Much speculation has surrounded GH’s fan-favorite star, Steve Burton’s break from General Hospital. Finally, fans can rest easy now that Burton’s GH return date has been set. According to General Hospital news reports, Steve Burton reveals Jason’s return date, confirming plans for the Summer.

General Hospital: Brandon Barash reports allegations against Kirsten Storms
According to General Hospital Breaking News, a restraining order has been filed and granted against the beloved GH star, Kirsten Storms. Ex-husband and former General Hospital co-star Brandon Barash (who played Johnny Zacchara) filed a restraining order against Storms with claims of alleged mental health issues and instability in her housing situation.
Recently, Kirsten Storms returned to the set of General Hospital after taking some time off to move down to Tennessee. Storms’s ex husband (Brandon Barash) and father of her child, (Harper Barash (age 12)), claims that Kirsten is exhibiting concerning behavior. experiencing hallucinations and that “a friend” told him that she abuses Adderall.
Additional claims by Barash state that she’d been living in hotels from September of 2024 to June of 2025, and that her car is about to be repossessed. Despite her successful career as an actress, Brandon also claims that he loaned Storms $5,000 which remains unpaid. He also referred to Kirsten’s latest social media posts about her recent eviction notice, and being hacked at her Tennessee apartment.
The former General Hospital mobster also claims that Storms reached out to him (Barash) on May 19, 2025, stating that she was experiencing “delusions and hallucination” and “didn’t think she should have their daughter on her scheduled parenting time.” Currently, Kirsten has supervised visitation with her daughter.
Allegedly, Barash’s current wife helped Storms check into a hospital where she was placed on a psychiatric hold. Then, TMZ reports that Barash said Storms acted as if nothing happened upon being released from the hospital.
According to TMZ, Barash has requested a psych evaluation for Storms, yet no proof of confirmation on an official court order exists at this time. Reportedly, a judge revisits the status of the restraining order this week.

Elizabeth Becomes Willow’s Problem
According General Hospital spoilers for 4-27-26 through 5-1-26, Elizabeth pursues her own recommendations for Drew’s (Cameron Mathison) at home care. Jacinda swooped in like the Dawn of Day. Despite being hypocritical of her own actions, Willow’s concerns about Jacinda might be quite valid.
Michael (Rory Gibson) knows basically nothing about his lady love. All he knows is that Jacinda had a keen interest in spiders, she’s a newly-former escort, and that her “former” status is because of him. Michael’s like an Edward Lewis to Jacinda’s Vivian Ward. He saved her from that life.

Jacinda Crept Into Michael’s Life Like the Dawn creeps into Daylight
“The thing about Jacinda is what you see is what you get. Unlike Willow who turned out to be a completely different person.” That’s what Kristina said to Sonny about Michael’s new girlfriend. According to recent GH rumors, fans suspect that there is significance to Kristina’s observation- as in, she’s dead wrong about Jacinda.

Coming up on General Hospital Willow is determined to keep Jacinda away from Wylie and Amelia. Nina Reeves is a mother in pain. She just found out that her precious daughter Willow was in fact the one who shot Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison). Not in self-defense, but twice. In the back. As if that wasn’t enough for Nina to process, Congresswoman Cain dropped another bombshell on her mother when she admitted to administering Drew a paralytic drug. She confirmed that Drew’s stroke was not of natural causes, but actually of her own doing.
The shocking revelations do not end there. Amidst all of this, Nina knows that Willow is pulling this off with Jenz Sidwell’s (Carlo Rota) help. Everyone knows that Sidwell’s help doesn’t come for free. Up until this point, Nina has been in full support of her daughter. Well, some call it support others would call it and enabling. But based on recent General Hospital rumors, Nina is done enabling Willow. She was taken aback by Willow‘s inability to see reason when it comes to Michael (Rory Gibson) and Jacinda (Paige Herschel). Is this the point where Nina realizes that her daughter is dangerous? This has to be a hard pill to swallow after everything. Nina went through with her other daughter Nelle (Chloe Lanier).
If Nina gets Willow the help she needs does that also mean she has to come clean? Willow shot and drugged drew and is now a danger to Jacinda. Will Nina throw Willow under the bus?
