Needless to say, Alexis lucked out but not all Cassadines are that fortunate.

Let’s start with the obvious drama source, Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober). Since his Port Charles arrival and confession to Laura, he’s been nothing but trouble for the Mother Mayor. I like that. That’s what I’m calling Laura from now on. Mother Mayor. But seriously, Cyrus revealed that he was Laura’s brother and her life hasn’t been the same since.

General Hospital recaps recall that Laura’s worries about Cyrus lead her to Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). She questioned him about Cyrus’s potential involvement in Austin Holt’s (Roger Howarth) murder. That’s when Sonny informed her that he doesn’t think Cyrus killed Austin. Laura hates the thought of her brother having killed Dr. Holt. So she’s a bit relieved after Sonny’s insight.

As one of the youngest Cassadines, Charlotte seems to be leaning toward the dark traits of the family. Anyone who knows anything about General Hospital knows that Helena Cassadine (Constance Towers) is lethal. The Cassadines are known for their deadly usurpation schemes which have no bounds. Power, control, and revenge are what drive these dark Cassadines. So it makes sense that Victor would use his granddaughter to get revenge on Anna. But by having Charlotte carryout his dirty work, she becomes a danger to those around her.

Elizabeth is so quick to condemn Anna when she has no clue that her son is hangs around Helena Jr. Then again, Elizabeth knows all too well what it’s like being involved with a Cassadine. After all, Liz is the one who helped Nikolas imprison a young pregnant woman.

If Elizabeth doesn’t wake up, who knows what could happen to Jake.

Apparently, Miss Independent Esme shares the good news about her future. After her talk with Laura, Esme’s ecstatic from the idea of taking hold of her own life. Moreover, she has Laura’s support this time around.

Although Ace is Spencer’s brother (for now), he has taken on the father figure role in Nikolas’s absence. Some fans think he’s taken things too far. And I must admit that I am one of them. However, everything happened for a reason and GH rumors claim there’s a reason Spencer feels so attached to Ace. Yes, they are “brothers,” but rumor has it that it’s more than that.

Obviously, Spencer is upset because he doesn’t want Esme and Ace to move out. As much as he says it’s because of Ace, how much of his feelings include Esme? Maybe more than we think.

Undeniably, General Hospital fans went crazy over everything Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) went through. Gladys and Dr. Montague’s stunt was the last straw as fans demanded justice for Sasha. She’d suffered to major human losses, and lost her own freedoms while entrusting it to Gladys. As if that wasn’t enough, then her own mother-in-law sold her dead husband’s garage from under her nose. Naturally, Gladys Corbin has to pay off her gambling debts somehow. So, why not sell what belonged to Brando (Johnny Wactor)? That’s just how Greedy Gladys thinks. Next, she stole Sasha’s money to pay off even more, and hired a creepy doctor to keep her drugged and unfit to look over her own finances. Sadly, this scheme almost kicked Sasha, but Cody (Josh Kelly) and crew print into action, and you know the rest.

If we go back in time, it’s clear that Sasha isn’t the only damsel who has been distressed beyond the norm. Laura Spencer, among others, carry that reputation as well. However, as the years go on, Laura continues to feel loss and heartache. Not to mention she was also held captive in her day. Nikolas Cassadine is arguably one of the most popular characters on ABC’s General Hospital. His family lineage includes decades of eccentric, powerful people, who are also known for their dangerous schemes and power moves. That said, General Hospital fans everywhere undoubtedly know exactly who Nikolas Cassadine is. After all, he’s Spoon Island and Port Charles’s Dark Prince.

For years, Tyler Christopher was the only name and face that came to mind when fans think of GH’s Nikolas Cassadine. However, as years passed and Tyler and GH went their separate ways, other stepped into the role. Ultimately, the second to become the face associated with the Dark Prince is actor Marcus Coloma. From 2019-2023, Coloma too was Nikolas Cassadine through and through. Despite the incredible shoes to be filled, Marcus impressed fans and warmed into our hearts.

The inevitable is closer than we all think. Often times, a storyline is left open-ended, kinda like a cliffhanger Friday. Except the resolution doesn’t occur the following Monday. Instead, it could take months or even years to see a storyline conclusion. Particularly, an ongoing storyline has fans speculating for years. Yes, years. Its truly hard to believe that it’s been over three and a half years since Lulu Spencer Falconeri (Emme Rylan) fell victim to her Uncle Cyrus Renault (Joff Kober).

GH recaps recall that she was simply in the wrong place at the wrong time, making her collateral damage. Sadly, Lulu slipped into a coma in December, 2020. Since then her family lives their lives day to day. Charlotte misses her mother dearly, as does Rocco. As for Dante, he misses Lulu too. But he and Lulu weren’t even together at the time of the tragedy. However, she was just about to tell Dante (Dominic Zanprogna) that she was done with Dustin and wanted to try again. Then Julian Jerome set off the bomb before Lulu got her chance.

There’s no doubt that Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) wants nothing more than for his ex-wife to come back to her family. Lulu (Emme Rylan) has been heavily on her daughter’s mind lately, as she prays for her mother to awaken. General Hospital recaps recall Dante and his stepdaughter Charlotte Cassadine’s (Scarlet Fernandez) recent visit to Lulu’s bedside. In addition, Lulu’s been on her mother Laura Spencer Collins’s (Genie Francis) mind a lot lately.

According to GH news and spoilers, in soap world, name dropping is a suspicious act that has a tendency to allude toward that certain character’s return. Luckily, it’s very rare that a character’s death or departure has an iron clad lock on the door. Sadly, we do end up losing some of our favorites from time to time. However, that’s not the case with Lulu.

Wow! That was some episode for a Tuesday! No hate or anything, but Friday’s episode was a snooze fest instead of a cliffhanger. Luckily, Tuesday’s show made up for what Friday lacked. And on Friday, a shocking twist unveiled the unexpected.

Though not many bought into Cyrus’s “follow my flock in Christ’s name,” act, some GH fans wanted to believe he’d somehow turned a new leaf. Obviously, his new appreciation for the Lord seemed disingenuous and/or misguided.

Meanwhile, over in Pentonville Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) and Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) discuss last week’s events. According to GH recaps, Cyrus expressed his gratitude for Drew’s brave effort. GH recaps recall Cyrus’s symbolic transformation in the Pentonville shower room. He definitely got the weight off of his shoulders, actually and idiomatically. I guess that’s what happens after one gets a second chance at life and at making things right. Although, that’s where confusion sets in. Cyrus’s new meaning of life is all over the place. First he’s a killer and a drug dealer, then Cyrus found God. In a brush with death, Cyrus then saw God’s Heavenly light. However, Cyrus has unfinished business.

GH spoilers and rumors tease that Tuesday’s episode revealed half of Pikeman! As it seems, Cyrus Renault is Pikeman! Or at least half of the illegal arms dealer. At the end of Tuesday’s episode Mason thanked a mystery authority for taking the time to talk. Simultaneously, Austin Holt (Roger Howarth) shocked Carly (Laura Wright) and Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) when he showed up to meet with Cyrus.

So, what’s up with Laura (Genie Francis) and Martin Gray’s (Michael E. Knight) troubled brother? If he’s half of Pikeman, who makes up the other half; the one Mason met with?
