The Friday, May 8th episode of General Hospital has left GH Fan’s stunned. A wild turn of events has lead Nina Reeves to use force to try and diffuse a violent situation. Now Jack Brennan’s (Chris L. McKenna) life hangs in the balance after Nina (Cynthia Watros) stuck him with Drew‘s (Cameron Mathison) paralytic drug syringe. It looks like Nina is in quite the predicament. Did Nina kill Jack Brennan?

General Hospital recaps for Friday, May 8 recall the chaos in the moments leading up to what could be Jack Brennan’s final moments. Nina screamed and pleaded for Valentin Cassadine and Jack Brennan to stop, but things had gotten gone too far. That’s when she grabbed a syringe that was meant for Drew and stuck Brennan with it.

Is the dose enough to be lethal? Just because the dose isn’t lethal for Drew doesn’t mean that it is not going to kill Jack. In her attempt to stop Jack and Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) from killing each other. It’s quite possible that Nina killed Jack Brennan with the syringe meant for Drew.

I sure hope Olivia’s (Lisa LoCicero) pizza oven shows up because the Quartermaine family is going to need it! Detective Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) hasn’t been around long enough and still has hope that Turkey is on the Thanksgiving menu (and that it’ll actually be consumed).

Next week on General Hospital, the people of Port Charles celebrate Thanksgiving Day. Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) and the rest of the Q’s don’t even want to bother with having to make a turkey dinner since they’re all well aware of the inevitable outcome. This year, Brook Lynn tried to tell Chase that preparing the turkey dinner is simply a waste of time because they always end up having Thanksgiving Day pizza. Despite Brook Lynn’s warnings of wisdom, Chase believes that he’s the man to get the job done.

According to General Hospital spoilers, Brook Lynn agrees to let Chase take charge of Thanksgiving dinner. The two prepare a wonderful meal for the entire Quartermaine family (and even some strays as Tracy (Jane Elliot) would say). Apparently, the dinner Chase and Brook Lynn prepare draws everyone in as they all follow the mouth watering smells.

What will it be? Turkey or Pizza for the Qs?

On Monday’s 12-1-25 episode of General Hospital spoilers reveal an entertaining Thanksgiving celebration. The Quartermaine family steals the show as they give it their best to actually eat turkey dinner. However, despite the overly optimistic ideals of Chase, sadly, the Qs won’t be eating turkey this year.

Instead, pizza it is for the L-tryptophan deprived family still won get their fix. As it turns out, “someone” with an above average sense of smell gets to the turkey before anyone else. According to General Hospital rumors, Outback eats the Quartermaine turkey dinner before the rest of the family can even take a bite.

Will Outback be banished from the Quartermaine mansion forever after she ruins their Thanksgiving dinner? Or will Cody (Josh Kelly) be given the boot?

There you have it. Both Lulu (Alexa Havins) and Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) have declared that they don’t want each other back shortly after revealing that they still have feelings for each other. Make that make sense. Dante Falconeri and Lulu Spencer fell in love a decade and a half ago, and have had their share of turmoil. After all these years, Dante and Lulu have decided to be over- for good. So who will be Lulu’s shoulder to cry on? …Lulu turns to Cody for comfort?!

This week on General Hospital Dante’s reaction to Lulu’s involvement in the Gio reveal weighs heavily their on relationship. Now agreeing to simply co-parent Rocco, nothing more, Lulu and Dante have called it quits.

According to General Hospital rumors, Lulu turns to Cody after she and Dante’s pivotal moment in their relationship. Despite their recent confessions to one another, Lulu and Dante won’t be pursuing anything further than being co-parents. Not even friendship. Sadly, it looks like a Lante reboot is not in the cards for now.

Recent General Hospital spoilers tease that while Dante continues to grieve for Sam, Lulu turns to Cody for comfort. They are both madder than Hell. Lulu’s mad at Dante and Dante’s mad at the world. Maybe in time Dante and Lulu will find their way back to each other- but for now GH rumors hint that at least one if them is moving on…

 General Hospital airs encore Memorial Day, 2025. The May 23, 2025 cliffhanger Friday episode has General Hospital the edge of their seats. The Nurse’s Ball has been the birthplace for several monumental events. This year, Drew’s drugging, Michael’s dramatic return, and Gio‘s revelation captivated fans.Despite the urgency to see what’s next, GH fans must be patient. Sadly, General Hospital will not air a new episode on Monday, May 26, 2025, and won’t air a continuation from Friday, May 23rd. Instead, ABC will air an encore episode due to the Memorial Day holiday.

Next week on General Hospital, the encore episode will feature the return of Lulu Spencer, originally aired on November 26, 2024. This episode marked Alexa Havins’ debut in the role, as Lulu awakened from a coma after four years. Also in this encore episode, Ava questions Ric, and Lulu wanders around Port Charles.

As Gio and all of his family suffer the fallout from choices made long ago- and now- General Hospital fans eagerly await an all new episode. Unfortunately, we all must wait an extra day due to ABC programming. Reportedly, Regular programming will resume on Tuesday, May 27, with a brand-new episode.
