Love is complicated. There is typically all this gray area when it comes to love and relationships. Sometimes love isn’t enough, sometimes two people have been through way too much to get back, and some have been through so much together they can’t let go. And sometimes stoke heart is torn.
Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) is finally home in Port Charles and reunited with his wife, Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright). She and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) explained everything event rhay lead them to get married, and Sonny seemed to have understood their strategy.
Now that Sonny is back, everyone expects things to go back just as they were. Sonny and Carly as an epic love story, Jason the right hand man and best friend, struggling with feelings of his own when it comes to Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud), and Nina Reeves being kicked to the curb. In a recent General Hospital Q&A session with Maurice Benard, Benard was asked some questions about Nina and Carly. His answers revealed some major GH spoilers for what’s head for Sonny’s love life. He stays that in regard to “Mike” and Sonny, one can forget their memory but they can’t forget their heart. He admits that Mike loves Nina, while Sonny loves Carly.
General Hospital news reports reveal that Benard went on the record to explain that there is an upcoming scene he cannot talk about, but is so good. General Hospital rumors hint that this upcoming scene has to do with his love for Nina.
Sonny could never dismiss his love for Carly, but at the same time, “Mike” has been his alter ego for months, and when he fell in love with Nina, the experience has left a lasting impression on his heart. Love isn’t black and white for Carly either. Her experiences with Jason over the last nine months have led them both to developed resurfaced feelings for one another, and now they are married. Carly is torn over Sonny and Jason, and Sonny is torn over Carly and Nina. Jason’s feelings for Carly are real as well, but materialized just as he was getting closer to Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud). Needless to say, this love story has soap opera drama written all over it. They have a lot to sort out and it’s only the beginning.
Their quaint little life in Nixon Falls as they know it has taken a sudden, dramatic change. Phyllis (Joyce Guy) and Lenny Caulfield (Rif Hutton) have been running The Tan-O and caring for a man (Sonny) they barely know because their hearts are big and generous. Phyllis has helped Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) sort through her emotions, and has been there for “Mike” whenever she needs him. Lenny is right along with his wife, generously helping Mike and Nina.
General Hospital spoilers reveal things are changing now that Nina is in Port Charles and Lenny and Phyllis have received devastating news surrounding Lenny’s heart condition.
General Hospital previews show Mike is determined. It seems like he is dedicated to helping Lenny in any way possible, which could lead him down an unexpected path. He misses Nina like crazy, and Phyllis’ idea of heading to Port Charles to go after her is definitely on his mind. Now with Lenny having major health problems, Mike could make unexpected decisions to help save him.

Nina even lied to Jax (Ingo Rademacher), Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy), Sonny’s stepdaughter, along with her friend Trina Robinson (Sydney Mikayla), who Nina is a actually with.
General Hospital fans are becoming impatient with the current story as they are eager to see Sonny home, with Carly, and for Nina to get what’s coming to her.
