Back in March, General Hospital fan favorite Kelly Monaco dropped a bombshell, revealing her next move. Kelly took to Instagram to announce a new project with friend and actress, Shanna Moakler.
GH fans were in disbelief when the unfortunate news broke that Kelly Monaco’s run as the iconic Samantha McCall, aka Sam Morgan, was over.
After having been let go from ABC’s General Hospital, Monaco revealed there was a story to tell. The beloved actress spent 21 years giving her all to her role as Samantha McCall. So to say that her departure from GH was a complete and utter shock. Disappointment, confusion, and downright upset filled General Hospital fans.
GH fans looked forward to Monaco and Moakler’s Bad Bunnies podcast, described as “Unfiltered. Untamed. Unapologetic.” However, that project is no longer in the works.
According to the latest General Hospital news, Bad Bunnies, a podcast featuring Shanna Miller and Kelly Monaco that was set to launch will no longer come to fruition. General Hospital Blog reached out to Moakler in an Instagram comment, and asked about the anticipated podcast.
Shanna Moakler Reveals “a ton of work” For Kelly Monaco
Shanna replied, stating that “personal things” and “a ton of work” have interfered with the production, and that she and the former GH star are not moving forward with the podcast. Instead, Moakler revealed that she and Claudia Jordan will move forward with a similar project.
One way or another, General Hospital fans want the truth behind the drama. Monaco’s previous online comment, “it’s retaliation at its finest,” hasn’t left GH fan’s minds. Will Kelly still reveal the dirty details of having been let go by General Hospital?
