General Hospital: Lucas isn’t ready to grieve Marco
On Wednesday’s 3-25-26 episode of General Hospital, tragedy struck more than once. General Hospital fans were left heartbroken over Marco’s death, and shattered over Lucas’s sadness. Right now it hasn’t quite sunk in, but the loss hit Lucas hard. According to General Hospital spoilers and rumors, Lucas loses it over Marco once reality sets in.
General Hospital Recaps: Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) was the one to tell Lucas (Van Hansis) about Marco (Adrian Anchondo). His reaction was genuine, and he was obviously deeply saddened. But he said it himself to Ava that he hasn’t truly processed the loss. Medically, he knows that Marco is gone. But he admitted to Ava that fully grieving means acceptance, and he’s not ready for that.
According to General Hospital spoilers and rumors, Lucas loses it over Marco once reality sets in. The grieving process isn’t the same for everyone, and it definitely isn’t linear. Lucas has good days and bad days, but GH rumors tease that things get rough for Lucas, and he could head down a dark path mentally and emotionally.
While many would agree that it’s too soon, at some point could Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) swoop in and help Lucas find his way out of the dark?

Separately, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) made a promise to Danny (Asher Antonyzyn) and a promise to Britt (Kelly Thiebaud). He wholeheartedly wants to show up for Danny at his basketball game, and Jason knows his son is counting on him being there. And before that, he also made a promise to Britt that he would stay by her side. Sadly, Jason’s word doesn’t live up to its reputation. He fails to come through for both Britt and Danny. Ultimately, Jason leaves Britt stranded.
The situation was out of Jason’s hands when Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) contacted Detective Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) with a warrant for Jason‘s arrest. GH spoilers tease that Jason misses Danny’s basketball game, and ends up fighting for his life.
Steve Burton’s Exit Story- Jason Leaves Port Charles
General Hospital news reports confirm that Steve Burton’s exit is quickly approaching. His last air date takes place at the end of March. The timing makes sense that Jason would be whisked away at the time. Steve begins his hiatus.

Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) received her medication and all went according to plan. Sort of. Marco underestimated Pascal (Marc Forget) and Cullum (Andrew Hawkes), and didn’t believe that they’d figure out who took the meds. He also assumed that the WSB Double Agent wouldn’t harm him.
It looks like Marco was dead wrong. General Hospital spoilers for the week of 3-23-26 tease that Alexis makes a gruesome discovery. After all, Marco was in Alexis and Diane’s office when Cullum walked in. It appears that Cullum kills Marco, and Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) is the one to find him dead. Will Lucas blame himself for Marco’s death?
Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) didn’t take too well to Britt’s (Kelly Thiebaud) situation. He understands that it’s imperative she leaves because her life is at stake. However, he was clearly triggered by the conversation when Jason (Steve Burton), Lucas (Van Hansis), and Marco (Adrian Anchondo) came into play. You could almost see his face turning green with jealousy. The way he stormed off makes you wonder if Brad interferes with Britt’s plan, and the effect it could have on Britt, Jason, Lucas, and Marco’s lives.
Will Brad Interfere?

Not only is he acting out over Britt and Jason, but Brad’s unresolved feelings for Lucas cut even deeper now that he and Britt have teamed up. Then add Lucas’s boyfriend Marco (Adrian Anchondo) into the mix, and Brad has a major case of FOMO. Will Brad‘s fear of missing out cause him to do something rash?

General Hospital: Willow receives an update on Drew
General Hospital recaps for 1-21-26 recall that Mrs. Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) came rushing in through the elevator doors at GH. She was frantic about her husband, Congressman Drew Cain, as he suffers a medical emergency. Nurse Elizabeth Webber Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) and Dr. Jones were part of the medical team on staff when Drew was brought in, and Willow explained her version of what happened to Elizabeth. She plays it off as though she’d be devastated if Lucas (Van Hansis) relays tragic news about Drew.
As she hugged Elizabeth, Willow told her she hopes that she got him (Drew) help in enough time. At this point her intentions for Drew are unclear. Did she try to kill him? Or did she purposely leave his life hanging by a thread? According to General Hospital rumors, Willow’s intentions are far more sinister than wanting him dead.

Now Lucas knows exactly how his sister feel about his relationship with Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo). Coming up on General Hospital, Lucas learns Carly was right about Marco.
Since the beginning, Marco seemed genuinely into Lucas. It appears that Marco has real care, concern, and even love for him. But Marco’s secret involvement in organized crime is what Carly was afraid of.
Despite the obvious risk of dating a mobster’s son, Lucas has grown quite comfortable in his and Marco’s relationship. Dr. Jones trusts Marco. Unexpectedly, another one of Carly Spencer’s (Laura Wright) family members popped up with a new face. According to General Hospital comings and goings, Lulu Spencer has been recast. Emme Rylan will no longer play Luke and Laura’s daughter. Instead, All My Children actress Alexa Havins has taken over the role.

Despite the new look, Hansis isn’t new to daytime television. In fact, the 43 year old actor played Luke Snyder on CBS’s As The World Turns. His time as Luke Snyder ended with ATWT’s final episode in 2010.
