At this point it’s pretty obvious that Sonny has moved on from Nina (Cynthia Watros). Lately, she hasn’t even crossed his mind. On the other hand, Sonny’s living rent free in Nina’s mind. Meanwhile, Sonny spends most of his time with Ava Jerome (Maura West). So much so that Michael (Chad Duell) and Carly (Laura Wright) are suspicious of her motives.

According to GH spoilers and rumors, Sonny’s next leading lady isn’t who most of us expect. Many fans have hoped for a CarSon reunion since Nina swept in and stole him from Carly.
