The city of Port Charles is on high alert after a prominent woman within the community was brutally attacked by a mystery person. Many of those in attendance at the Quartermaine charity picnic are being questioned by Commissioner Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper).

General Hospital spoilers reveal the PCPD has their eyes on multiple potential perps, but one person in particular is the main focus. In any classic case I’d a murdered woman, the first thing to do is point a finger at her husband.

GH rumors hint that suspicions are high surrounding Ava Jerome’s (Maura West) husband, Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma). It’s no family secret that Nikolas and Ava’s relationship has been struggling, however, only a select few knew about his one night stand with Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl).

General Hospital previews and spoilers hint that Nik’s behavior while being questioned by Jordan is suspicious, but it’s what he did when seeing Ava in her hospital is what has everyone convinced. Nik was caught standing over Ava as she lies there unconscious, with his hands in a peculiar position near her neck.

Even if Nikolas isn’t the one who had attacked Ava in the first place, he may be inclined to finish the job.

General Hospital Spoilers: Marcus Coloma’s Confesses He Didn’t Want Nik And Esme Story, Why He Held It In; Details Inside!

Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) dropped an unbelievable yet direct hint about where the developing relationship between Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) and her boyfriend Spencer Cassadine’s (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) father, Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) was headed.

General Hospital recaps recall Ryan’s conversation with daughter, Esme, discussing their plan to do whatever it takes to tear Ava Jerome (Maura West) and Nikolas apart. General Hospital rumors predicted the inevitable ick-factor that was the dreaded hookup between Esme and Nik.

GH fans were just as torn up about Nik sleeping with his son’s girlfriend as Spencer himself. Major storylines and plot twists seem to polarize fan groups, half jumping on the outrageous drama bandwagon and the rest resisting what’s being written.

General Hospital fans aren’t the only ones who have strong opinions on what’s being written for our favorite characters. General Hospital news and spoilers reveal Marcus Coloma has expressed his opinion on the writer’s choice to have gone down that risky road with a main character, and a younger newcomer role. He revealed his take on the story in a Facebook Live Q & A.

In regard to how Coloma feels about Nik and Esme’s romp in the hay, he explains, “This is a perfect example of why I’m happy I don’t put my input into the story,” Marcus admitted, “because if I would’ve, I would’ve said that there’s no way Nikolas would ever sleep with Esme.” Marcus understands that the choice made by the writers has opens the door for other facets of the storyline. Marcus admitted, “It’s created so many interesting storylines and branches.” Adding, “Avery Pohl is just such an amazing actress to work with. “She’s incredible. I’ve really enjoyed Esme.”

Nikolas’s journey as a father has taken so many turns in which his portrayer would never take in real life. Marcus noted, “I’ve enjoyed that whole incredible mess that he’s created,” he encouraged, “because now you get to push yourself in places you’d never go in real life. And explore feelings that I’d never really feel in real life.”

No matter how we the fans or the GH actors themselves feel, at the end of the day, the ultimate decision for a particular storyline is left to TPTB. Not every single member of the audience and cast is going to love every angle, so just sit back and enjoy the ride!

The waiting game is one of the biggest struggles when anxiously awaiting an outcome or decision.

General Hospital recaps recall Trina Robinson’s (Tabyana Ali) recent trial as her fate was being decided by a jury. Although worried and afraid, Trina showed great strength and patience.

Mac Scorpio (John J. York) and the PCPD is on the case! An attacker is still at large as Ava Jerome (Maura West) lies on the deck of the Quartermaine boathouse, fighting for her life.

General Hospital previews and spoilers indicate that Jordan comes down hard on Ava’s husband, Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) as she questions him as to why he’s so resistant to provide answers. GH rumors hint that Nikolas this his son Spencer could be responsible during his haze of a drunken stupor.

Previous GH spoilers revealed Spencer blacks out from drinking and doesn’t remember a thing that happened that night. It looks as though Nik thinks he’s protecting his son by keeping quiet. Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) still hasn’t been found which makes her a very likely culprit. With so many viable suspects, the PCPD need to work tirelessly to find the person who attacked Ava and left her to die.

General Hospital Spoilers: Josslyn Treats People As She Sees Fit, Putting One Of Carly’s Rivals In Her Place And Coming To Another’s Rescue

The apple didn’t fall far from the tree when Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) gave birth to her daughter, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) with ex-husband, Jasper “Jax” Jacks (Ingo Rademacher).

Josslyn is Carly’s mini me, and the older she gets the more like her mother she becomes. She isn’t afraid to speak her mind, tell it like it is, and doesn’t sugar coat any situation. I’d sue doesn’t like someone, they’ll know it.

General Hospital spoilers reveal Josslyn makes her feelings for her mom’s rival, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) very clear when she confronts Nina at the Quartermaine charity picnic. When Olivia Falconeri Quartermaine’s (Lisa LoCicero) order of desserts was mistakenly delivered to the Metro Court, Nina’s decision to deliver the tray of desserts personally was planned out and calculated. She went back and forth on how the act would be perceived by the guests attending the Quartermaine benefit, and made her decision to best for her own agenda.

Joss sees a helpless and wounded Ava lying on the deck of the Quartermaine boathouse, bleeding from a stab wound. Although the scene is traumatic for Joss, she keeps herself together enough so that she can provide Ava assistance in this life or death situation. GH previews report Joss comes to Ava’s rescue, and later needs some comfort of her own.

Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) is broken and alone after learning the father he loved thought nothing of betraying his son yet again.

General Hospital spoilers reveal Spencer turns to alcohol to numb the pain of learning his dad slept with his girlfriend, Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl). Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) witnesses an exchange between father and son, as Nikolas tries to talk his son down, Spencer turns and runs away from dear old dad. Victor then approaches Spence, asking what he remembers from the highly eventful night.

GH previews indicate that Victor picks up very quickly on Spencer’s state of mind, and his lack of recollection of what all went down. Spencer for blackout drunk, and GH rumors hint that he may have done something horrific in a drunken stupor. Could Spencer have been the one to attack Ava?

Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) has shut out her boyfriend Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) as she is in denial about what is happening to her mental health.

Nik is going through a multifaceted crisis of his own as his relationships with both his son Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) and his wife Ava Jerome (Maura West) have burned to the ground, Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) is either dead or missing, and what he doesn’t know is that his wife has been brutally attacked.

General Hospital spoilers reveal Elizabeth is in a daze when she emerges out of the woods with blood on her forehead. She runs into Nikolas while still in her fragile state after just having another episode. GH previews and spoilers indicate that Liz will tell Nikolas it happened again, sounding like she has confided in him about this before.

General Hospital rumors point a finger at Liz as the mysterious suspect who stabbed Ava with the hook. It’s possible that when Liz blacked out, she could have turned violent as she did with Chase (Josh Swickard) during a previous traumatic episode. When Elizabeth blacks out, she tends to use violence as a form of defense from whatever she was forced to defend herself against when she was a child.

Did Elizabeth black out and attack Ava after she walked out on her argument with Nik? Although many have reasons for wanting Ava out of the way, this attack may have been a senseless accident due to Elizabeth’s deteriorating mental health and suppressed trauma.

A shocking ending to General Hospital‘s cliffhanger Friday, fans didn’t see what was coming. General Hospital spoilers had revealed Ava Jerome (Maura West) would find herself in grave danger, but the extent of what ended up happening came as a total shock.

Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) has been struggling work suppressed trauma, and she’s attacked someone (Chase, Josh Swickard) before. Who’s to stay she hasn’t struck again?

General Hospital Spoilers: Nik’s Blame Game Sends Victor After Ava, Will She Survive?

Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) has been outed about his one night stand with his son Spencer Cassadine’s (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) girlfriend, Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl).

Ava Jerome (Maura West) wasn’t going to let Nik live this down no matter how hard he was trying to her back on her good side. General Hospital recaps recall Spencer overhearing Ava and Nik’s argument about him sleeping with Esme. And instead of owning what he had done, he blamed Ava for talking about it while Spencer just so happened to walk by. As Ava told Nikolas, she isn’t the reason for this fallout with Spencer because she was talking about it. He’s the one who did it in the first place.

General Hospital spoilers reveal Uncle Victor (Charles Shaughnessy) has been desperate to keep the Cassadine family united as a form of power. He believes that anyone that could derail his efforts should be out of the way. Victor wondered what all the hoopla was about when Spence and Nik were arguing.
