants done when the time comes. It’s obvious why Elizabeth would jump to the conclusion that Jason would harm Franco. What she doesn’t know, is that is absolutely not what happened.
Recently General Hospital previews show Elizabeth giving her statement to Jordan Ashford (Briana Nicole Henry) when asked about the scene where Franco was found.
General Hospital rumors hint that Liz is Hell bent in blaming Jason and it’s possible other residents of Port Charles could believe Jason to be responsible as well.
Will the people of Port Charles believe Jason is to blame?
On Tuesday’s, January 26th episode of General Hospital, GH fans weee shocked to see an unfamiliar face playing the role of Jordan Ashford. Many took to social media to express their confusion after seeing a third actress play the role in such a short period of time.
Vinessa Antoine originated the role back in 2014, and in 2018, the role was recast and has since been played by Briana Nicole Henry.
General Hospital news reports Henry’s portrayal of Jordan Ashford has been recast temporarily, by actress Tiffany Daniels. After many fan reactions seemed to express confusion and concern, Briana used her Instagram platform to explain things to fans.

General Hospital fans got quite a shock on today’s episode of when a new face stepped into the role of Jordan Ashford.
General Hospital news reports GH actress Briana Nicole Henry has been temporarily replaced by actress Tiffany Daniels. Back in early December, GH Blog reported that Briana and husband, Kris Bowers had both contracted Covid-19.
Briana’s replacement, Tiffany Daniels has appeared on and not limited to, Disney’s Shake It Up, ABC’s The Goldberg’s, The Good Doctor, CBS’ NCIS and The Big Bang Theory, along with many other credentials.

Réal Andrews is currently taking a break from General Hospital, as Asante Jones has stepped in to temporarily replace Andrews as Marcus Taggert.
General Hospital news reports Andrews suffered an injury and needed time off of work. General Hospital Blog will make report on any updates upon Réal’s return to General Hospital.
General Hospital spoilers and rumors suggest that Marcus Taggert might not be Trina Robinson’s (Sydney Mikayla) father after all. General Hospital rumors claim Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) is Trina’s true biological father, as a result of his affair with Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr).
General Hospital news reveals a hint from Réal Andrews himself, throwing out the idea of Taggert not being Trina’s dad. In a recent IG post, Andrews shared a photo of himself and TV daughter, Sydney Mikayla, with the question, “Is Trina Taggert’s Daughter…? Yes or No ???? ????????”
Will Portia prove herself to be no better than Jordan Ashford (Briana Nicole Henry), and Her ex husband, Taggert for her lies? Portia has called out Jordan and Taggert for keeping secrets from Trina, Curtis (Donnell Turner), and herself, but isn’t that like the pot calling the kettle black? I think so!
Jordan Ashford (Briana Nicole Henry) and Curtis Ashford’s (Donnell Turner) relationship is about to end after the last straw was pulled. Curtis has been at the receiving end of Jordan’s lies for the last time. E made it clear that is not the marriage he wants.
Curtis and Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) have a romantic past, but ended after Curtis found out Portia was married to Taggert at the time. Now that Curtis and Jordan are about to split, General Hospital spoilers reveal new (or old) opportunities for love could be headed Taggert’s way.
Previously, General Hospital Blog reported GH spoilers and rumors surrounding a potential relationship rekindling for Portia and Curtis.

Do you think Taggert abs Jordan have enough chemistry to start a new romance?
