Maurice Benard is a three-time Daytime winner for his role as Sonny Corinthos on ABC’s General Hospital. Benard joined the Soap Opera in August of 1993. Since then Port Charles has never been the same. Organized crime has become an ongoing problem on the local and even Federal level.

The Port Charles Police Department has their work cut out for them when it comes to PC’s most prominent mob boss. When he first arrive in 1993, Sonny was law enforcement’s number one priority. Today, the fact remains that Sonny gives the authorities a run for the money. He’s been arrested and detained, and even put on trial. But the PCPD and the Feds have yet to stick the landing.

General Hospital Spoilers: Michael Reminds Dex Who’s Boss, Dante Becomes Suspicious

Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) and his father, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) have been on opposite sides of the law for years while maintaining a mutual love and respect as father and son.

General Hospital recall Sonny having a much closer relationship with his son, Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) in tjay aspect, even having to tell Michael he didn’t want him involved in the business when Michael expressed interest. Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) is working for Michael while leading Sonny and his people to believe he is loyal to The Corinthos Organization. It’s been pretty obvious that Dex isn’t completely devoted to Michael. As Michael’s employee, Dex has questioned his boss more than a few times, leading up to General Hospital rumors making claims that Dex is tempted to jump ship.

General Hospital previews indicate that Michael has to remind Dex who’s boss, making things awkward and unnatural in a situation where the loyalty has to be not just understood, but expected. Michael and Dex’s run-ins and public squabbles may become more and more difficult to believe, as GH spoilers and previews hint that Dante will become suspicious of Dex… And if he’s suspicious of Dex, it’s only a matter of time before he is suspicious of his own brother.

Now as an officer of the law, Dante has never approved of his father’s life of crime, but never has he wanted to see him suffer. Michael on the other hand has become so angry with his dad, he has plotted so heavily against him, in his attempt to take down Sonny and his entire organization. He wants the Corinthos name to be outed for what it is, while he sits on his throne as a Quartermaine.

General Hospital Spoilers: Maurice Benard Reveals Bryan Craig’s (Morgan Corinthos) GH Status

Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and his sons, Michael (Chad Duell) and Morgan (Bran Craig) have always had a close father/son relationship despite the inevitable disagreements. In the end, the love always remains.

General Hospital recaps recall Michael and Morgan having their fair share if brotherly quarrels, one particularly over Kiko Jerome (Kristen Alderson, Hayley Erin). But through it all, brothers had each other’s backs. Morgan’s unfortunate early death has weighed heavily on the entire Corinthos family, and GH fans hold out hope that Simone that car bomb was a setup and Morgan will someday return.

General Hospital news reports reveal an updated status on the return of Bryan Craig as son of Sonny and Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright), Morgan.

In a TikTok video shared by Maurice this last August, Maurice, Chad, and Bryan sang a little renditions of “Grease Lightning.” Benard captioned the video, “Having fun at General Hospital,” while the writing over the video reads, “Fun Times with Acting Sons.” Fans were quick to pick up on Bryan Craig’s presence in the video, not hesitating to ask the 3 time Emmy winner if his tv son, Bryan Craig would be soon returning as Morgan.

Benard responded to a fan who asked:

Maurice directly replied with: @mauricebenard60：He’s way too busy.”

It looks as though Bryan Craig has no plans of reprising his role as Morgan Corinthos in the near future, however, fans still hold out hope that someday when his schedule it lighter, he could return.

That’s the debate Carly had to deal with in her mind. Blame Jax for bringing this lunatic into their family’s lives, or let’s say he didn’t, Josslyn may not have survived.
