A company and it’s products would be nothing without great customer service. Although it may take a few minutes on hold to speak to a representative, there is no automated frustration. Honest Company gets right to the point and the staff is extremely helpful, giving on one one attention. I was even given a direct email address for the employee who helped me over the phone, so that I could contact her personally if ever I had a concern. Honest Company customer service goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied and happy.

For about the last year I have been searching high and low for an all natural/organic mascara. I had read that mascara can be one of the most toxic of all the cosmetics because of the potential for it containing mercury. Not to mention, last year my eyelashes started falling out in chunks. I was really concerned as I wondered if it was some sort of underlying health issue. I put things into perspective and evaluated the situation. It was great, and I continued using it for about 9 months. But recently, I have had the urge to have those long dramatic looking lashes once again, especially for going out at night. I came across a list of the 7 best natural mascaras and why they were considered the best. Pure Soul by Afterglow Cosmetics caught my interest the most after reading all of the descriptions, Some of the others still had some sketchy ingredients and unknown chemicals that I just didn’t want to take a chance with.
