General Hospital Spoilers: Dev Turns On The Corinthos Family, Showing Signs Of Sonny’s Past Enemy

The Corinthos family has welcomed Dev Cerci (Ashton Arbab) into their home and into their lives with open arms. Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) has cared for him as if he was one of her own, and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) has protected him as he would his own child.

General Hospital rumors started a while ago, making claims the Dev’s Turkish background is a clue to his connection with Sonny’s enemy, the late, Balkan (Daniel Benzali).

General Hospital spoilers and rumors have suggested that Dev is the son of Brenda Barrett (Vanessa Marcil) and Alec Janacek (Antoine Knoppers). Alec was killed by Sonny Corinthos’ son, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) in order to protect Brenda.

In an article posted back in August, General Hospital news revealed Vanessa Marcil hinted a return in a tweet reply to a GH fan. This helped back up claims of Marcils return, and the story involving Dev turning out to be her son, and grandson of The Balkan.

General Hospital rumors hint that Dev is in Port Charles to carry out a master revenge plan. Dev is planning to get close to the Corinthos family, to then use their trust to his advantage for when he finds it to be the right time to strike.

Since witnessing Cameron Webber (William Lipton) and Josslyn Jacks’ kiss on Homecoming, Dev is showing his true colors. Dev has turned dark, and has resorted to violating Josslyn’s (Eden McCoy) privacy, lying and manipulating Cam, all while devilishly smirking over his accomplishments.

General Hospital rumors claim Dev wants revenge again Sonny and Dante for killing his father and for the death of his grandfather. Although The Balkan/Theo Hoffman was killed by his own wife, Suzanne Stanwyck (Adrienne Barbeau), Dev blames the Corinthos family for the entire situation.

Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy), Cameron Webber (William Lipton), Trina Robinson (Sydney Makayla), and Dev Cerci (Ashton Arbab), have become a very close knit group of friends. Many times in close friend groups, some or all could start to develop romantic feelings for the other(s). Sometimes this leads to the demise of a good thing, the end of a friendship, or the start of something new. Nevertheless, most of the times in these types of situations, jealous plays a major role.

Cam and Joss shared a kiss on the night of their school dance, the very night Dev was planning to talk to Josslyn about his feelings for her. He witnessed the kiss and it was like Dev did a total 180° with his personality. He immediately became jealous, giving Cam some harsh “advice.” Dev acted out of character, as his jealousy grew after seeing Cam kiss Joss. Since the kiss, Dev has been trying to manipulate the situation in order to steer Cameron and Josslyn in opposite directions from one another when it comes to being more than friends.

Dev is close with the Corinthos family, so it was no big deal when Carly (Laura Wright) asked him to join her in kicking with guests while Josslyn and Trina talk. Being a teenager definitely has its ups and downs. But for the most part, with a good group of supportive friends, the teen years are typically those we look back on and smile. Although for the teenagers of Port Charles, life as an adolescent can sometimes include much more drama and danger than any teens should have to deal with.

Josslyn (Eden McCoy), Trina (Sydney Makayla), Cameron Webber (William Lipton), and Dev Cerci (Ashton Arbab), have always been there for each other. At the last high school dance, these four teens went through a traumatic experience has Cyrus Renault’s (Jeff Kober) men kidnapped the kids as a way of getting at Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and DA Jordan Ashford (Briana Nicole Henry).

Fast forward a few months, and the foursome has yet another teen dance to tackle. This time, although danger is on their mind, the troubles they face are typical. It’s inevitable that in a group of friends, someone is bound to fall for one of their friends in the group. In this case, it’s not just one. Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) has become a household name in the city of Port Charles. First, he was known as being the evil mobster who just got out of prison. After blackmailing and threatening DA Jordan Ashford (Briana Nicole Henry), Renault has now made a name for himself in a credible, respected, way. Jordan assured the citizens of Port Charles that Cyrus is an upstanding citizen who contributes to and benefits the community.

Cyrus has managed to infiltrate his way into Laura’s (Genie Francis) space as Mayor of Port Charles. He has succeeded in taking over as Chairman at General Hospital. Laura is already uneasy at the fact Renault was released from prison. She is shaken by his attack on Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), the attempted kidnapping of Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy), Trina Robinson (Sydney Makayla), and Cameron Webber (William Lipton), and knowing he used Jordan’s son TJ (Tajh Bellow) to get what he wants out of her.

General Hospital Spoilers: Dev Discovers Molly’s Secret, Will He Keep Quiet?

Dev Cerci (Ashton Arbab) hasn’t been around many people lately, and after the attack left Dev, Joss (Eden McCoy), Cam (William Lipton), and Trina (Sydney Makayla) in fear, the teens of Port Charles have been laying low. Josslyn, Trina, and Cam, have been sorting through their own feelings as the drama of the attack on Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) family, left these young kids weary of the outside world to some extent.

Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) is keeping a close eye on her daughter Josslyn. After having a talk with Joss and Dev, they came to an understanding regarding staying out of the public eye as best they can during this time of great threat from Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober). Dev hasn’t been around much since they are currently being home schooled and hasn’t been out and about around town recently.

General Hospital spoilers reveal Dev will be back on the scene, and he will discover a major secret that will devastate those involved. Sonny has made it possible for Dev to stay in Port Charles by convincing his cousin Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs) to pose as Dev’s grandmother, as well has Glady’s son, Brando (Johnny Wactor) is acting as his father. When Sam (Kelly Monaco)came to Molly the next morning, Molly was in shock and she and Brando were still together. Molly hurried up and got ready to meet Sam downstairs, and that’s when she disclosed to Brando that she had a boyfriend and that they need to pretend what they did never happened.

New General Hospital rumors claim Dev Cerci will learn of Molly and Brando’s secret. Since Brando is supposed to be acting as Dev’s father, it’s likely they will be interacting more often starting in the upcoming episodes, making it more believable to the public that they are family. Will Brando confide his secret in Dev since he knows he can’t really tell anyone else, or will Dev stumble upon the secret on his own?

With this newfound knowledge, will Dev go to Molly with what he knows? Molly has always been a straight laced young woman, not known to lie and keep secrets. This just may be the beginning of a new chapter for Molly.
