General Hospital News and Spoilers: Steve Burton Confirms Jason’s Return and Reveals Jason’s Summer Return Date

General Hospital: Steve Burton Returns as Jason

Much speculation has surrounded GH’s fan-favorite star, Steve Burton’s break from General Hospital. Finally, fans can rest easy now that Burton’s GH return date has been set. According to General Hospital news reports, Steve Burton reveals Jason’s return date, confirming plans for the Summer.

Burton’s GH exit announcement back in February shook fans from every angle. Some fans were moved and supportive of Steve taking a break to spend time with his family. Others were angry, judgmental, and even delusional based on social media comments.

Additionally, many GH fans wrongfully and inappropriately took it out on his wife, Michelle. Some even questioned his and Bradford’s Stonecold and the Jackal tour.

Rest assured that all will be right again in Port Charles when Steve Burton returns in June. The 30+ year General Hospital star confirmed his Summer return. Burton reveals that he’ll be back on set this coming June. That means that Jason Morgan will make his return appearance sometime in August.

During a recent That’s Awesome podcast with Steve and Bradford, Steve answered GH fan’s most asked question as of now. Bradford led the discussion about Jason’s return and Steve replied, “Yes, I am coming back to the show, I start in June. So I’ll be back for sure.”

Brandon Barash files restraining order against Kirsten Storms
General Hospital: Brandon Barash reports allegations against Kirsten Storms

According to General Hospital Breaking News, a restraining order has been filed and granted against the beloved GH star, Kirsten Storms. Ex-husband and former General Hospital co-star Brandon Barash (who played Johnny Zacchara) filed a restraining order against Storms with claims of alleged mental health issues and instability in her housing situation.

Recently, Kirsten Storms returned to the set of General Hospital after taking some time off to move down to Tennessee. Storms’s ex husband (Brandon Barash) and father of her child, (Harper Barash (age 12)), claims that Kirsten is exhibiting concerning behavior. experiencing hallucinations and that “a friend” told him that she abuses Adderall.

Additional claims by Barash state that she’d been living in hotels from September of 2024 to June of 2025, and that her car is about to be repossessed. Despite her successful career as an actress, Brandon also claims that he loaned Storms $5,000 which remains unpaid. He also referred to Kirsten’s latest social media posts about her recent eviction notice, and being hacked at her Tennessee apartment.

The former General Hospital mobster also claims that Storms reached out to him (Barash) on May 19, 2025, stating that she was experiencing “delusions and hallucination” and “didn’t think she should have their daughter on her scheduled parenting time.” Currently, Kirsten has supervised visitation with her daughter.

Allegedly, Barash’s current wife helped Storms check into a hospital where she was placed on a psychiatric hold. Then, TMZ reports that Barash said Storms acted as if nothing happened upon being released from the hospital.

Kirsten Storms: Brandon Barash Files Restraining Order, Requests Psych Evaluation

What kind of friend would Head Nurse Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) be if she didn’t come to check up on Congresswoman Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) and her invalid husband Drew? Good thing we didn’t have to find out because Liz already paid Willow and Drew a visit.

Nina strikes a deal with Drew

She realizes that Willow has gone off the deep end and ultimately, Nina strikes a deal with Drew?!?

Will Nina Take The Risk?

One wrong move and Willow throws Nina under the bus go drugging Drew – although she didn’t actually do it. It seems like Willow put Nina in an impossible situation. Despite the fact that Willow has collected Nina’s DNA in order to frame her if she steps out of line, Nina might be willing to risk it all.

According to recent General Hospital spoilers and rumors, Nina contemplates pushing back on Willow. Although she’s being framed, Nina could find a way to stop Willow, and save herself from going down for a crime she didn’t commit. This won’t be easy and she’s going to need some help.

General Hospital Spoilers: There’s More To Jacinda Than Meets The Eye- She Crept In Like DAWN Creeps Into DAYlight

Was Jacinda in Dawn of Day?
General Hospital: Can Jacinda be trusted?

Jacinda swooped in like the Dawn of Day. Despite being hypocritical of her own actions, Willow’s concerns about Jacinda might be quite valid.

Michael (Rory Gibson) knows basically nothing about his lady love. All he knows is that Jacinda had a keen interest in spiders, she’s a newly-former escort, and that her “former” status is because of him. Michael’s like an Edward Lewis to Jacinda’s Vivian Ward. He saved her from that life.

Meanwhile, General Hospital recaps recall something Kristina said that GH fans have found a bit suspicious. On 4-22-26, Kristina Corinthos Davis sat down with dear old dad to discuss Ethan Lovett (Nathan Dean). Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) just hired him on a trial basis to take over some of Jason Morgan’s (Steve Burton) duties while he’s gone.

Whether or not Ethan can be trusted is a whole other ballgame. But what seems quite curious recently is whether or not Jacinda Bracken (Paige Herschell) can be trusted. Kristina and Sonny’s conversation moves over to Michael and Jacinda.

Jacinda Crept Into Michael’s Life Like the Dawn creeps into Daylight

“The thing about Jacinda is what you see is what you get. Unlike Willow who turned out to be a completely different person.” That’s what Kristina said to Sonny about Michael’s new girlfriend. According to recent GH rumors, fans suspect that there is significance to Kristina’s observation- as in, she’s dead wrong about Jacinda.

Was Kristina’s take on Jacinda a hint? And let’s not forget willows concerns. She made a point to bring awareness to where Jacinda has been and specifically the men he’s been with- are we thinking Shiloh? Then, there’s the mysterious Delilah and her Dawn Of Day tattoo, and Willow’s mention of Dawn of Day.

Is Jacinda hiding something about her past that would make her just as “different” as Willow turned out to be?!

General Hospital Spoilers: Sonny Saves Josslyn From Cullum?!?! How’s That For Poetic Irony?!

Sonny saves Josslyn from Cullum
General Hospital: Josslyn’s in danger

General Hospital spoilers indicate a tumultuous fallout when The WSB, Agent Cullum, Sidwell, and Sonny Corinthos situation hits a breaking point. Lives are at risk, especially key players like Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) and Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy). Brennan (Chris L. McKenna) warned Josslyn about Cullum, but she continued her investigation despite Jack’s orders. And despite Josslyn’s public disdain for Sonny, GH spoilers and rumors tease that Sonny saves Josslyn from Cullum.

Josslyn Jacks spent her entire childhood as Port Charles mob boss’s stepdaughter. For years Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) cared for Joss like she was his own, especially when her father Jax (Ingo Rademacher) was in Australia. That’s why Josslyn’s more recent development of her hatred for Sonny is a tough sell for General Hospital fans. Her relationship with the late Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) ignited her rage for Sonny. She blames Sonny for putting Dex and all other loved ones I. Harms way- simply because of who he is. And that would be fine and completely understandable if she shared the same sentiments towards Jason Morgan (Steve Burton). Josslyn’s hypocrisy has been increasingly irritating since she herself has become someone whose job is to eliminate the bad guys.

There’s poetic irony behind the latest GH spoilers and rumors. Imagine that Sonny saves Josslyn from Cullum after being berated and blamed for the last few years.

General Hospital Spoilers: Chris L. McKenna reveals teaser about Brennan and Willow

Willow and Brennan make a deal
General Hospital: Willow meets with Jack Brennan

General Hospital Spoilers: Nina Gets Willow The Help She Needs- No Matter What It Takes

GH Spoilers Nina turns Willow in
General Hospital: Nina knows CRAZY when she sees it

Coming up on General Hospital Willow is determined to keep Jacinda away from Wylie and Amelia. According to recent General Hospital spoilers, Willow’s (Katelyn MacMullen)actions leave Nina (Cynthia Watros) unsettled. Her confessions lead Nina to realize that Willow is deeply disturbed. Instead of enabling her daughter, hopefully Nina gets Willow the help she needs.

Nina Reeves is a mother in pain. She just found out that her precious daughter Willow was in fact the one who shot Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison). Not in self-defense, but twice. In the back. As if that wasn’t enough for Nina to process, Congresswoman Cain dropped another bombshell on her mother when she admitted to administering Drew a paralytic drug. She confirmed that Drew’s stroke was not of natural causes, but actually of her own doing.

The shocking revelations do not end there. Amidst all of this, Nina knows that Willow is pulling this off with Jenz Sidwell’s (Carlo Rota) help. Everyone knows that Sidwell’s help doesn’t come for free. Up until this point, Nina has been in full support of her daughter. Well, some call it support others would call it and enabling. But based on recent General Hospital rumors, Nina is done enabling Willow. She was taken aback by Willow‘s inability to see reason when it comes to Michael (Rory Gibson) and Jacinda (Paige Herschel). Is this the point where Nina realizes that her daughter is dangerous? This has to be a hard pill to swallow after everything. Nina went through with her other daughter Nelle (Chloe Lanier).

If Nina gets Willow the help she needs does that also mean she has to come clean? Willow shot and drugged drew and is now a danger to Jacinda. Will Nina throw Willow under the bus?
