General Hospital: Does Maxie notice something off about Nathan?
General Hospital spoilers and rumors about Nathan West have stayed consistent since his Port Charles arrival. Nathan happened to come alive shortly after his sister Britt had also miraculously resurrected. The timing was coincidental, and those who know better threw around suspicions about Cesar Faison (Anders Hove). The look on Britt’s face when she entered Nathan’s hospital room, and acting on feeling Lulu strongly suggests that something is off about Nathan West.
Maxie Is Suspicious Of Nathan
Two adult children back from the dead- one mother’s euphoric experience. Dr. Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) is all about her son Nathan (Ryan Paevey). Nathan this, Nathan that. Her latest fixation on her son’s life is that he and Maxie (Kirsten Storms) get back together. She’s unaware of the fact that Nathan has feelings for Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins), and Maxie chose Spinelli (Bradford Anderson).If Liesl can’t figure it out then maybe Maxie can. Nathan and Maxie were husband and wife, and best friends before Faison shot him. Although it’s been seven years, Maxie wouldn’t forget details about her husband.
General Hospital rumors tease that Nathan isn’t really Nathan. If that’s true, and this is an imposter, then Maxie is bound to figure it out. At some point, Nathan 2.0 will trip up. General Hospital: Kirsten Storms Returns to General Hospital as Maxie Jones
General Hospital fan favorite, Kristen Storms announced her GH departure in late Summer of 2025. She was last seen onscreen as Maxie Jones in August. Reportedly, Storms took a break from her GH role while she moved to Tennessee, and got settled in with her daughter, Harper Rose Barash. Six months later, Kirsten Storms returns to General Hospital as Maxie Jones.
Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) is very much loved around Port Charles. Her family and friends are doing what they can to ensure that Maxie’s children are well cared for and loved as they wait out their mom’s medical crisis. After what seemed like a fluke incident, Maxie fell ill while on set of Home an Heart. Since then, she’s been in a coma just like her bestie Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins)! We all know that Maxie’s condition is no fluke… but the inner workings of Sidwell’s calculated stratagem.
Maxie’s husband Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) is back from dead- and so is her ex-fiancé, and Nathan’s brother, Peter August (Wes Ramsey). Their sister Britt Westbourne mysteriously returned from the dead as well. Coincidence? I think not.
Since Sidwell is connected to Faison’s final project, and he targeted Maxie, and Maxie has a child with both Nathan and Peter… then it’s safe to say that Sidwell finds Maxie’s connection to Faison’s son’s a big problem.
According to a recent Instagram post, Kirsten is back on set, filming scenes. She took a snapshot selfie in her dressing room mirror with a caption that revealed her GH status. Kirsten Storms returns to General Hospital after a six month break, and there’s so much in store for Maxie!
Detective Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) came through for Rocco (Finn Carr) and his family in a big way. After Rocco was assaulted in lockup, Nathan did what he felt was necessary to ensure Rocco‘s safety. He went above his superiors and made the decision to take Rocco into his custody. The born again Detective even risked reprimand from ADA Turner. Needless to say, Lulu (Alexa Havins) was beyond grateful.
Nathan’s connection to Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) hasn’t changed his friendship with Lulu. Despite being Britt’s brother, Nathan and Lulu have no beef between them. Lulu sees Britt as a threat to her relationship with Rocco, and Doran trust her around her son. There’s obvious tension and animosity among Rocco’s parents, and the woman who stole their embryo.
So how will Britt feel if her brother Nathan gets closer to Lulu Spencer? Recent General Hospital rumors tease that while as Nathan and Lulu get closer, they receive backlash for their developing relationship. Perhaps Lulu’s ability to compartmentalize the different relationships in her life while Britt expresses her disapproval.

General Hospital: Will Nathan West Return A Villain?
Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) just saved Dr. Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) from some creepy form of Cassadine captivity. There, he encountered Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy), who he’s helped raise and is like a niece to him. After all, she is Carly Spencer’s (Laura Wright) daughter.
It’s obvious that Britt was making the most of her situation. She soaked up the sun, enjoyed cocktails, and received massages on the regular. Not too shabby if you ask me. But darkness lurks behind all that sunshine. And reality sets in after all those cocktails wear off. It also seems that Britt is there against her will. However, the Huntington’s disease treatment she was receiving, may have been incentive enough for her to stay willingly.
