Scotty Baldwin (Kin Shriner) loves to stir the pot wherever he goes. Strangers, friends, and even family aren’t exempt from Scotty’s ability to make people uncomfortable or get them all up in arms the at least.

General Hospital spoilers reveal Scotty is about to do what he loves best- and throw a wrench into a few someone’s day.

In recent General Hospital previews for the week of July 12th- July 16th, Scotty is shown barging into the Quartermaine mansion just as an ELQ meeting is about to begin.

General Hospital Spoilers: Maxie Can’t Believe What Brook Lynn Has To Say

Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) had no other choice other than to trust Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) to care for and protect her brand new baby daughter. Louise’s life was at risk and the threat was her own father, Peter August (Wes Ramsey). Maxie knew that as long as Peter was still breathing, she and Louise would never be safe.

She has definitely got a sweet, caring side, but the other side of Brook Lynn has proven she will do whatever it takes to get that she wants.

Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) seems like the last person to be giving out any sort of advice about telling the truth. But here she is, giving her two cents to Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen).

Brook Lynn typically does things that benefit herself, and that’s probably what’s going on here too. General Hospital spoilers reveal Brook Lynn gets real with Willow, which doesn’t mean she’s about to divulge her baby Bailey secret. However, Brook Lynn will school Willow on what she’s about to do when it comes to Harrison Chase’s (Josh Swickard) proposal.

Of course, it’s a bad idea to begin with, so that helps Brook Lynn’s reasoning against Willow and Chase herring married. Brook Lynn should be more concerned with the lies she’s telling Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart), her father Ned Ashton (Wally Kurth), stepmom Olivia Falconeri (Lisa LoCicero), and all her family and friends who love her and will be devastated when the truth comes out that Bailey is Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) and Peter August’s (Wes Ramsey) baby.

Regardless of credibility or motive, Brook Lynn is right. Willow should not marry Chase just because she feels sorry for him. Can Brook Lynn’s honestly get through to Willow before she makes a life altering mistake?

General Hospital Spoilers: Love Is Complicated And Feelings Get Tangled

Never mix business with pleasure is a common phrase, yet not many follow those rules. Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) broke that rule when she slept with Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart).

Brook Lynn slept with Valentin even after he pulled the wool over her eyes and basically swindled shares of ELQ right from under her. This resulted in Valentin’s control over the Quartermaine’s family business. Needless to say, her father Ned Ashton (Wally Kurth) was not happy.

Things between Valentin and Brook Lynn become even more complex upon her return to Port Charles when she announced her pregnancy and that the baby’s father is Valentin. Brook Lynn is now pulling the wool over Valentin’s eyes to take back her shares of ELQ, and General Hospital rumors indicate her scheme will cause a messy situation. Now that Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) and her new baby, Louise are thrown into the equation, the entanglement between all parties gets more and more intertwined.

Her plan has to go to extremes to ensure the best outcome for herself and her baby. It just so happened that things worked out best this way for Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) too.

But General Hospital spoilers reveal that this “best case scenario” is only for the short term. The storyline might take long in the eyes of the GH audience, but as for Maxie, Brook Lynn, Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart), and baby Lousie, this feeling of contentment won’t last forever.

General Hospital rumors indicate Finn (Michael Easton) and Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) will continue on with their plan to keep the truth solely between the two of them, allowing everyone else to continue to believe that Peter is on the run. Brook Lynn and Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) have pulled off the baby transfer after Maxie’s traumatizing birthing session in the forest. Brook Lynn didn’t quite think of everything, and has had to roll with the punches with the obstacles that have come her way. Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) and Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) insisted on taking Brook Lynn to GH so that she and the baby could get checked out.

In recent General Hospital previews, Valentin approaches his new baby mama as she hold the tiny little baby girl whom he believes is their child. Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) is taking his role at becoming a father for the second time very seriously. He’s hovering over Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton), as he still believes she is carrying his unborn child; but that’s another story.

Valentin doesn’t like Peter lurking around Brook Lynn, because Valentin knows exactly what he is capable of. Valentin thought he knew the type of man Peter was, despite him being the son of Cesar Faison (Anders Hove). Valentin even carried guilt for leaving Peter with Cesar. He spent his life trying to help and guide him as a way to make it up to Peter. Now, things couldn’t be more different.

General Hospital spoilers reveal Valentin has no hesitation in doing what he needs to protect Brook Lynn and his unborn baby; even if that means killing the man he once took under his wing.

Peter August (Wes Ramsey) has struck again! The woman found as a potential nurse for Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) has fallen victim of Peter. Instead of landing the job and getting paid, she has paid with her life.

General Hospital spoilers reveal Peter has murdered the woman whom Maxie found to interview as her potential nurse, to look after her during the remainder of her pregnancy and beyond. Peter insisted on having someone there to “help,” therefore a nurse for Maxie was a must. This demand from Peter should have raised a big red flag in front of Maxie’s face.

General Hospital previews show Maxie greeting the woman she believes is Nurse Jennings. The real Nurse Jennings never made it to Maxie’s apartment after being deceived and then murdered by Peter.
