General Hospital: Jack Brennan, Josslyn Jacks, Emma Drake
Life did a 180°, and Josslyn Jacks went from Mama’s girl who told her mother everything, to a completely independent woman who keeps the biggest secret of her life from Carly. It was all so sudden.
One minute, Josslyn was trying to find her own way after Dex’s death. She found herself stumbling upon evidence that pointed her into Cyrus Renault’s (Jeff Kober) direction. Then, the next minute Agent Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) made her an offer. Add it turned out, Brennan recruited Josslyn to be a WSB Agent. Now she’s sworn to secrecy and doing things she never thought she would.
This week on General Hospital, Professor Dalton chose one student as his Summer Research Assistant. The verdict shocked and devastated Emma, but she wasn’t the only one feeling bad about this. Previously, General Hospital Blog shared recent GH spoilers about Joss’s new life. She feels the weight of the guilt that comes along with all of the secrets and lies.
Josslyn has been living a double life since she killed Cyrus, keeping secrets and telling lies. Perhaps knowing that Brennan is lying to Carly is the most significant deception of them all. Josslyn is literally lying to her mother and in on it with her mom’s boyfriend. Together Jack and Joss continually betray Carly. I don’t know about all of you, but I don’t see that lasting too long. At some point Joss is going to crack.
Josslyn Comes Clean To Emma
For now she continues to lie to Carly about her new life but that doesn’t mean she doesn’t confide in someone. According to recent GH rumors, Josslyn can’t get what she did to Emma off of her mind. She hates the thought of being thought of as a back stabber and makes a risky decision. Will Josslyn come clean and tell Emma the truth about why she sabotaged her work?
Emma Makes A Confession
Oh boy. This is where it gets interesting. A long running rumor claims that Emma is already an Agent for the WSB. Perhaps that’s why she was also desperate to get close to Dalton. So if Josslyn comes clean, will Emma reciprocate?
May the Best, New WSB Recruit Win
Did Brennan put his two newest recruits to the test, and pit them against each other in the race to become Dalton’s assistant?
Guilt Consumes Josslyn Over Emma! Despite what it looks like, Josslyn Jacks’s (Eden McCoy) actions toward Emma Scorpio Drake (Braedyn Bruner) do not define her as a person. In fact, the lying and sneaking are fresh new traits for Joss. Like her mother, Joss is known for her bluntness.
As a brand new Agent of the WSB, Josslyn Jacks signed her life away with almost zero notice. She accepted Jack Brennan’s (Chris McKenna) offer and was sworn to secrecy. Not even Joss’s mom, Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) is privy to this information. That means that Josslyn has to lie to everyone she loves about her job, her schooling, and hide what’s now the biggest part of her.
According to GH spoilers, guilt consumes Josslyn over Emma. Her underhanded sneak attack to steal Emma’s position with Professor Dalton weights on her. Especially after Joss and Emma’s “girlfriend moment.” Surprisingly, Emma, Joss, and Trina were starting to look like a close group of besties. That new development most likely comes to a halt after recent events between Joss and Emma.
Josslyn knows that in order to remain a WSP Agent, she must continue to lie to, and even cheat everyone she loves. Agent Jacks isn’t proud of what she’s done- and Vaughn blew it off like it was nothing. Odds are that Josslyn won’t become desensitized to this new way to be, at least not yet.
Will Joss make it up to Emma somehow in order to make herself feel better? GH rumors tease that Joss could tell Emma the truth about why she had to snake that job. Will she?
General Hospital: Nina and Carly Find Common Ground
Did you ever think you’d see the day when Carly and Nina would become allies? What’s even crazier is that they’ve done so far that Nina asks for Carly’s trust!
Another big ask! The entitlement of these Port Charles residents is astounding. Just kidding, it’s not that deep. However, it is important to mention that two people need a favor from someone they openly despise.
What was once an epic rivalry has now softened into shaky common ground. Carly Spencer and Nina Reeves may disagree on most things in life, but one thing they agree on is that Drew is no good for Willow or their grandchildren. First, General Hospital Blog shared this week’s General Hospital spoilers about Tracy and Jason. GH recaps recall that Tracy asked Jason to find Brook Lynn’s son! Considering Tracy’s outward loathing toward Jason’s lifestyle, it was a lot for her to ask.
This week on General Hospital, Nina asks for Carly’s trust. They sure have come along way- and GH rumors tease that Carly complies with keeping Nina’s secret! Is this the beginning of a true friendship or just an obligatory gesture? Carly and Nina found common from over the whole Willow and Drew debacle, but w their unity grow from there?
General Hospital: Daytime Emmy Winner Denise Alexander Dies At 85
GH’s Denise Alexander Lesley Webber Dies At 85. On April 1st, 2024, the longest running television drama celebrated its 62nd year on air. The internationally known Daytime Drama series has brought forth many talented faces to fame. Many of the actors who became household names started on General Hospital in the earlier stages of production. Amazingly, many of our favorite characters from the early days on GH live on through the younger generations.
Denise Alexander was brought on after failed negotiations with her employer at the time, Days Of Our Lives. It just still happens that Gener
According to General Hospital news, Denise Alexander won a Daytime Emmy for her role as Lesly Webber in 1975. As Laura Webber’s mom, and her involvement in a love triangle with Alan and Monica Quartermaine, Denise took Lesley Webber’s popularity to unexpected heights. Despite her popularity, Lesley will killed off in 1984, just to return from the dead in 1996. Reportedly, Denise’s last GH appearance was back in 2021.
Sadly, General Hospital news reports confirm that Denise Alexander has died. Sources state the she died on March 5th, 2025. She was 85 years old. TV daughter, Genie Francis (Laura Webber Spencer Collins) has nothing hit positive things to say about Denise. She told TV Insider. “I loved her. She loved me. I stole her good stuff. When I look at myself sometimes on television… I have been kind of taken aback because I realized I just did Denise… I was so young, she imprinted on me. And some of my style of acting was directly imprinted on me by Denise Alexander. And she was very, very good to me as I was growing up.”
Denise Alexander will be missed. And her memory lives on in her tv family, especially Laura, Lucky, and Lulu Spencer. General Hospital has lost another icon. Rest In Peace Denise Alexander (Lesley Webber).
General Hospital: Denise Alexander (Dr. Lesley Webber) and Genie Francis (Laura Webber Spencer)
General Hospital: Professor Dalton (Daniel Goddard), Josslyn (Eden McCoy), and Emma (Braedyn Bruner)
Josslyn Tells Emma About Dalton! Josslyn Jacks’s (Eden McCoy) life suddenly took a drastic turn when she accepted Agent Brennan’s offer. It wasn’t an offer she couldn’t refuse by any means- and she had to think it over. Then, after careful consideration, Josslyn decided to move forward with her life-altering new path. And just like that, Josslyn Jacks became an official Agent of the WSB. She’s sworn to secrecy, and not even her mother can know the truth.
Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) made the terms of the contract crystal clear, informing Joss that she isn’t to tell anyone- not even Carly. Unfortunately, with Joss and Jack both keeping this secret, Carly’s hit with double betrayal. There’s no doubt that Brennan and Josslyn’s secret is going to be a tough one to keep; particularly from Carly. However, General Hospital rumors suggest that Carly won’t be Josslyn’s biggest challenge.
Out Of Options- Josslyn Tells Emma About Dalton
Joss has her work cut out for her regarding her latest mission. Right now, she navigates through her new assignment as an undercover PCU student. The goal is to plant herself close he subject to investigate Professor Dalton. There’s just one thing in the way- Emma Scorpio Drake (Braedyn Bruner).
According to General Hospital spoilers, Josslyn and Emma’s animosity toward one another softens and friendship continues to grow. That’s why it becomes more difficult for Josslyn to keep lying to Emma. GH rumors tease that Dalton also poses a problem for these new friends. Both Joss and Emma will do whatever it takes to land that Summer spot with Professor Dalton. But what type of position are they gunning for anyway? 😲🫢
Josslyn and Emma compete for the Summer position alongside Professor Dalton, but will they compete for his attention in more areas than one? Joss suddenly has the upper hand now that she’s already stolen Emma’s thumb drive. General Hospital previews indicate that Emma turns to Josslyn for help. She returns from her swim to find that her thumb drive is missing, and the eager PCU student wants answers that Joss isn’t prepared to dodge.
General Hospital: Professor Dalton (Daniel Goddard) and Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) at The Savoy
For how long can Joss keep lying to Emma before Emma figures things out on her own? Will she news just one person to consider in? And why not the person she’d otherwise have to lie to in sticky situations? Will Josslyn blow her cover and admit to Emma that she’s an intelligence Agent for the WSB?
General Hospital: Drew (Cameron Mathison), Jason (Steve Burton), and Willow (Katelyn MacMullen)
These two are thick as thieves. From uncle-in-law to live-in boyfriend and father figure to her kids, Willow is in over her head with Drew. Despite the puppy dog trance hold Drew has over Willow, it’s obvious that she’s conflicted. At times she feels empowered to stand up against Carly, to show her that she makes her own decisions. Behind her eyes it looks like Willow reflects on her life with Michael. Maybe that’s why Drew gets so bothered by what she’s about to tell him.
General Hospital Recaps
Jason told Willow that she needs to go to Germany and face Michael. She was reluctant at first but soon realized that it’s what needs to happen. First; she went to Jason to ask him to stock Carly from going after her children. But Jason wasn’t going to deliver just because Willow asked. I mean, she ISNT’T Carly. Jason only comes with Carly calls him. I’m totally joking but the way (half 🤭). After being denied, Willow was shocked to hear Jason suggest she head to Germany. Ultimately, she saw Jason’s point and is planning her trip.
Willow Tells Drew About Germany
On the next General Hospital… Will things get weird between Willow and Drew? Of course, Willow must tell Drew about her plans to go see Michael. According to the latest General Hospital spoilers, Drew doesn’t take too well to the news. Willow’s news makes him uneasy in more ways than one. First, the thought of Willow going to see her husband threatens the Congressman. His insecurities shine through when he hears Willow is going to Germany. But where did she get that idea? Hmm 🤔. Yep, none other than Jason Morgan. Now talk about Drew’s insecurities! There’s no doubt that Congressman cut-throat’s ego is bruised when he finds out that Jason is the one who told Willow to go see Michael in Germany.
General Hospital: Besties Kristen Storms and Emme Rylan
Kristen Storms and Emme Rylan’s Easter Adventure! General Hospital’s 62 years in existence has been the birthplace of many lasting friendships and bonds between co-stars. In fact, long lasting romantic relationships and marriages have come out of the set of General Hospital. Some who might be enemies in Port Charles could be besties off-screen. For example, Carly Spencer and Nina Reeves can’t stand each other. They have a toxic co-existence and despise the air the other breathes. However, things are much different between actresses who play Carly and Nina. The dynamic between Laura Wright and Cynthia Watros is nothing like that of the roles they play in Port Charles. Reportedly, Laura and Nina are very good friends when not playing around in Port Charles. Is anyone up for a game of pickle ball??
GH: General Hospital cast-mates play Pickleball
A couple of my favorite GH besties are Kirsten Storms and Emme Rylan. In Port Charles Maxie and Lulu are the best of friends, and their friendship overflows outside of the GH set. These two don’t have to play pretend in Port Charles because they’re actually BFFs in real life. Rylan joined GH’s cast in 2013 when she took over the role from Julie Marie Berman. According to General Hospital news, Storms has reportedly admitted that she “was determined to hate” Lulu’s recast because of her friendship with Berman. Obviously that didn’t happen, and Kirsten and Emme became best friends instead.
Fast forward to 2025 and it’s been almost 5 years since Rylan and Storms worked together on General Hospital. Furthermore, the role of Lulu has even been recast, and Alexa Havins has stepped into Lulu’s shoes. Evidently, time and distance bears no weight on this bond because Storms and Rylan’s friendship is still going strong.
General Hospital news and spoilers report that these two girlies are still up to their silly antics that only best friends do. Over the weekend GH’s Kristen Storms shared IG stories of herself and Rylan. The two “cool moms” were on their way back from Target at 11pm on Easter Eve. Storms expressed a strong sense of irritation to none other than the Easter Bunny. Then, the two ladies proceeded to act out a fake phone call between a disgruntled customer and an employee.
There’s no doubt that Emme Rylan and Kirsten Storms’ friendship is an everlasting bond. If you want to have a good laugh then check out the video below. Rylan and Storms ham it up in their late night Target adventure- beefing with the bunny.
General Hospital: The WSB Has Become A Major Focus Once Again
It seems like the vibe around Port Charles began to change upon Steve Burton‘s anticipated return to General Hospital. On January 4th, 2024, ABC aired the primetime special, General Hospital: 60 Years of Stars and Storytelling with a surprise ending. That’s when Steve Burton’s highly anticipated GH comeback was announced to the world. Two months later, Burton made his GH return debut on March 4th, 2024. Previously, GH Blog shared, recent rumors based on intriguing potential clues. Are we shifting away from the mob scene in PC? Because GH rumors claim that The Future Of PC Is The WSB!
As expected, General Hospital fans jumped online to discuss the exiting news, sharing ideas and GH rumors about the details of Jason’s return. Will he still be our Jason? How about his memory? Does ge suffer memory loss and live life as Jason Quartermaine? Will he still work for Sonny? Will he return with a family? GH fans had a lot of unanswered questions.
Thankfully, those questions have since received answers. Jason is still Jason Morgan, but his heart is now open to the Quartermaines. However, it’s been just over a year since Jason returned from the dead and now we have more questions. Currently, he works for Sonny but they are both plotting for a way out of the business. Sonny wants to retire, and Jason’s future is uncertain.
According to recent General Hospital rumors, Jason’s future, and the future of PC is the WSB. Since his return, Jason has been working closely with Anna Devane on matters involving the WSB. As a former spy with the agency, Devane remains closely tied. As Jason and Anna’s friendship strengthens, GH spoilers tease that her influence could lead him to the WSB.
Next, we have Carly Spencer (Laura Wright). She’s falling for WSB Agent, John Brennan despite Jason’s warnings to stay away. We can’t forget Carly’s daughter, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy), and her sudden WSB involvement. Currently, Joss is in deeper with the WSB than Jason and Carly combined. She must keep her new career a secret from everyone she loves- including her mom. Which means that she’s lying to everyone she loves- including her mom. And the craziest part is that Carly is dating the man who has ordered Josslyn to lie to her.
Meanwhile, Jason Morgan isn’t the only one close to Anna that could potentially join the WSB. According to General Hospital spoilers and rumors, Anna’s granddaughter aspires to be just like her. General Hospital recaps from April 9th recall Anna and Emma’s heart to heart. That’s when the college student and passionate animal rights activist promised to work on becoming safer and smarter in pursuing her missions. Evidently, Emma already considers herself Anna’s mini me, and now she strives to use Anna’s approach in facing her challenges.
Now let’s connect some dots. General Hospital news reports confirm that GH has cast Daniel Goddard as Professor Dalton. Yes, both Josslyn and Emma will more than cross paths with Professor Dalton at PCU. First, Joss was recruited by the WSB to pose as a college student to investigate Dalton . Then, Emma told Anna that she’s excited about a new class over at PCU. It just so happens that it is the same class as Josslyn’s WSB mission.
Moreover, Sonny’s impending heart surgery also play the factor in the future of Port Charles. The respected mobster wants out of the business and he might just get his wish this time.
Steve Burton STUNS GH fans in a powerful scene! Typically, daytime television isn’t the place to concern yourself with having to censor the language when your kid walks into the room. You don’t really need to flip the channel because of F bombs or anything like that that. But it gets pretty close when Jason tears into Michael!
Surely, Soap Operas provide, and are more known for reasons other than profanity to have to enforce censorship around the kiddies. In my house I avoid watching any s3xual content when they’re around. Which makes it somewhat inconvenient some days for my kids to watch GH with me, but we give it the old FF button and onto the next scene we go. For some, violent content may be a big no-no, which is a big part of GH General Hospital spoilers indicate.
When it comes to General Hospital, mob violence is prevalent along the streets of Port Charles. But to be fair, it’s more talked about than it is acted out in a scene. Especially in more recent times. You can’t tell me that we have had just as many or more car bombings and shoot-outs nowadays as we did back in the 90s and early 2000s. Those thrills have decreased over the years. Or how about child kidnapping? When was the last time a child on General Hospital was kidnapped by an actual bad person? You know, as opposed to just being switched at birth by a desperate mother or father?
Steve Burton Stuns GH Fans With Powerful Scene Between Jason And Michael-Carly Stands By
General Hospital 2009: Carly and Jason Handle Teenage Michael
These days society influences what we see on screen more than ever before. It seems like television and movies haven’t been the same for at least 10 years since anyone and anything is at risk of being cancelled at any time. Seemingly, this also applies to what we see play out on General Hospital.
If you think about it, child (under 18-21)/parental conflict in Port Charles has also been skipping our airwaves. Evidently, we just don’t see much of this type of conflict or parental scolding these days. Recently, General Hospital Blog stumbled up upon a scene between Jason Morgan and Michael Corinthos unlike any that I’ve seen. But back in the early 2000s/2010s, parents disciplining their children wasn’t a rare scene. And if you want to talk about a rare scene, you have to check out this explosive scene between Jason and Michael. At the time, Drew Garrett played the role of Michael Corinthos. Steve Burton delivers a powerful come on performance.
Check out this intense scene as Carly stands by while Jason berates Michael. She doesn’t look too thrilled.
Let’s dive deeper into the what-if’s of Jason and Sasha’s relationship. Sasha Corbin (Sofia Mattsson) and Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) conceived a child while he was still married to Willow (Katelyn MacMullen). Due to the delicate nature of the couple’s divorce, everyone decided that it’s best to keep her baby’s true paternity a secret. As GH recaps recall, first, sasha refused to divulge any information about her baby’s father. Then, Cody saw Jason Morgan’s (Steve Burton) hand on Sasha’s baby bump, and then began shouting false baby daddy claims. Yep, Cody told everyone that Jason was the father of Sasha’s baby. Ultimately, the mama-to-be and the mobster embraced the idea and ran with it.
Now, the entire city of Port Charles believes that Jason and Sasha have had some type of romantic entanglement- and at the very least, a one night stand. General Hospital rumors claim that it won’t be long before their clandestine scheme leads Sasha and Jason to fall for each other.
General Hospital news reports confirm that Executive Producer Frank Valentini’s recent post has sparked some controversy. He shared a GH spoiler hinting that Jason and Sasha get closer. Apparently, working together to keep Sasha and Michael’s secret safe from Willow’s knowledge leads to something they never expected.
The Hypocrisy Of Jason and Sasha’s Relationship
GH fans have had to watch Michael‘s uncle Drew get down and dirty with Willow. His actions bought him a one-way ticket out of the Quartermaine family, and he didn’t leave willingly or with grace. The family fallout is in full swing as Drew seeks revenge on Tracy and the entire Quartermaine family. It’s true that Drew is as douchey as they come, but he’s right about one thing. Practically everyone in that family has lied, cheated, stolen, and much, much more. Everyone except the Golden Boy so it seems.
This is where the controversy comes in. Everyone in Port Charles is disgusted by Drew and Willow’s relationship for various reasons. While some disapprove of their age difference, others may not even bat an eye. But when it comes to another factor, the fan’s opinions are unanimous. Ultimately, the fact that Drew is Michael’s Uncle is the most controversial aspect- along with the obvious fact that Willow is a married woman.
Although Jason and Sasha have never actually slept together, their friends and family believe they have. So how is it that no one is concerned with the fact that Jason is Michael’s uncle too, and Sasha is Michael’s ex. I know an ex-girlfriend is not the same as a wife, however, Michael was romantically involved with Sasha. Now, Uncle Jason has stepped in. General Hospital rumors hint that if romance blossoms between Uncle Jason and Baby Mama Sasha, it’s just as bad as Drew and Willow. Both grown men are uncles to Michael. So, is all forgiven or glossed over for Golden Boy Jason? Or will the same people who condemn Drew and Willow bestow the same thoughts and opinions on Jason and Sasha?
