General Hospital News And Spoilers: GH Fans Thrown For A Loop By New Leo

It’s not uncommon to suddenly see a new face around Port Charles. Actors come and go, and especially with children, they are often times replaced to age the character. In the soap world, it’s called SORAS (Soap Opera Rapid Age Syndrome).

General Hospital news reports reveal the role of Leo Falconeri (soon to be Quartermaine), has been played by Easton Rocket Sweda. Easton joined the cast of General Hospital in 2021.

General Hospital spoilers reveal a new face for Julian Jerome and Olivia Falconeri’s son. GH fans were shocked to see the role of Leo was no longer being played by Sweda.

General Hospital news and spoilers regarding this recast has remained hush hush. Sweda’s status with GH is up in the air as fans worry the recast is permanent. Unlike other times when the recast is temporary, there was no voice over introducing the temporary recast. Instead, the cameras kept rolling and the scene went on without any type of announcement.

Fans rally room to Sweda’s portrayal of Leo. Leo was diagnosed with Autism, reviving love and support from his mom, Olivia and soon to be adoptive father, Ned (Wally Kurth). At the time of Leo’s diagnosis on GH, actor Easton Rocket Sweda took to Instagram to let fans know that he too is autistic. The love and support he received from fans was touching. Now that he may have been replaced, GH fans are anxious as they await GH casting news.

General Hospital Spoilers: Chad Reveals Shocking Truth Bomb Of His And Courtney’s Wedding Day

General Hospital star Chad Duell and ex-fiancé/wife Courtney Hope made headlines last year when they two announced their Valentine’s Day engagement news.

General Hospital news reports revealed that the daytime drama stars, Duell (Michael Corinthos, GH) and Hope (Sally Spectra, B&B), had been together for about 5 years before locking their lives down with an engagement.

Last October, Chad, and Courtney got married in a Halloween “Til Death” themed wedding, surrounded by family and friends which included their GH and B&B families. Without going into too much detail, the GH star explained, “All I’ll say is she’s an amazing person, she’s an amazing woman, she’s an amazing dog mom.” He went on to clarify any confusion and assumptions on the topic, he disclosed, “it’s a complicated situation… but it’s not what people think.” Duell wanted to make it clear that there is no bad blood between the two of them, and both of them have not betrayed the other. He adds, “We’re still on good terms. She’s an amazing person in so many ways.” Although he sat in front of his trusted friend, Maurice Benard, it goes without saying that this interview will reach a large audience which would include Hope. He confirmed, “All I have to say is positive things. It’s just- mutual.”

General Hospital spoilers reveal Chad dropped an explosive bombshell when he admitted he and Courtney were never legally married. . “We didn’t actually sign anything,” he confirmed. “We weren’t really, like, you know, married or anything. It was amicable. That’s all I can really say. We always want the best for each other.”
