It was a big day for the Quartermaine family when Ned Ashton (Wally Kurth) adopted his wife Olivia’s (Lisa LoCicero) son Leo (Easton Rocket). Leo was welcomed into the iconic family of Port Charles with open arms and hearts.
General Hospital news and spoilers reports reveal an interesting fact in the connection between a current GH storyline and the real life of actor Wally Kurth. Kurth weighs in on General Hospital’s depiction of Autism as he and co-star Lisa LoCicero play out this very realistic scenario on screen. General Hospital spoilers reveal Kurth’s own son Brogan (17) is autistic, making Kurth’s current story as Ned Ashton hit close to home. He explained, “I think they’ve done a really great job,” referring to the realism of finding out and coping with such a diagnosis. He continued, ““The writers knew about [Brogan and] Frank [Valentini] wanted to make sure how I felt about it. He wanted me to know that it was somewhat from my own personal experience that they were inspired to tell this story.”
